Well done, some first hand DD. Thanks for taking time to do that and bring your pic and information to the board.
This was the same letter submitted by MOP to BP that allowed MOP to be placed on BP's Designated Resource list for the Gulf Oil Crisis. The date is not an issue.
MOP Environmental Designated as Resource by British Petroleum (BP) and U.S. Coast Guard for Gulf Oil Recovery
MOP ENVIRONMENTAL (OTC) (USOTC:MOPN)
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=42691710&symbol=NO^MOPN
MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. (MOPN.PK) has been designated as a “Resource” by both British Petroleum (BP) and the United States Coast Guard to assist when needed for the clean up efforts in the Gulf. The Company is communicating daily with those close to the clean up efforts and is ready to deploy product to the area at a moments notice.
During the past week the Company has been working diligently to respond to three separate “bid-requests” for large orders of booms for the Gulf Coast. The Company feels very strongly that MOP sorbent is the ultimate solution for protecting the most fragile ecosystems and fisheries along the coastline. Unlike competitors, MOP sorbents are the only oil spill remediation products on the planet that are green from “cradle-to-cradle” being manufactured with green hydro-electric power, and all natural materials that are 100% Biodegradable and 100% Recycled.
Mr. Charles Diamond, MOP Environmental Solutions President & CEO was quoted as saying, “All of us are devastated by the scope and potentially disastrous effects of the spill in Louisiana. We pray the wellhead is capped soon to stop the spill from growing worse.”
Regarding MOP he commented, “On both, an oil pickup per pound basis, and cost per pound basis, MOP out-performs every other sorbent, and is the best solution for any oil spill clean up effort, including the tragedy in the Gulf.”
Diamond emphasized, “The dwindling supplies of polypropylene, commonly believed to be the only oil sorbent available for the oil spill in the Gulf, have resulted in its scarcity and its quadrupling in cost. However, our virtually unknown MOP sorbent has always had both a cost and a performance advantage over polypropylene. This presently places our patented MOP sorbent at a tremendous advantage over polypropylene, and with recognition of the superior qualities of MOP, it could soon be the #1 sorbent of choice over all other sorbents in the market.”
“But if you’re not convinced take a closer look and you’ll see more reasons why… EPA’s review found our sorbent fibers in compliance with Title 40 of the National Contingency Plan for use on any oil spill on land or water. Polypropylene fibers are not environmentally sound, and are restricted from similar uses,” says Diamond.
“Even more convincing is the review by Randy Fletcher, Safety Specialist of British Petroleum (BP), who concluded: “The booms and pillows performed above the standards established by other booms (i.e. polypropylene) and were found more economical than the competitive brands we have used.” His letter is reproduced on our web site,” says Diamond.
When the truth is known regarding MOP quality, cost, pickup capacity, and environmental soundness, our patented MOP wins every time," said Diamond confidently.

So far we have a picture of Nungesser with Kistler dated June 15/2010 on FDFM's home page while we wait for a PR update: http://www.freedomenergyinternational.com/
Lots of us still around...it takes time for deals to be finalized properly. Would rather wait for a solid PR from MOP.
In the meantime, impatient day traders will sell and move on.
KC 9000 removes the hydrocarbons to separate oil from the water and other contaminants.
KC 9000™ is a micro-emulsion developed to assist in the recovery and extraction of heavy based hydrocarbons that are saturated with high metals and paraffin content. Extensive field and lab tests have proven KC 9000™ to be far superior than other products by permanently reducing the viscosity of heavy oil at ambient temperatures. KC 9000™ does not require external heat and works very well at normal temperatures.
Tests performed have shown the KC 9000™ micro emulsion acts in a two phase process. Unique chemical properties in KC 9000TM integrate fully with the target subject and proves itself as an extremely efficient emulsifier. Once allowed to remain dormant without any agitation a de-emulsifying phase automatically takes place allowing the contaminants to drop to the bottom and the good oil flow to the top of the containment tank. KC 9000™ is a very stable emulsion that is not affected by external forces making it very safe for the end user.

One example of where KC 9000 could be used:

I see that Governor Jindal is using vacuums to clean up oil from the shoreline. Obviously, this oil needs to be stored and cleaned.
IMO, this is one example where KC9000 could be put into good use. Jindal could clean and separae the oil from the barges with KC 9000 and sell it back to BP?
Just a thought.
VACUUM BARGES – ROCKS/BARGES
The Louisiana National Guard is deploying a prototype barge with oil suction capabilities. The Coast Guard approved plans for the National Guard to place oil suction equipment on a military float bridge or barges that can transport vacuum trucks into marsh areas for clean-up operations. The National Guard is deploying the first prototypes of this vacuum barge around East Grand Terre and Queen Bess Island to suction up the standing oil.
Additionally, Grand Isle David Mayor Carmardelle has been working on the development of a plan to close the passes to the east and west of Grand Isle. The state previously placed requests for high-sea boom on these islands, but this boom has not been made available and the passes have allowed for oil to get into Barataria Bay.
Governor Jindal said, “When I met with the President last Friday, I stressed the importance of the Coast Guard approving the use of rocks and barges to block oil from entering Barataria Bay. This proposal has now been approved and will protect Grand Isle, Lafitte, and hundreds of thousands of acres of prime fishing grounds in Jefferson and Plaquemines parishes from oil pollution. Mayor Carmardelle’s plan will use rocks and barges to narrow the passes and establish active sorbent and vacuum operations from barges to protect the remaining gaps. The barges would be anchored down and then chained together to provide for a contiguous barrier across the passes to prevent more oil from getting into Barataria Bay, and facilitate the removal of oil.”

Very good start with that picture of Nungesser and Kistler on FDFM's website...worth a thousand words as they say.
Anything more will have to come from a PR.
Need to put that picture in the ibox. asap.
Companies can do a gradual buy back over time or do it with Shareholders involved. FDFM has a choice.
Buyback
What Does It Mean?
What Does Buyback Mean?
The repurchase of outstanding shares (repurchase) by a company in order to reduce the number of shares on the market. Companies will buy back shares either to increase the value of shares still available (reducing supply), or to eliminate any threats by shareholders who may be looking for a controlling stake.
Investopedia Says
Investopedia explains Buyback
A buyback allows companies to invest in themselves. By reducing the number of shares outstanding on the market, buybacks increase the proportion of shares a company owns. Buybacks can be carried out in two ways:
1. Shareholders may be presented with a tender offer whereby they have the option to submit (or tender) a portion or all of their shares within a certain time frame and at a premium to the current market price. This premium compensates investors for tendering their shares rather than holding on to them.
2. Companies buy back shares on the open market over an extended period of time.

That's not what it said...it just said that DRC Emergency Services, LLC would be doing the reviewing, researching, sampling, testing and scheduling of product, service and equipment information provided on behalf of Plaquesmines Parish.
Just means that DRC Emergency Services will be reviewing and assessing whether KC9000 will be used or not. Or any other service or product for the oil clean up.
So, is this essentially what you're saying??? Based on the info provided, and a low estimate:
2 barrels per hour @ 24 hours/day = 48 barrels per day, for one well
48 barrels x $50 = $2,400 per day, per well
$2,400 per well x 365 days = $876,000 per well, for one year
$876,000 per well for one year x 100 wells = $87,600,000 gross
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Scottrade closing volume was 7,175,395??? Big difference!!
Scottrade must be off again...my last trade is still .008 at 3761 for last trade.
What's your closing volume?
Apparently, BP thinks FDMF is better than most other companies. Thanks for the opportunity to post this again.
Freedom Energy Holdings, Inc. Announces British Petroleum Escalates KC 9000(R) to Stage 3
FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire)
06/01/10

Good idea...you should send it to Kistler! Seriously. em
I think many are holding and waiting to see what news comes out this week. If FDMF progresses to level 4 with BP...that will change a lot of minds.
And shorts will have to cover!

lol I can get that information off the web too...and btw, she wouldn't have the authority to provide you with any information regarding talks with FDMF.
So what exactly did this person you supposedly called tell you??
Actually, I'm still waiting for the name of your contact regarding this claim:
MOP has a BP purchase order with more joint ventures in the works. That's in addition to the South American deal.
We know that...looks like some are just trying to create a lower entry point for Monday, imo.
lol...but all they're really doing is creating more interest and allowing the MOP word and good news to spread.
That's an eye opening MOP video to watch rkor.
There is no doubt in my mind that MOP Environmental Solutions has a very important and much needed role in the clean up for the Gulf coast. Communities through out the coast will need this product to make their shorelines safe and surrounding waters beautiful again. It's works so fast too.
Looking forward to seeing MOP on CBS news. We'll have to sit tight on the edge of our seats if it's not aired tomorrow, though. At least we know it's coming and it'll wake up and enlighten people around the country when it does.
CBS may save the best for last or for the first??...anyway you look at it MOP is the best of course!
No one in their right mind would say getting a contract for FDMF would be easy. It's a possibility pending on circumstances, for sure and not easy for any company to get contracts.
As I stated, there is a huge, immediate, emergency, market demand right now for viable solutions... the Gulf Oil crisis.
Again, would this be where KC9000 would work for Billy Nungesser and the Parish by creating clean oil that can be sold to market to help pay for clean up and even damages to their environment?
Would be great if Nungesser could sell BP's oil back to them for a profit.
http://www.wwl.com/Kevin-Costner-s-anti-oil-machines-to-be-deployed/7441867
That's an issue that any company would have to address...but if you look at the list of 'naturally occurring contaminants' in a separation process such as this; iron, aluminum, tin, lead copper, for example, the resulting sludge is not further contaminated by KC9000.
That's a very important point. It makes the disposal of the natural contaminants that much easier and cost effective.
The bonus here is that the oil is clean with minimal energy costs and in an improved state for use thanks to KC 9000.
That's where the smart money would be.
Actually the point that it takes only a matter of hours for KC9000 to separate oil from other 'contaminants' is key here, as it does so without the additional costs of energy.
Ok, from what I'm reading here KC9000 works without the need for additional heat...huge additional cost factor eliminated and without the need off mechanical separation...another energy cost factor eliminated.
Additionally, KC9000 naturally improves viscosity at the same time which is a huge bonus.
Also, KC9000 is environmentally friendly, so it does not increase the amount of additional contaminants already on site that would have to be dealt with anyway.
This could very well be a situation where product meets the immediate demands of emergency markets needs. Of course, in addition to other regular oil market needs.
I'm very intrigued by how the next week or so will unfold.
Great to see that video of Charles Diamond finally getting his due on CBS after years of dedication and hard work.
MOP contracts with BP - worth many $$$ $$$ $$$
MOP investor returns - from cents to dollars :)
Charles Diamond's smile while demonstrating MOP to CBS - Huge Morale Booster
MOP cleans up the GULF environment - PRICELESS
This is a list of World Wide Oil spills that I'm sure MOP could certainly could have made a difference with. Definitely, there's much more work for MOP to do worldwide.

Geography of the World's Largest Oil Spills
Learn About the World's Largest Oil Spills
May 30 2010
On April 20, 2010, a large oil spill began in the Gulf of Mexico after an explosion on an oil drilling rig there. In the weeks following the spill, the news was dominated by depictions of the spill and its growing size as oil continued to leak from an underwater well and pollute the Gulf's water as well as potentially harm wildlife, damage fisheries and hurt the economy of the Gulf region. As of late May 2010, the Gulf of Mexico oil spill was considered the worst spill in United States history.
Oil spills like the one in the Gulf of Mexico are not uncommon and many spills that have been much larger have occurred in the world's oceans and other waterways in the past. The following is a list of fifteen major oil spills organized by the final amount of oil that entered the waterway.
1) Arabian Gulf Spills

These were some of the largest oil spills to take place around the world. Smaller oil spills that have been equally as damaging have also taken place throughout the late 20th century. For example, the Exxon-Valdez oil spill in 1989 was the largest spill in United States history. It occurred in Prince William Sound, Alaska and spilled around 10.8 million gallons (40.8 million liters) and impacted 1,100 miles (1,609 km) of coast.

Would this be where KC9000 would work for Billy Nungesser and the Parish by creating clean oil that can be sold to market? And for BP for that matter.
Kevin Costner's anti-oil machines to be deployed...
http://www.wwl.com/Kevin-Costner-s-anti-oil-machines-to-be-deployed/7441867
BP has given the green light for funding of a device that can separate oil from water.
Development of the machine, which uses a centrifuge to separate the fluids, has been backed by actor Kevin Costner to the tune of $25 million.
John Houghtaling, Costner's chief partner in the project, told WWL First News that the oil company has ordered 32 of the devices for use in the Gulf of Mexico.
"In a matter of weeks, we can be manufacturing ten of these a week," Houghtaling said. "So we're hoping by the first of August to have all 32 of these things in the Gulf."
Listen to Houtaling talk about the deployment of the device:
According to Houtaling, the machines cost roughly half a million dollars to build, but also require the hiring of vessels to take them out onto the water.
Though the world-famous actor and Houtaling are both pleased that BP has now agreed to deploy the devices, Costner told members of Congress earlier this week. that he'd had a hard time getting an opportunity to try out his centrifuge for the Coast Guard.
"We would offer to take our machines out there but we couldn't get onto the spots because the Coast Guard would regulate that we couldn't get there," Costner testified.
Houghtaling said that in addition to providing clean-up duty in the gulf, deployment of even more of the devices could aid in shortening the six-month moratorium on deep-water drilling.
He said that he'd like to see the government use the machines as a safety measure to keep the deep-water drilling rigs in operation as safety procedures are reviewed.
"By the end of August...our company can have thirty-three of the machines around the rigs. If there's a spill, we can deploy," Houtaling said.
To view an animation of how the device works, click the window below:
Meanwhile Costner's company is moving toward leasing 16 more oil sucking and separating machines to Plaquemines Parish officials directly. They say if BP won't pay for that, they may sell the oil local officials pull from the water and fund the machines that way.
Nice find Mammoth...the MOP word is spreading!!
Green environmentalists are catching on too.
Let's see...Corexit is on there and can cause nerve damage. The British have banned it from being used in their coastal waters (rocky shoreline)...but it's ok, apparently to use it in the US Gulf?
KC 9000 is environmentally friendly at least.
Thank you! Exactly. Lots going on in the Gulf and right now I can only imagine what Nungesser's schedule is like.
Should be a good week for updates next week.
So you actually think that you can call Nungesser's office and just anyone answering the phone will supply you with that information. Or just anyone there would have access to that information?
Really??
Please supply us with the name of the person you spoke with so we can verify.
Btw, getting in at .008 or so is still pretty good!!
Last night it was someone couldn't find KC 9000 on the trademark website...an low and behold it was very simple to find and verify.
No doubt rkor...Mop management is hard at work concerning other potential joint ventures right now. As more contracts are confirmed, big money will take notice and there will be no turning back.
Looking forward to MOP's next update...maybe not this week but hopefully by next.
I do know that everyone there is dedicated to making this work.
I asked Brian Kistler about the 'green' aspect of KC 9000 in respect to separating the oil from the water. Looks like it will to what BP needs it to do and that's clean and separate their oil from the water and other contaminants... at the same time it changes the viscosity preventing clogging, as you stated.
No. He just made a quick comment. Would like to hear more from him if he's been in contact with them lately, actually.

Worked for the mortgage side, not oil. These guys are not scammers, they are good hard working guys. I spoke to a processor friend and she mentioned to hold my stock. Last time I was in they were genuinely pumped. 3 weeks ago. They were set to arrive in Kuwait on the 9th, and were going to meet reps from other mid east countries as well. UAB for one.
Is this the right link to Harcros Chemicals...if so, it's a big outfit. Looks like they could handle anything FDMF has to throw at them.

With every solid PR that MOP puts out we get a new high and then keep building a higher more solid base when it pulls back...can't control the day traders but one of these times, even they won't be able to hold this baby back!!!
Not likely with that volume...day traders just taking MOPN profits and moving on to their next play.
