Do you know how many share in that 22% gain? Very few. Most just wallow in it for a while and then lose and quietly go away. I'll take the $100 stock, which is a real company, versus some pink sheet hyped garbage.
??? It's all in the financials so no speculation needed. Often, proof winds down to experience. Those looking for proof will lose in the end. I don't look for proof, I look for signs.
They call others Kool Aid drinkers after the Jim Jones disaster where people followed blindly. This stock is no different and those choosing to ignore the past are following blindly too. It's actually funny to watch it play out. Again. And again.
I've lost nothing especially with a crappy stock like this. I'm not dumb. A promising penny stock at half a cent with 2.5 billion shares outstanding? Geesh. I guess some aren't picky.
It gets well hyped. Those yelling great investment are fools as no sub penny pink sheet should ever be viewed as a real investment. Maybe in their make believe stock exchange world but not in reality.
I'm laughing at the amounts. Most people have no idea that there's stocks out there trading for under a cent. So when people get excited about one tenth of a penny, I laugh. Bottom feeders and degenerate gamblers I call them, lol.
No opinion. Take a look at all the financials and see the discounted shares being sold. The 50 Million shares for $17K's a good example but it's been happening all along.
With these pink sheet stocks, they issue shares at a huge discount in return for cash. The person or firm that exchanges these shares for cash then holds onto them and dumps them at a future date. The one's holding the shares will pay stock touts to pump the stock so they can dump. That's just how it works. Most will blame MM games, shorters, etc. It's very humorous to read the excuses people convince themselves of.
He who? I just know shares are hitting the open market. Do you need me to explain OS and share selling differences? There seems to be this disconnect with many on the board that think when the OS goes up (dilution), it means shares are being sold. That's just totally not true. The shares are issued and may be dumped many months later. We've been seeing that since this summer while some run around screaming no dilution like it means anything at this point!
Daily dumping is easy to conceal. $1,000 in sells a day is easy and wouldn't you like to make that every day by giving shares to a private broker to sell.
Wow, a whole tenth of one penny. I always keep forgetting how junky these "stocks" really are.
.02 ... or 0.00002 split adjusted.
Again, you don't seem to know the difference between issuing and selling. If I issue you a check and you don't cash it, I still deduct that check from my checking (adds to the O/S).
The company isn't issuing but someone is sure as heck dumping on people that don't know the difference.
That one's already been used: http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=newsarchive&sid=aKyUn7blAWko
It's an old phrase. He didn't come up with it.
Yes, because some idiot got the address wrong. Gee, wonder who that could be. I still love when they misspelled the name of one of the LLC's when incorporating it.
It was an article written by a student using 2001 data. NASCAR has been in a major decline since. Some stickers on a start and park truck or car doesn't get any real recognition and is a complete waste of advertising funds. The reality is that the CEO is a failed NASCAR driver and wants to still be part of his hobby by using marketing as an excuse.
You do know the difference between issuing and selling, right. You could issue 1 Billion shares that are restricted but not sell them into the market until the following year. The O/S wouldn't go up but the shares are being sold daily. Your post is misleading to those that don't know better. It seems there's many on this board that don't know the difference between dilution and stock selling.
I hadn't seen that one. So they're sponsoring a car and bringing their own car too on the very first race of the season.

Nascar Sponsorships? Too late.
That scenario doesn't sound right, especially for an unknown product. It wouldn't make sense if they did purchase inventory as we've already heard of other Walmarts sending product back. It seems that Walmart does a lot of consignment sales which means little to no risk for them.
BBDA isn't selling to Walmart, the suppliers are. Looks like they have 2 good ones in South Carolina and Texas.
They have until April 1st. Last year was the only time they filed without an extension.
Consignment sales - I've been doing some reading and it looks like BBDA's doing consignment sales at Walmart. That means that the supplier stocks the shelves and Walmart pays nothing until the product is actually sold to the consumer. That's why we're hearing of unsold products being sent back. It wouldn't get sent back if it had been bought by Walmart like traditional retailers do. So Walmart really has nothing to do with giving Koma Unwind a chance but more of giving shelf space with no risk. If it doesn't sell, they mearly push it back out.
Growing one brand makes more sense to me. Especially a brand that's still unknown. Some of the other beverage companies didn't extend their brand until they were well known and established products in the marketplace. A sugar free version, sure.
That's been one of my gripes all along. Sometimes I'll try an unknown drink because of the packaging. Koma Unwind in a soda can isn't very appealing for a product that's unknown.
No, not tearing down Walmart but making the point that they sell a lot of cheap crap and will try and push just about anything.
Wow. What a list. Never heard of any of them. Yes, Walmart sells boat loads of crap products to people that can't afford better ones.
You would be wrong. Retailers try to sell new products all the time regardless of what a competitor is doing.
Sure. Kola sounds like a cheap imitation of successful products. There's plenty of them at discount stores everywhere. "Retreat Kola"? lol.
Anything named "Kola" is a loser. Just because a distributor knows how to do their job doesn't mean anything. I commend them for being good at what they do. I don't think Weber has nothing to do with it other than luck. Most of the other distributors turned out to be crap.
Exactly. McDowell's.
I don't know. Any "Kola" is always a loser, though.
That doesn't make either form right or wrong. Dream Water is marketed correctly and is why they have such widespread distribution and Koma Unwind is virtually unknown. Koma Kola's as dumb idea as all the other variants that never happened.

...or the Kool Aid crowd believing and thinking everything else is lies when they're being lied to directly to begin with.
I don't have to do anything. I know that the handful of relaxation beverages I've ever seen in drug stores, grocery stores and Walmart and none of them are Koma Unwind. I've never seen a relaxation shot anywhere either.
Signs of life is what I was laughing about. Total loss.
lol. Seriously?
So is twitter, facebook, google and other media that spread information almost instantaneous to a much larger audience than word of mouth.
No, it just means the other distributors failed to place it and the one in South Carolina is placing it. Stores buy from distributors and some are better at selling new products than others.
