In China a person's last name comes first and first name comes last. But when translated into English, in most of case, to accommodate Western language convention, first name at first and the family name last. In rare cases, some person's name is kept in original order, out of respect. For example, Chinese president XI Jinping, XI is the last name, Jingping is the first name. In my posts, I try to write last name first but in all capitals but first name with initial in capital, hoping readers do not get confused.
Same thing with address: the order is all reversed. For example, White House address if written in Chinese. it will read like this: USA, Washington DC, Pennsylvania Ave North West No. 1600.
Company naming also has some conventions. Sometimes you can extract some relationship or meaning out of the company name. In our case of JBZJMY, Jinbo Zhongji Mingyang. From the name I can guess that the company started as Mingyang, acquired by Zhongji, and then acquired by Jinbo. Each company has its own history, reputation and customers, they don't want to lose any of them, so they combine all names together into one in sequence, last owner first and first owner last.
Same thing with one of WANG Dequn's company, Zhongtou Jinbo Industrial Co, from the name this company is formed as a subsidiary of Zhongtou (CIC). From this fact, we believe CIC is backing JBZJMY up with financial support and JBZJMY does not need raise fund from the US market to fulfill the purchasing order of 100,000 EVs.
Of course you have to know the name of company or person in Chinese characters to narrow down the search. There could be hundreds of combinations of three Chinese characters to yield same Dequn Wang. I believe we got the right Dequn Wang in both Chinese and English.

This is very lengthy paper and it is in Chinese. I'm not in the field of engineering so I don't understand the most of terminologies. Mr. HAN compares the first generation EV (Nissan LEAF), the second generation EV (Tesla Model S), and the third generation EV (ZJMY V3). Basically the article says that ZJMY V3 uses groundbreaking battery technologies and proper integration of technologies to achieve exceedingly better performance over both Nisan LEAF and Tesla Model S.
The revolutionary battery technologies make it possible for ZJMY's V3 to be the best EV, beating Tesla the EV leader of the world. There is a table comparing specifications of EV 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0.
Mr. Han Jianfang holds several patents of innovation in the EV arena. I will write more tomorrow.
We know Mr. WANG Dequn owns this company and has deep pocket, and behind him there standing Chinese Investment Corporation supporting him with funding. I'm sure that there is even bigger support behind, the Chinese government. The government will give all the green lights and financial incentives to push these V3 vehicles onto the crowded and smog-filled cities in China.
The report says that ZJMY's V3 EV costs 288,000 RMB before subsidies. The central government will give about 44,000 RMB, and the provincial government will give matching 44,000 RMB subsidy. The final price tag will be around 200,000 RMB.
The 100,000 units before subsidy will be 100,000*288,000 = 28,800,000,000 RMB = 4,180,577,760 USD as of today.
This is just one deal and one business. They are building battery recharging and replacement stations in three cities in China and start chain stores from there. For the first time I realize electric vehicles in China get double subsidies, one from Central government and one form local government. The Chinese governments push electric cars very hard. They might have other measures and incentives to push clean vehicles to the streets to replace polluting one. This movement will definitely benefit ZJMY's business.

The name reveals its history in my opinion: It appears that the company starts as Mingyang, and MingYang was acquired by Zhongji (possibly Zhonhji Group) and became Zhongji Mingyang. Then Zhongji Mingyang was acquired by Jinbo Group and became today's Jinbo Zhongji Mingyang (JBZJMY). This is how I interpret the meaning of the company name.
ZJMY has 4 intellectual properties as listed here at qixin.com. We don't know the details of those IPs. But during a telephone conversation, the company told me that they use their own patents in battery and motor designs that is why their vehicles have the longest drive distance per battery charge among competitions. Now I think it is necessary to know more about their patents to have a better understanding and boost our confidence in this company.
DOLV DD Summary
I got my first batch of DOLV on Feb 3, the first day I saw volume spike and price jump after reviewed the nice share structure.
Later on it was thought to be a MJ and RM play because the new DOLV president's name DeQun Wang as shown in wyobiz happens to be the same as of Oranoxis' president Daniel (Dequn) Wang. Oranoxis has patents and products to detect marijuana and drug traces from saliva. This link was later approved to be wrong or very weak because people (including Dr. Wang himself) from Oranoxis denied any connection with this stock.
The wyobiz filing gives us a clue: the contact email is huanganying@hotmail.com. To me this ermail account is a person's name: HUANG Anying (HUANG being the last name).
It was later discovered that a holding company recently registered with NVSOS: JBZJMY Technology Group Holding, Inc with Dequn Wang as the president. But nobody can't figure out who are those people and the nature of the company. A few days later another company was uncovered which registered with NVSOS almost at the same time and shares same address in Nanjing, China HLK Biotec Holding Group Inc.. It took us some time but finally we figured out the company behind: Hailekang, a healthy food and dietary supplement company in Hongkong and China mainland. Interestingly, this company is preparing to go public in the USA market via reverse merger. But there are two problems: The company admitted that they schedule to go public in October 2017; there is no officer with a name as Dequn Wang. The possibility of both Oranoxis and HLK merging into DOLV is slim because there is no much of synergy between the two.
During our research on HLK, we found something interesting. A person named HUANG Anying standing aside of LU Wei in one frame from a event sponsored by HLK. HUANG Anying appears to be the contact person in WYObiz filing and LU Wei appears to be one of officers in JBZJMY.
At this moment, we still have no clue what JBZJMY stands for and what kind of business is behind. I search every company at that Nanjing address and every person named WANG Dequn in Nanjing city. nothing valuable turned out, until xZx found a company called Jin Bo Zhong Ji Ming Yang. It is abbreviated as JBZJMY. JBZJMY is Jinbo Zhongji Mingyang New Energy Co,. Ltd., one of many companies owned by Mr. WANG Dequn. By my calculation, those companies valued at least 205 millions USD in total, based on qixin.com data. Please note that qixin.com publishes company data from government agencies and used by governments and by banks for loans and business transactions.
NVSOS filing has following officers in JBZJMY: HAN Zhiming, HUANG Hua, LU Wei, MA Hong, WANG Dequn, and Zeng Wenjing. So far we found out that Mr. HAN is the president of JBZJMY; Mr. HUANG is a director of ZhongTou Jinbo Industrial Co, Ltd, another company of Mr. Wang Dequn, Mr. LU is a business strategist who owns Taobaichi.com and a public company. ZENG Wenjing is one of owners of several Dequn's companies. There is only one person left who is MA Hong whom we don't know or have a clue. He/she is a X factor at the moment.
JBZJMY (or ZJMY) makes electric cars, SUV, and buses. We found some news about this company. One from their own website states that Bahamas government plans to buy 80 electric buses valued at $30 million. Another one is a report from Electric Car Expo held in Beijing in December 2016. It states that ZJMY received a purchasing order of 100,000 electric cars from a online fulfillment company (Uber?) in China. It is said that their V3 SUV is listed by Chinese Department of Industry and Information as the best car in terms of drive distance of single charge. Some board member here estimated that this deal alone worth over $4 billion USD.
The company was looking for a new manufacturing site in Tangshan city, HeBei province, as reported in April 2016.
The fact that Mr. WANG Dequn set up a new company ZhongTou Jinbo Industrial Co, Ltd. in January 2017 makes me think that deal of making 100,000 electric cars is funded by Zhongtou (Chinese Investment Corporation (CIC). In fact that this company name starts with Zhongtou (China Investment Corp or CIC) means that the company is a subsidiary of China Investment Corp. I don't have knowledge how it works, but Wang's company being under CIC is huge. At least in my understanding that Jinbo is financially backed by CIC.
