Skunksyard, Not sure I understand. It was my understanding that the shares that have been added has allready happened.(according to Irishbull)

mentioned by Rene the pps continued to plummet...so that tells me they are not buying back existing shares but NEW shares hitting the market

For the PPS to raise the bought back shares would have to be retired. Correct?

Also in most pennies unless the company is a true success (Which the Q will be, but not yet.)the PPS usually steadily declines unless that company has substancial PR releases which we have had, but also the MMs could be hoarding the shares to further their profit. Could any of this be true?
