I'm riding the RSI wave, still grossly oversold and the R/S isn't imminent. They're on the QB, much different process than a pinky.
Theory here, just spitballing. All opinions welcome. What if ABWN gets an influx of cash from this Hong Kong conference orrrr a hedge fund(867), and they’re able to continue funding their tests and research, while simultaneously knocking out their debt? They then announce there’s no need for a reverse split as the stock meets the QB prerequisites, and well we all know what would happen to the stock price is there were announced. Thoughts?
Spells Jim Morrison ;)
Still no revenue yet for CBWTF. Patience here is golden. Anything under $1.00 is an absolute steal. I reloaded down at $.78.
Not even close. Maybe for today, but the RSI has barely budged. Still way oversold.
We always seem to find each other! Loving this!
Hey General :)
RSI hasn't even moved. Still grossly oversold!! Follow the leader! 867 weeeeeeee!
That's why I follow you now. Took me one day to realize you know exactly what you're talking about!
Some serious money to be made here. Great to watch the flippers and shorts get burned while Volcano and 867 are leading the charge! Buy the blood!
Here we go!!!!! Round 2!!
The bottom is already in, $.78.
Can't lose unless you sell and I didn't sell, just held out for the reversal that I knew was coming. Didn't time it right though, jumped the gun by a few days.
Bought at a $.01 last week, stuck with it because of a few of you and your posts. I'm glad I did, so much fun to watch this. Volcano and 867, thank you :)
Swedish Hedge fund taking a position? Or do they need to cover?
Had to be expected. This was up over 30% from the bottom at $.78. I don't mind seeing a nice run like that and then a bit of a pullback. Long term this will be a monster. No revenue yet, that will all change after October.
Why? There should be operating at a loss right now. They're expanding and growing every single day. Now if they weren't doing that it would be a different story, however that isn't the case at all. One single game will wipe out any sort of accumulated deficit. Tempe alone, once online will wipe that out as well. The q4 financials will be telling.
Most definitely. I watched the first run up to $2.38 and that was all on speculation. Once the rev numbers start coming when cannabis is officially up for sale this thing will spike dramatically. No revenues reported yet... that's all about to change.
I will concede that I'm not a fan of how the Shareholders' equity is done on the unaudited financials. They also realized a Accumulated other comprehensive income (542,521) which they didn't have June 30th 2017. That's the exchange rate of CAN to US dollars. A shareholders' deficiency denotes just that, a deficit correct? How could that be their Net Worth has you claim? The only number that matters in the shareholders' equity report is the retained earnings which right now is ($1,427,974) That's their accumulated deficit to date, which means you cannot derive their Net Worth from that number.
Very hard to find in penny land. Over $300k in cash on hand, paid all cash for Morning with no debt. Wasn't that a claim by someone. So many people want the audited financials to come out so they can read them, yet don't know how to read them. Funnier here all the time.
Their Stockholder's deficiency is actually shrinking, are you saying their Net Worth is shrinking from last year Fuzzy?? That is blatantly false. Their Shareholder Deficiency was $517,735 as of June 2017, now it is $145,000 as of March 31st, SHRINKING deficit
They also have 5x the cash YoY from $64,870 to $321,266. They are not hemorrhaging cash, in fact the opposite is happening. The statement of Cash flows is all anyone needs to look at to understand what is happening here. Also your claim that they issued $2.1M in stock in Q3 is false. Common Stock issued for services totaled $1.3M in Q3 and most of that went to debt repayment.
You're reading it incorrectly. First off they don't have a net worth of $145k, that's the shareholder's deficiency. Here's the balance sheet for Stockholders' Deficiency notice it is not Shareholders' Equity:
Stockholders’ Deficiency: Common stock, $0.001 par value, 600,000,000 shares authorized, 473,895,499 shares issued and outstanding respectively. $ 479,253
Preferred shares 4,757
Common Stock to be issued (Note 5) 0
Additional paid-in capital 1,636,205
Dividends on preferred shares (Note 11) (4,650)
Accumulated deficit (1,427,974)
Accumulated other comprehensive income (Note 2) (542,521)
Total Stockholders’ Deficiency $ 145,070
They have an accumulated deficit of $1.4M because they aren't net profitable yet as they should considering they're in hyper growth.
They still have no recorded revenue to date yet. IMO they're executing on all cylinders with 12 financing deals so far. They're going to be the cash cow when cannabis companies in Canada need any sort of financing and each time they'll either receive equity in the company or a share of their finished product, sometimes both. They've yet to see a return on their investment to date, this will change big time IMO when sales officially kick off in October. We could see $2-3 by time December rolls around.
It's already up 30% from the bottom so it's not staying flat. Touched $1.03 yesterday. This will continue to step up until October when the floodgates open. I also milked it in Dec/Jan when it ran up to $2.30. Now I'm back in at $.78 and riding nothing but free shares. GLTY
There is NO shareholders equity yet. There can't be equity if it's a deficiency. Did they teach you that also? AMFE currently has negative equity which is decreasing each quarter which is why the account listed on the balance sheet isn't shareholder equity, it's shareholder deficiency.
False. Accounting practices have changed and I have a sneaking suspicion that's where the development costs for Tempe are. Here's the link to better understand development costs
https://www.accountingtools.com/articles/research-and-development-accounting.html
You realize at the bottom of the balance sheet it has Shareholder Deficiency not Shareholder Equity which is actually decreasing, correct? Assets=Liabilities+SE
Fuzzy you're wrong. That's not what is happening nor is it even in the ball park. Selling shares yet the O/S decreased. Borrowing?? From who? I just posted their total debt and just over $1m. And that's after they paid $400k towards that debt. I'm curious where your knowledge of reading financial reports comes from...
They're borrowing and selling shares to survive with over $300k cash on hand?? Read the statement of cash flows and you'd realize that's total BS
That's not what I said at all. I said if the company was not expanding and not in hyper growth mode this company would be a net positive company.
They had a NI of $11,488 before development costs.
I don't exactly know what constitutes development costs but that's the last line on the income statement.
Loss after development costs was ($156,000) and the footnotes don't describe what exactly the development costs are. That's all from the financials posted in May.
Debt DD The following table summarizes total bank indebtedness as of June 30, 2017: Description As of June 30, 2017
Royal Bank of Canada Line of Credit $ 151,132
CLE Leased Equipment 45,228
Royal Bank of Canada Term Loan 382,338
Business Development Bank of Canada Term Loan (aggregate) 134,056 Evolocity Financial Group 114,644
Lending Loop Term Loan 115,293
Thinking Capital 153,267
Total $ 1,095,958
Just over $1m in total debt. And none of it toxic. Not too shabby for a company in hyper growth stage who is able to finance most of their plans themselves. I challenge anyone to find a company in this growth stage with minimal debt like this.
Company is making money and would be net profitable if it was not expanding. Over $300k cash on hand and increasing each quarter, paid over $400k toward their debt repayments. Decrease in accounts payable, I don't even look at the balance sheet really. All you need to know is what the statement of cash flows looks like. The balance sheet can tell one story, the statement of cash flows you can't hide behind. AMFE is not hemorrhaging money in any way shape or form.
Because they're being reinvested as part of the expansion process. New expansion, hiring new people from a GM all the way down the line, construction costs for Tempe, new game guru, training, among so many others this company shouldn't have any profits yet. Business 101
Rapidly expanding company that SHOULD have ZERO NI at this time. And no one compares QoQ in succession like that. Q3 is their worst quarter of the year, and in fact that quarter grew by over 30% YoY which is proper analysis of quarters.
Done and done. Looks like $.985 is our first resistance level.
Baby steps up. The last thing we want is for this to run too hot. I don't know of anyone who would be upset if this went up 10-15% at a time. This ticker will be a monster once the revenue numbers start pouring in. Remember at this time CBWTF has no revenue, that'll all change by the end of this year. Hope some of you got in at the bottom of $.78, already up close to 30% from those lows.
All conjecture and heresay. Audit doesn't start until the official engagement letter has been signed and uploaded. The audit with RBSM could not have started on any day prior to August 10th meaning your 14 month assertion is null and void. And obviously if it started on Aug 10th it wouldn't be done in Oct correct? I'm done talking about the audit. It's done when it's done. Doesn't change the fact this company is growing every single day and will be a monster when the dust clears and everything settles.

Auditor wasn't engaged until August 10th, 2017.
A straw man argument at best
Up 6.8% today and up almost 10% from the bottom at $.78. Anything now is a great entry point or reentry point for those that sold earlier in the year. Should be another green day tomorrow. I'd much rather see small steps up in the PPS than one or two giant leaps. We'll continue to build support down here and move consistently higher. GLTA CBWTF long hold
