econnelle, I have been doing DTV for 3-4 yrs now & have always heard dish had terrible customer service, I guess their the ones that start yelling at the service rep first. LOL.

What I'd rather get, if it was available was Brighthouse cable.

I doubt that will happen, beings your out of town 30 miles. I think the best you could hope for is that Brighthouse will buy Back water cable out and do a rebuild to bring it up to state of the art service. Good luck... & Go QBID....

By the way is your signal in the 90s on most transponders. If not do you have HDTV service with them, That AU-2 dish they use is really hard to get in the 90s. Big Tips, If you do go to Boston you will most likely not be able to watch Q on a hotel TV. even if they have RCN, as you will have to have a (digital) cable box.
