i think if this company hits it with their product they'll be a money making machine overnight. it's great seeing the volume, the ever-increasing profile with the investing public. if all SVMI's goals are realized i can't even imagine what the PPS will be.

he does have a point, n-t. i didn't see this post until now. yikes.

i know. this is pretty exciting, isn't it? will be checking to see when SVMI gets pulled off the reg sho list. i'm guessing very soon! today's trading was very, very bullish, IMHO. great volume! i could see a brief dip down to .022 area and then another leg up tomorrow.

thanks, you too mark. i headed for a lot of cash before the bell rang and took a leveraged short on the S&P. i think it's about to roll over for that 20% correction. this market has me a little spooked. what's funny is my conservative investments were hit the hardest. all the speculative plays were just rolling along same as ever...

i came in today and saw 45 posts, thinking we must have a PR for sure. instead it's quite a few more about the group email idea. quite honestly, what we need is news. i also think the idea of a FAQ on the website is great, but that would of course require a website.

i suggest we wait until tomorrow. after all, according to the last "report" i read from an investor who spoke with GP, "wednesday or later" was the revised date, given the large list of snags management had hit with organizing the filings. i see nothing wrong with giving it a little more time and taking GP at his last word.

overall, i'm concerned because the group email may end up muddying the waters, and setting up what is a very unconventional workaround for a situation that should have never come to pass in the first place. i would be very upset if the "email to shareholders on ihub" displaces regular PR releases. we ought to get our news the way barrick gold shareholders do, via the existing PR channels! if this company is legit we will know one way or the other, with or without a group email going to the CEO. after all, the SEC does have the final word on the conduct of management and its fiduciary responsibility to shareholders.

then again we could get news at any moment, couldn't we?

the last i heard was due to translation time it might be completed by tuesday and vetted to post on wednesday. AT THE LATEST.

so we wait until tomorrow.

not sure about that. consider farmers pay pennies for their birds. i doubt it would be that cost effective. one of the things making me bullish on this stock is that bird flu aside it's still got so many applications.

i think one factor holding the stock back at the moment is that this tool is ahead of the science in terms of the role genetic mapping currently plays at the dr's office.

choad what I IDID SAY is the company states in its 10KSB dated march 31st 2006, it will need a partnership in order to efficiently distribute cars to customers. from the filing:

"ZAP will need the support of a major manufacturer and additional governmental approvals to be able to deliver existing customer orders for Smart Cars."

i said i would be trading on insider information if i knew who this partner would be, since it is not listed in any filings yet. i said people are buying the stock with the assumption a partnership will be formed. it is common for the stock market to bid up the price of a company's stock based on FUTURE PERFORMANCE AND EXPECTATIONS OF FUTURE RESULTS.

i still don't understand why you take such pleasure in irritating people and posting misinformation. wow. what a sad situation it must be between your ears. if you hate this company so much i suggest you sell your green shares to me and get lost.

my theory is shorty has an agenda. they'll keep this thing down as long as they can so bigger money can load up. once our first major news comes across this thing will absolutely explode as they all unwind their "positions".

yeah, ethanol looks to me like a great way to get burned at this point, no pun intended. PEIX, XTHN, all are up into way OVERBOUGHT territory. i wouldn't short 'em, but can't imagine buying now. even once powerful CWPC seems to have taken a hit from the ethanol frenzy. that money has to go somewhere. but this stock will have its day, IMHO.

hey, mark-- that's exactly what my private msg to you was about: the accumulation patterns. intraday the last two trading sessions it seems like someone is keeping it down and the shares are just churning. then, EOD we see a spike up when they lift the lid on it. at that point they're just tossing us a bone. this is something i consider very bullish.

we've got support in a few places in the low 2's, then if the broader averages take a hit (or on a news lull) we may go back down to 1.71, intraday, bounce back up to a 1.80 close. this has been our pattern. at the very worst i could see us brushing against 1.14. happy days, if we get back there, i will load up.

but getting back to your post, again i have to agree, there is something so magnetic about the zap concept it creates its own automatic buzz. i've even heard people on the SVMI board mention zap's smart cars in passing simply because someone in a nearby garage was test driving them. hmm...

i've said this before, but it bears repeating, friends of mine who read auto magazines religiously have been seeing more and more articles about smart cars and other models sold by zap. this is critical: selling them to car enthusiasts. people with "green" attitudes are a slam dunk for zap, but getting the younger crowd onboard for the cool factor is how zap could become a household name.

well, truth be told the real reason i PM'd you was to explain that i thought choad is the best basher any board could hope for, because deep down you can tell he loves the product. sorry, choad... i could be wrong but you seem to sincerely appreciate these cars!

thanks, homie1-- i don't think the sho list has to be viewed as a negative. it's just one of the many factors to be considered in terms of how the stock may trade. i am glad to know it's been on the list 55 days so far! this indicates to me the shorts had no idea what they were messing with until recently... and it could blow up in their faces. in some ways i think it already has. today's run was really impressive. rallying all the way to the close. tomorrow has every reason to continue this trend as even more investors have realized what AURC is about. come one, come all.

hope you didn't leap in with both feet. if you scaled in then you can always add more if it goes lower. question is, where's the bottom?
