The group of 6 or 7 investors who went on the trip to bolivia about 3 weeks ago are probably putting up the money. All financing and investment in business doesn't only come from stockholders buying shares. They wouldn't have went down there and signed the memorandum if they didn't have the financing available to pull it off. Possibly a hedge, but i doubt it.
