Hello,
If you haven't already, you can read my DD packet:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79971683
Bought a while ago and just put my shares on the self and looked back today...Only 2.5 mil left @ .0004 so that is good. Anything you can tell me about the company. Wont have time to DD until the weekend.
Thank you. Looks pretty good, esp. after we finish with ATDF.
Anyone still holding? Chart looks set for a bottom play. Anyone have an DD to share?
Take a look @ GCOG. Short term bottom play.
Lots of people buying cheep.
Could someone post L2?
Anyone have L2?
Good Morning everyone.
A lot of people have been adding lately, only problem is they have been adding on the bid side more than on the ask.
Anyone know what they did in sales last year?
I have an article that I consider a good read. It is about value investing: what it is and what it takes to make it as a value investor. It covers what to do when the price decreases: "But the ultimate test for a value investor is this: You cheer when the market goes down! I believe that this is the ultimate test of a value investor. When the market goes down, you can pick up investments at lower price than you could before, it is just fantastic. Just like any sale in a department store, the lower the price, the better - if you know what you are buying."

Do you have one? I will have the opportunity to play with one tomorrow or Friday. Do you know if it provides Level 2 data. Thanks
Looks like we are starting to gain volume. We had 180k volume yesterday and so far today we are at 80k. Would be nice to get back to having 400k - 600k average volume.
Look back at the post history and the chart, the very first post here was in 2004, that year DNDT's trading range was from 5 cents to 30 cents.
Not sure, but it looks like DNDT was founded in 1997 and went public in 2002. Maybe my chart just doesn't go any further back than 2002. Anyway in 2002 DNDT was at $2 a share. I wounder what there valuation was at that time.
I also wounder how these acquisitions will effect DNDT's book value on the balance sheet.
When will we learn the name of the telecom company that has an MVNO license contract? How much value could it potential add? I want to research it further...
When will we learn the name of the Euro mobile payments company? How much value could it potential add? I want to research it further...
When will we learn the name of the South American mobile payments company? Is it a backup plan? How much value could it potential add? I want to research it further...
What will be very important is when we get back to 5 cents. If you look back at DNDT's trading history, in the middle of 2010 it hit a resistance at 5 cents and fell from there. In 2012 we were able to break that resistance and hit as high as .0619, however we fell shortly after. We have what looks to me like a nice group of longs who are serious about about holding their shares. I read a lot of older DNDT posts and it is clear that DNDT never really have a group of shareholder buying and holding for value (mailers came out), although one of the earliest posters was "Value_Investor".
IMO, we have two fourths of the equations for making substantial gains here: we have a group of solid longs and and management making all the right moves and communicating as much as they can to shareholders, the other two parts that are currently missing are acquisition deals being confirmed (this will be awesome!) and the lack of buying (probably because PR/news are not being seen)
I think things will come together quite nicely with DNDT.
At this point I think anyone willing to sell would probably be out by now. Hopefully, from here on we will see buys coming in on the ask and as thin as DNDT is it will go up nicely.
Since Bud said "If and when the company repurchases stock in the public arena, we report the purchase as a reduction in O/S and in the float on the pink sheet web page. Please review the recent history." I plan on checking and posting a screen shot of the O/S and float of TSNP every week to see and monitor any progress. Each week will be a reply post to the previous week. By posting it here we will all be able to keep a record of the change, it will allow for a public discussion of the progress, and it will help if there are every any disputed on this board about the float or O/S. Here is the screen shot for this week:
When did I say it was a good sign? I said volume can come and go meaning a stock with low volume can suddenly gain attention thus an increase in volume. Now that I think about, you can blame you negative comments on the volume. I am sure ihubers who come visit the board would love to read your negativity before placing a buy order.
That is not what "this" has turned out to be. I am here for the value that management is working to build. As you know volume can come and go. It's the PR that are not being seen that is not giving us the much deserved attention.
And hopefully another step tomorrow.
I see 5k, could be a dummy number or it could be the real deal. Hopefully it's the real deal and we get the slapped today and move on up!
I agree, would be a good time to average down.
IMO, I think we can expect to hear back from DNDT about how plans are going some time this month if not then, maybe the next. For now I am checking periodically for updates. From what I understand management is currently seeking acquisitions and investment opportunities as well as making their current operations more profitable. Once the IR firm is hired and taking action along with managements progress things should come together quite well.
I am pretty sure we do. We are down on only 13k volume. I am still holding here. Would like to see more buying pressure.
I agree. Management doing everything they can to build value within the company. Only a matter of time until deals reach agreements and the market reacts. IMO, most longs here will be holding for .50+ and accumulating along the way, longs will keep this stock strong.
I have provided bellow a direct link for a keyword search targeted at "DNDT" on PRWEB(DNDT's PR distribution service provider). I will be checking this link for any new PR's twice a day, everyday (once before the open and once after the close). I encouraging all that are new, unfamiliar with DNDT, or even longs who may have forgotten or missed earlier releases to click and read the current archive of news releases.
Click on me for up to date news releases
Not sure it this applies to penny stocks also, but here is a link. http://research.thomsonib.com/help/sec_guide04-03-02.htm
5? or maybe 10?
Company needs to start sending PR's via a better news wire in order to gain the right attention all their hard work deserves. I think once they hire the IR firm they were talking about, they will start sending the PR's out via a more noticeable and credible way.
Good morning guys
Starting to getting cold over here also. But I rather weather where I can always add an extra layer rather than weather where I can't remove a layer. Not sure if that makes sense in writing.
How is everyone's weekend going so far?
I wonder how many .0259's are actually left.
And this time around we have additional DD and PR's :)
Yeah I understand what you mean. I think once they start releasing their news via a larger news wire, we will get more attention from PRs
Yeah the broker call in for orders makes me a little nervous as well, but I contacted my broker and they told me is was because of the trading activity however they couldn't specify to me what exactly triggered the call. Hopefully that will be lifted. Other than that I still have faith in the company.
So "DND Technologies' wholly-owned subsidiary, Best Balms, Appoints Director of Latin American and caribbean Hispanic Markets." is not news? I sure think it is.
