It seems that everything is changing but everything still remains the same. The reverse split is done, and the toxic note holders now own a whole lot less shares than they did before the split. With absolutely no news from this company in over 6 months except for their filings, what was their purpose in the stock split, and why do they still have the same transfer agent as they had before, unless they were working on something that would give their stock price a jolt ? Their ability to get a 2 million dollar loan from someone at this time is also very puzzling. When a company can stay this quiet for so long a time, but is still trading is almost unbelievable.
