I also dread a reverse split! Wouldn't the company be better served with a buy back at these low levels rather than a reverse split? Just food for thought
It's encouraging to see we have stayed at the .0002 level for most of today and some of yesterday. Maybe it's up from here!
Volume started to pick up big time in the last 45 minutes. Are we expecting something to happen soon?
I hope!!
Very thin trading today!
that makes a lot of send uwlungman, i feel better about it now
I hope your right, I would hate to have to sign 45000000 shares and put up the cost to insure and send them to ameritrade
I called Ameritrade this afternoon and they said the shares would automatically be put into my account unless the company specified otherwise, which they did. They mentioned at end of news article that share certificates would be mailed to each shareholder. In that case they will be mailed. I emailed coastal holdings to get confirmation if they would be mailed or not and I haven't heard anything yet. Will let you know what they say when I hear something
so your saying either way the certs will be mailed to me and then I will have to send them back to ameritrade to deposit into my account
Question: If they do the stock split and I have my shares in my TDAmeritrade Account, will my shares that I get from the split go into my ameritrade account or will they send the actual certificates to my home address? Anyone know how that works?
stupididiotinvestor, I am kind of wondering the same thing. I bought into this company last week, when I read about the forward split. I only spent 60 bucks not a bad investment if I get 45000000 after the split, but how is this going to affect the price/share after the split will it be around .00000015 or something like that. Someone with some sort of experience on this subject please reply....
I would have to agree with you also Dakotakeith. Being that I run a business, I believe in the aspect that any new revenue possibilities is definitely a possitive. Think about it, Franklin can continue to beat around the same bush or they can discover new opportunities. Thats why I say the humanitarian side of Franklin could be a gold mine in itself. Think of the possibilities. A way to take over the Bolivian countries business and make it look good. The american way of life. lol Seriously, It is a gold mine. Go Franklin, Seek out every possibility!!!!!
FA I agree with you on that one! I think now is the time to get listed back on the OTC BB. This would help this stock out immensely. If they all of a sudden announced this and it actually came to fruitition, they would rally for the short term, and they need it because these projects in bolivia aren't going to make a difference on the bottom line for probably another year or two.
Is this a good stock to invest in? I would do my own DD, but there isn't much out there other than hype from the company. Please someone help. I need to know. What about the forward split? Is this actually possible at a stock price of .0001? I'm not looking at short term; I am looking more long term. Is it possible 10 yrs from now this company may actually be worth anything? Any information would be very helpful.
The group of 6 or 7 investors who went on the trip to bolivia about 3 weeks ago are probably putting up the money. All financing and investment in business doesn't only come from stockholders buying shares. They wouldn't have went down there and signed the memorandum if they didn't have the financing available to pull it off. Possibly a hedge, but i doubt it.
you all actually think they would finance this with potential money from the silver mine? I don't think they're that stupid
Lets think about this for a second. I'm guessing petty or some other investor.
Franklin went through all the trouble to find a way into the bolivian market, negotiate new business with bolivia, and sign mou without the 360 mill to invest. Man it takes brains!
this is going to be nothing but good things for franklin. The bolivians need to be stroked. Do you blame them? The Exxons announcing 8 billion profits every quarter from these poor folk. Franklin has the right idea; the intangibles are endless. I don't blame the bolivians, and I see what franklin is doing. With the humanitarian benefits the bolivian will get, the profits are going to soar with franklin. I stand by my initial bet. $3 to 5 per share only it may take 2 yrs instead of 1, but we are headed there. The writing is on the wall. I truely believe now that this company is no fake. I have done my D&D and everything adds up. We will see! Hold on longs, we will all be rewarded. Retirement time soon!!!
must be a good thing. You know another play for franklin is the intangible benefits received from the humanitarian benefits franklin is going to provide in bolivia. The Bolivian govt may be more inclined to provide Franklin more business in Bolivia because of this.
This could be a good sign for FMNJ. Humanitarian business in bolivia could be Franklins gold mine...

Petrobras, Shell to lose Bolivia gas stations -- report
E-mail | Print | | Disable live quotes Last Update: 10:49 AM ET May 29, 2006
RIO DE JANEIRO (MarketWatch) -- Brazil's state-run oil firm Petroleo Brasileiro SA (PBR), or Petrobras, Royal Dutch Shell (RDSB.LN), and other private firms within a month will have to turn over their Bolivian gas station network to state-energy firm Yacimientos Petroliferas Fiscales Bolivianos, or YPFB, the Estado newswire said Monday.
Petrobras owns about 25% of Bolivia's gas stations.
The transfer of the fuel distribution business also hits the companies Copenac, Pisco, Refipet, and Pexim, the newswire said.
The transfer comes in the wake of the nationalization of Bolivia's oil and natural gas sector that was announced by Bolivian President Evo Morales on May 1. Companies have until June 30 to hand over their gas stations to YPFB.
While Morales is threatening to expel foreign energy firms that have invested more than $3.5 billion in Bolivia since 1996, he is receiving increasing support from Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez.
Chavez Friday in Bolivia signed far-reaching economic cooperation deals in - among others - the mining and energy sector.
Venezuela's oil minister, Rafael Ramirez, has confirmed Friday Venezuela's plans to invest $500 million in the short term for two natural gas processing plants, and up to $1.5 billion in the long term into Bolivia's natural gas industry, according to the AP.
Venezuela's state-oil firm Petroleos de Venezuela SA (PVZ.YY), or PDVSA, will help run 35 Bolivian state-owned gas stations in a venture to be called Petroandina.
Petrobras is inclined to give up its Bolivian gas stations, Estado said.
Bolivia has earlier said that it also wants Petrobras to hand over its two refineries in Bolivia to YPFB. Morales angered the Brazilian government, when he said earlier this month he saw no need to compensate foreign oil firms for possible asset losses in the wake of Bolivia's oil and gas nationalization.
Thanks Big Mur, that is also why i believe that soon this stock is going to soar.
microsoft word translated it
but I guess it means guaranteed, 50% isn't bad... They must keep costs low though
Translated article from Goldman:
Franklin Oil and Gas will operate in a 50 percent with YPFB
Feasibility of the GTL begins in 15 days
Stolen Darwin, of Franklin Oil

The 35 percent is supplied by the import companies Petrobras and Copenac and the rest by YPFB.

dude, i'm not trying to pump this stock so the price will go up. If anything I want the price to go down so I can buy more. I'm like anyone else... I want the best return from my investment
"FMNJ_Bullish, there's no need for you to post, we already know you are bullish on FMNJ, just don't be afraid to ask questions man!?!?!?"
So thats what this board is about according to the moderator. What exactly are we supposed to say or do while were here FA? Ask you questions? Are we supposed to wait for a newbie and answer his questions? Are we supposed to just sit around and twiddle our thumbs while you say do your own dd which we have already done anyways (well most of us), and come to think of it how much DD can you really do on a company who doesn't even submit financials MOST OF THE DD DONE ON THIS PUPPY IS THE NEWS? Or are we just supposed to sit around and keep our fingers crossed that this stock goes where us longs want it to go and keep our fingers off the keyboard until we have a question for you, the all knowing? Maybe were just supposed to sit here and read the posts that you put in about be careful with a pink sheet which i'm sure most of us already know this fact.
For your information man, your dd works for the big companies on wall street. It even works for the small caps. If you want to look at profit margins, return on equity, current ratio, debt to equity, return on assets, price per earnings, and market caps then I say yeah Microsoft, GE, Exxon Mobile, Apple, AMD - get my point...
Were talking about a pink sheet stock. Come on your not a stupid person, I'm sure.. Have you ever seen a stock go from .50 or even .25 and yr or two down the road be trading at 3 + . If you haven't then I think your smart but you haven't been trading long. Pink sheets trade on news, period. And the news will take this puppy up, not the absent financials, market caps, or anything else.
You see I have done my own DD on this company, and anyone with any sense barring any unforseen thing (which you can't do DD on - ITS CALLED SPECULATION) see no need to ask you any questions.
So with that said - If you want to bash me now go ahead, but I will continue my bullish ways on this board for I am an FMNJ stockholder and proud of it and when this puppy goes to the moon. I will cash in and buy wall street.
AND HISTORY- GET A LIFE YOUR A BIGGER FLIP FLOPPER THAN JIM KERRY.
hi janabana
TO THE MOON ALICE!!! LOL
I think we need to sing some more Kumbaya
Good Point FinancialAdvisor.... All speculation!!!!!
Well Stated syracuseo
Apex the silver mining company, if thats the case that explains why your so down FA
"The market will decide where this goes."
The market could easily take this to a dollar. You said it not me
I would like to set the record straight. I have done my homework on this stock, and based on my own cost/benefit analysis and the wonderful news coming to light on this "speculative" stock, I believe for myself and for my own purposes only that this stock will break a dollar by yrs end. I will continue to be bullish on this board. I am bullish on all the stocks that I own. I do, however, accept the posts from FA and a few others that keep me grounded. The rest of you that just want to knock this stock on no grounds at all, go away because you don't own any or your pissed at your own indecisions. Your better off smoking CRACK! your words will fall on deaf ears!
Does anyone else here see what I'm saying. When they start releasing financials with all the revenue from the mining operations and gas to liquid plants and even possibly a net profit of say even 1 cent and yes it can happen thousands of companies have done it before, I don't care how many shares are outstanding, this company is going to go up maybe to 1per share or 3 per share or even 14 per share. As before, for all you in the know, THIS IS PURE SPECULATION!!!
What I said was if a company can have say 85 mil shares outstanding and have losses 2 yrs in a row with absolutely no revenue ( revenue is 0 - talking about apex silver mining) and be trading at 14 per share, then I see no reason why fmnj couldn't be trading at 3 per share with the amount of revenue that will be coming down the pipeline, regardless of the 1.7 bil outstanding shares. Of course they need to keep control of costs and keep production high. This is pure speculation for all of you in the know. Stay off the crack!
