As for myself, I believe only doors open in NV and product moving out the door driving reported revenue quarter after quarter will get the pps to where we want it. The rest is just background noise.

Big money for TRTC *if* it all works out, which means higher pps, likely uplist to a big board (12 months out estimate), then the sky is the limit.
The downside is limited - "Maybe" go as low as .08 before buildout is complete and doors open & revenue hits stride.
Once doors open and revenue is kicking we start upward. If all the above I listed happens this will be far more than a 10 bagger for longs willing to ride 12 months minimum. You can flip until doors open in the meantime, but that is too much hassle for me personally.
The last 18 months have been absolutely horrible, but the worst should be over. This is a good buy in pps. A VERY good buy in pps that will only last until NV buildout is complete, doors open, and product moves out the door.

The current head of the DEA is only the acting chief. He is not the end of the decision process. Congress, POTUS, and DOJ may have the same or differing opinions as the acting chief. The new actual DEA Chief may or may not agree with the acting chief.

Obama has admitted to heavy MJ use as a youth. He has spoken about minorities being arrested and processed more often than privileged youth for MJ.
My opinion that Obama will reschedule mj is based upon analysis and fact finding.

I base my belief on following multiple boards since the article came out, since CCC was influenced, and since the claims of tort interference.
I dont have the desire to go back and find specifics that led me to believe the author and the sent emails to CCC were the same person.
As I recall, the comments on here, and comments on the article linked have some discussions on this as well. I also seem to recall that a TRTC PR alluded to the same.

The concept of book value on any stock, blue chip, and especially OTC boggles the mind. Sure some/any entity can declare any "book value" on any stock.
The only real world things that set the value is sellers ask, and buyers bid, followed by an agreement between the two that leads to exchange of shares.
At close of business 9/21/15 that value is .108 per share.
There are no shares on the ask for.02. None.
The "acting head" of the DEA made that statement. Obama, or DOJ,or the new DEA Chief may decide otherwise. My opinion is Obama will change the Drug Schedule before he leaves office as part of his "legacy". He does not have to have congressional approval to do so, though I think they are ready to agree in large numbers.

And as a side note, the author of this linked out of date opinion piece is the same person/entity accused of tort interference by contacting Clark County Commissioners with false accusations. So false that Clark County reconsidered, and approved the 2 locations that the author had wrongfully influenced a commissioner to reject.
In other words, old, out of date, most main points proven wrong by time, and rejected by a governmental agency (Clark County Commission).

TRTC was not nearly the same company in 2011. There are zero signs or signals of a reverse split at present time. Doors will be open at first facility in NV within 6 months outside = revenue = pps increase.

Yep, it HAS been a rough road. There is no denying that many of us are currently red and upside down. The worst time to buy was last year. The best time to buy is right now.
Why? Now we have 8 licences for medical MJ for NV (each worth between 1 and 4 million dollars on open market as just as a resale), edible garden is improving financially, IVXX though not yet for profit is expanding outlets quickly, CA may go recreational within a year or 2, NV may go recreational within a year or 2, and medical mj sales in NV within 6 months.
There is no better time to buy than now, with payoff so much closer than for those of us who bought last year. I wish I was a brand new newbie scoping this out right now - best possible time to buy is between now and when first door opens at one of the 8 facilities.
I have been adding 10% at a time at these lows any time I have free cash. I hope these low PPS buys are still here Nov 15 when I have funds freeing up so I can 40% more.

Every person spending 20 seconds thinking about this situation knows the false premise being made that TRTC bought the property for a total cost of only $10, and TRTC is therefore supposedly hiding/scamming *THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS (minus $10) is a ridiculous supposition.
To call this a "unbelievably startling red flag" when common sense says the property was NOT acquired for ONLY $10 total when all is taken into account to make the property legally ready for buildout.

We all know OTC is a high risk.
But here's the thing: with zero toxic debt and a decent game plan Mcig has a great shot at future success. And right now you can buy in low for the best potential return.
If you wait until the revenues are great quarter over quarter you will pay much more to buy bulk shares. I'm willing to take the risk now to buy low, and anticipate multi baggers by doing so. My time frame to hold is approximately one year.
And in addition the fact is there is no signal at all of a reverse split. So all newbies to the board should know the facts and be reassured that this is a good shot at making money in this sector and on the OTC.
