E-TRADE now showing no bid or ask price ? Florida
I see where the D is now gone. Back to the regular flst ???? Florida
With billions of shares being duped an the market, there has to be a reverse split on the way. The only question then is, how big a split could it be??? They're raising money for something by increasing their share structure so high so quickly. When a stock goes to no bid it's never a good sign. Florida
Axel, your post is the most positive one on this board for many months. New posters and "new investors" would be just fine with me. Florida
It seems that everything is changing but everything still remains the same. The reverse split is done, and the toxic note holders now own a whole lot less shares than they did before the split. With absolutely no news from this company in over 6 months except for their filings, what was their purpose in the stock split, and why do they still have the same transfer agent as they had before, unless they were working on something that would give their stock price a jolt ? Their ability to get a 2 million dollar loan from someone at this time is also very puzzling. When a company can stay this quiet for so long a time, but is still trading is almost unbelievable. Florida
Is that MAGNA at the .09 ask this morning ? Florida

Thanks CER. I found the filings, but I have no idea which one of them announced the reverse split numbers. Florida
CER, do you know a website where I can read their filing a few months ago, in which they spelled out the details of their announced reverse. I want to check those details again. Florida
The bid and ask on E-TRADE keeps disappearing on and off. Until this company finally breaks their silence and hopefully has something good to report, nothing can happen to the share price. We continue to stay in this waiting game of theirs. Florida
And that's the reason there's no bid and ask today ????? Florida
Now the bid and ask has disappeared from FLST. Why ????? Florida
The toxic share holders who at present are in control of the share price, will never sell at .20. It is the same price as it was before the split, in reality still .0001 ask. They couldn't get any people to bid at that time, so the only way this stock could have a chance to get a higher bid back, is for the company to announce something very good. Until then there will be no trading in FLSTD. Without any strong news release, in reality we still have the same ask, and a bid of .000000625 which they would "never sell at". The ball is in the company's court now. They alone can get some activity in this stock again. Florida
Which market makers are on the bid and ask CER ? Florida
That's just what I was saying. The shares show as being bought, but don't show in todays log. Maybe they still have to be adjusted for the reverse split before we can see our new totals. Florida
E-TRADE hasn't updated our accounts yet. They are showing zero shares in my portfolio at present. Who knows if this stock will even be trading today ? Florida
CER, are you the one asking $50 per share ? That would be a very nice price to open at, but not possible. We'll just have to watch how this company plays this today ? Florida
If it opens at .20 that would line up with Thursdays close of .0001. We shall see what happens after that ? Florida
:
A reverse split is a corporate action whereby a company reduces the number of shares outstanding and increases the price of its stock. A company may decide to use a reverse split to shed its status as a penny stock, or to avoid being delisted. A common type of reverse stock split is 1:2, which means that each investor receives one share for every two that he or she already holds. In other words, the investor gets half as many shares, but they're worth twice as much as before.
As the question states, a company that has undergone a reverse stock split often gets the letter "D" attached to the end of its ticker symbol. This letter is used to designate a company that is undergoing a stock split of some sort (most often a reverse split), or some form of corporate reorganization. This letter is generally attached to the end of the ticker for approximately 20 trading days before it's removed.

CER, without some good news from this company, all they would get from all these months of filings and behind the scene maneuvers, would be sellers. How then would their toxic share holders be able to sell all their shares ? All this time and effort would be just a waste on their part. Why would they go through all of this if they expected to just through in the towel? Florida
Thanks again Renee. At least we might finally be able to see this stock trading again. Who knows, the company might even issue "a press release", if they still remember how to issue them ????? Florida
Thanks for the info Renee, 04/02/2015 09:30:14 Reverse Split/Cusip Change 04/06/2015 00:00:00 FLST FuelStream, Inc. Common Stock Other OTC
We don't know why it's been delayed, but somebody put a block in to sell of 65 million shares around the same time that news came out. Probably a very anxious shareholder trying to recoup some money. Not much we can do but continue to hope and wait. Florida
If that scenario plays out, I for one will be thrilled. Hope you're right CER. Florida
If the reverse split is denied as some of you hope, what happens to the millions of shares that the toxic share holders still own ???? If anyone can figure that out, please feel free to share how they can do it with the rest of us. Florida
Not only did they run it into the ground, they've now gone "underground" with what looks like a gag order having been placed on anyone associated with this company. This includes employees like Kevin Blanco, their P.R. man, Kugelman, and even extends to their stock transfer agent Colonial Stock Transfer. It seems amazing that the S.E.C. allows this " long silent period" to just go on and on. Not even an update from the company that had promised a finalization of their reverse split months ago! This has turned out to be the company that invented the expression "let the buyer beware". Florida
As of 8.10 p.m. last Friday night, Kevin was still involved with this company. If we wind up with nothing, so will he. Nothing else to do, just sit back and wait folks.

If they can't pay their lawyer so there won't be any reverse split, then why hasn't it been officially cancelled, as it was supposed to be finalized over 2 months ago ???? Another thing, why are they still filing with the S.E.C. if what you say is true. That would not make any sense. As gloomy as things look, I'm not buying your unpaid lawyer story. Florida
Al does this news have any affect on FLST ? It looks great but unless FLST still has ties to this other company how can this help us ???? Florida

The stock has no bid! The reason is that FLST has been trying to get out from under convertible debt owned by Asher and Magna. If the stock is not reversed, the lenders could force the company into bankruptcy and the shareholders would probably get nothing. Personally, I would rather have a big loss on the stock and try to
Bring my average cost down. I know a lot of investors trade some of their position, buying when the stock is down and selling when it's up. So, the reverse is crucial and there would be nothing good about it not happening. The stock was liquid all the way down. Every shareholder had an opportunity to sell for a small loss. I like all of the people involved and would like to stay involved.

I'm trying to understand why the p.r. firm believes that a reverse split would be a good thing.

David, just curious as to why you think the reverse split would be a good thing ? All of the posters on the message boards that are still involved in FLST, believe the opposite. Some of them even feel an announcement that it fell through would be good for the stock price. Very confusing to say the least. Your thoughts ???? Richard

Hello again David. We spoke a couple of months ago regarding the future of FLST. At that time you mentioned they had paid you in shares and that we were basically in the same boat. You also said you had broken all ties with them. With their announced reverse split never being announced as final, even though they are almost 2 months late, the only thing popping up now and then are some mysterious filings. What they mean if anything is not known. There's been complete silence from the company, and any attempts to contact them by a few of us has been met with more silence. Do you think there's even a slight chance for them to somehow turn this thing around ? If not, why are they bothering to keep up to date filings with the S.E.C. ? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Regards, Richard

Probably one or the other. The problem is how do they get the larger toxic share holders to go along. Unless they can get everybody on the same page it can't work. Florida
