Anybody see a trading channel here ?
http://s944.photobucket.com/albums/ad282/madtig/?action=view¤t=IMGGchannel9-14.gif
I would like to believe IMGG........
......falls into this category. If so, there will be some rejoicing being done by members here !!!!
Notice especially the last short paragraph.
****************************************
“The Great Depression of the early 1930s was one of historic technological progress as well as investor opportunity,” writes Patrick Cox, looking back to another era which required a lengthy and drawn-out cleanup following a speculative bust.
“For many, it seemed like the end of the world. It was difficult to see a brighter future. If you were an investor then, however, there were a number of enormous and obvious technological trends changing the way people lived. One was radio. For the first time, Americans had a way to bring real-time news and entertainment into their homes. Radio boomed in the darkest days of the Depression. Forward thinkers who invested in the underpriced stocks of brand-new companies like Motorola would become rich.
“Another new technology, home refrigerators, was also transforming America. Electrical refrigerators saved consumers money by allowing them to buy and preserve larger quantities of food. Market penetration of home refrigerators accelerated during the Depression, making investors in the new technology rich in the process.
“In fact, technological innovation gave those who believed in the future huge and obvious ways to ride a financial wave to future riches. The ideas behind Hewlett-Packard, Texas Instruments, Xerox and Unisys were born in the depths of the Depression. The lucky few who invested in these ‘science fiction stocks’ laid the foundations of fortunes. Emerging technologies like neoprene and nylon offered similar opportunities.
“We’re there now. Nearly unbelievable technologies are emerging today. Better yet, a fearful market has seriously underpriced these revolutionary technologies.”
.....or selling at .33 possibly.
Nobody here knows, and THAT I know
fink-Now you are REALLY in trouble by posting her age ---:o))
Gotta' say something about IMGG so will post a chart.
Supports are holding nicely.
Would like to see the 10 dma and the 100 dma broken to upside soon ( the concurrent red dotted lines just above current price) and with greater volume
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=IMGG&p=D&yr=0&mn=5&dy=0&id=p37968162316&a=195071609
sano-there have been so many lines in the sand drawn, it looks like a mosaic. To which one do you refer?
fink-I believe a buyout is alive and well, and has always been Dean's intention. He wants to move on to other things.
JMO
By the way - if you are a female and that is your picture, I think I am in love
However, if you are a cross dresser or tranny , fugattabout it !!!
If we were to take a poll of all the members here about what they think is going to happen after FDA approval, I would bet that close to 100% would say the price is going to "spike", and then we could guess about how high etc ( again, I think most or many people would pick the $2.00 area)
Now, the markets have a nasty trick of doing just the opposite of what the "rational" person might anticipate. Your standard way of thinking will automatically put you with a majority that thinks exactly the way you do. Unfortunately, because of the way the market is arranged, each time you join the crowd, you have a very good chance of getting it wrong.
Listen attentively to other traders' opinions. Share your ideas with colleagues on Internet forums and in personal dialogues.
If half of your colleagues-traders approve your idea, double your vigilance.
Check up and analyze the situation once again.
If you have found that the absolute majority of traders share
your point of view, immediately re evaluate your initial plan of trading.
The market almost always goes against the opinion of a majority.
ElHefe-yes, I generally don't set actual market stops, but I was going to be out all day with no access to a computer. Even my "smart phone" didn't work where I was.
I usually have a system in place that tells me when my "stop" price is near and then I make the actual trade if I want to.
Hopefully, I can get the shares back. At least I didn't actually lose on the stop.....made a few bucks but would rather have the shares!!
moocho-if I could have seen the chart as it looked at the end of the day when I left in the morning, I would not have put in the stop loss order.
But given the recent history, I thought another down day was in the making, and wanted to cover my butt, since I didn't have access to a computer during the day.
I sold 1/2 of my trading shares, so still have the other half.
I hate to admit it,but I think I FUed
I set a stop loss at .329 and went out for the day. Had a good time, but came back to see I sold 1/2 my trading shares.
Just so you all know that the old Tiger isn't perfect !!!
Benny-still waiting for an answer???????
Benny-I don't know quite what to make of your post. The MMs do what the MMs do - you nor I nor anybody can stop it.
Do I support the MMs? Just as I support anybody here to do what they want with their shares- it's their business, not mine.
Our job is to trade the market as it is - not as we WISH it would be.
Now, what did you mean?
And what's with the "lover boy" comment?
Chart update........
Without doing a bunch of typing, suffice it to say that the chart sucks big time!!!!
If we have another down day tomorrow, which would confirm the pattern of the last 4 days, then we are all in for some serious doo doo.
Better have those stops in place !! - hope I'm not totally wasting my "cyber breath" with this advice.
Bogdan's sign ?
WTF just happened ??????????
You have to exclude every day that ends in "y" also
Call me paranoid...............
but I think we are getting screwed by one of the competitors ( GE, Siemans etc) paying off the members of the FDA ( or maybe even threatening them??)
It's not unheard of in the world of international companies.
Chart update..............
Things are not looking bright.... I may have bought back too soon.
Momo ind are in negative bias.
Supports as indicated on chart are being challenged
No news is no news is no good !!!!
It is quite probable without news that the .29 - .295 will be challenged. It's the fib plus support.
If that breaks, then I will hang it up !!!
.315 is next closest support.

KS-good for you. It took me about 4 years to really "get it"
---:o))
Technical view...........
Not much going on one way or the other.
I made 4 trades yesterday for approx $1200 profit. Now hold same number of trading shares at lower average pps.
You CAN have your cake and eat it too !!!
Benny-"I hate these bastds...Manipulators"
They really aren't "manipulators" as everything they do is LEGAL, and , basically transparent.
The REAL manipulation is naked shorting and all other kinds of ILLEGAL moves, most of which is completely clandestine in nature.
The MMs are just trying to make a living and serve an important role in the OTC stocks. Learn to live with them and figure out how THEY play the game so you can play it too !!!
I have an acquaintance who was a MM - I learned a lot from him
So if you want to know if "THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT" is coming tomorrow, then watch for heavy trading up near the end of today.
Otherwise, look for that trading pattern on Thursday, or if not, then Friday, or if not, then Monday or if not ........you get the idea !!!
Pretty tough to get a gap up when this stock doesn't trade overseas or after market close.
How will that gap up occur overnight ?
So it comes down to:do we believe second or third hand unconfirmed information from an anonymous poster on a public message board or not.
Well, if it's founded in fact, then thanks.
For me personally, true or not, it won't have any effect on how I trade this stock
OK-I can see that relationship, which is why I say no news has been rec'd recently because there is no buying pressure here.
JUST THE OPPOSITE !!!!
Who do you suppose was doing that buying? - obviously those close to the company..... it would be the same today if news had been rec'd
You post stuff like this you had better name who your deep throat is or you will be discounted as a BSer
oldowl-then you can bet your bippy his friends and family will be buying.( maybe thru "straw" buyers) but they would be buying it somehow
OH, I don't know about that. I got stopped out for a profit.
Averaging down is poor investment policy, IMO and also that of many "experts"
Buy when it bottoms and turns up
How many of you set stop losses ? Damn few I bet !!
I know many here think that pps doesn't matter ( I'm not one of that group)
This is NOT acting like a winner this AM
If "IT" were going to happen today, we would see activity to the upside with heavy volume - that's not happening.
If "IT" were going to happen today people close to the company would be buying.
I just got stopped out with a small gain - good luck if you are holding on !!!

Itt05-maybe I'm just cynical because of my age and what I have seen over the 67 years I have been around. Much of that time spent studying the markets, the government , in its various conservative and liberal administrations. The lies of Viet Nam and other so called "wars".
I don't trust any government body to not be influenced by those outside of it with special interests - and that ain't you and me baby !!!
It's the big and powerful ( as in big money)international corporations -- the very ones who would love to scuttle IMGG and get the device for cheap..... and they can do it if they want.
So, no I don't believe Dean would stand a snowball's chance in Hell of getting support in a complaint of that nature
Itt05-is that what you think IMGG will do if it doesn't get a decision in the 150 days?
Talk about shooting yourself in the foot !!!
And a government administration would NEVER, EVER create phony numbers to make itself look good !!
Of course not - just look at the way they handle the unemployment numbers , and the inflation numbers.
So I'm quite sure the reporting of timely action on their part ( 100 % for Pete's sake!!) is on the up and up.
One question - Who is checking the accuracy of those claims?
Trading today has certainly been exciting......
......think I will go outside and watch the grass grow !!
Why, if the FDA approval is coming any day ( week, month, year)
now, is the interest so low.? Seems like those who might know something ( wink ! wink!) would be buying the snot out of it at this point .
I think no news is no news is no news !
If you have a profit, hope you have your stops in place - mental or otherwise. Because if she goes down, it will happen fast and hard, I'm quite sure.
wrong board
Chart update(weekly for longer term)
The chart looks pretty good, although I want to see a stronger and confirmed breakout of the (red) downtrend line, which also broke the 20 ma at the same time.
All the momo ind (blue circles) are in positive bias
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=IMGG&p=W&yr=2&mn=3&dy=0&id=p79380973567&a=207192102
I have owned this since 2006. I have very many shares bought at low prices.
And I can't tell you how many "any day now", "this week for sure" , "we're all gonna' be rich soon" etc etc etc I have seen and been through.
Is this time different ? I sure don't know even with my experience here.
And nobody else here has ANY idea what is going to happen. It's all just hope and hype at this point.
Have a trading plan, get your feet on the ground and forgetthe emotional postings that are evident here - they are meaningless ( although very entertaining !!!)
It's not going anywhere until:
1) FDA announces approval
2) .41 is broken to upside DECISIVELY !!
Don't forget the several holidays in there. - ding dang it !! that messed all my calculations up.
Guess I'll stay up all night re-figgerin'
Now, is that Pacific time or Eastern time ?
