Keep up the good work Staten! Let's continue to focus on the facts and getting the information out there. I'm done with useless banter.
It's useless Jetmek. From my DD, Digital Clarity is first class and BMC is certainly a revenue producing company. We own them both! What their exact revenue is now I don't know. Digital Clarity certainly has some top notch clients. We're at 2 cents. That's why I think we have value and I'm a buyer. You are not a shareholder and will not be again. So why should I bother trying to discuss the value in RTGV with you? Just because I have questions doesn't mean I don't support the company. GL down the road!
I don't mind having a discussion but you said you were no longer a shareholder and wouldn't be coming back. If you're thinking about buying back in, then I'll discuss what I know with you, otherwise I think it's a waste of my time. I'm a shareholder here who recently doubled down and have never sold a share. Even though I have questions (a lot of them), I am a shareholder and will defend my position with facts. The "new" RTGV may be different than what we expected but we do have value in what we have. Digital Clarity, BMC and now a JV with IFS for iPayu. We'll have to wait for the next 10Q to see what the value of Digital Clarity and BMC are. Buy some shares and we'll talk...LOL!
There's very little interest in this stock right now anyways. We've traded $283 bucks in the past 2 days. I thought we had over 2000 shareholders. Why is there no interest? Because there is still doubt about our future imo. The closing deal on 3/31 was not what was expected and now everyone is just hanging back waiting to see what transpires. There is very little new money coming in. For me, I need to see more information on what we really have. Take Cloud Channel for example. Is that just an empty shell our President created for the merger? He signed the document. What is Stylar Ltd? Is that Digital Clarity? Anyone? I've tried e-mailing CCG several times but I've yet to get a response. There is just a lot we need to know about where we are right now let alone 6-12 months from now. Another CC asap would be nice (a recorded one with questions sent to the company beforehand plus live).
I have to say Staten that a statement like that from our company really makes me wonder. I'm not sure if I'm worrying more about our management team worrying about I-hub posters or the fact that they think that legitimate businesses would use I-hub to decide whether or not to do business with RTGV. In no way do I believe that our posts are actively getting in the way of closing deals and damaging the company. Everyone knows what message boards are and what they're like. To think that business deals hang in the balance because of discussion on a board is just plain ridiculous to me. What they should do is cut the link to I-hub on their website and worry more about getting their website functional, holding more frequent CC, shareholder letters, interviews and general communication to all. Let us see all the financial information for our current acquired companies and more detail on what our SS will most likely look like down the road with these preferred shares being issued. There are supposed to be over 2000 shareholders but yet we see no volume. We need to get the floodgates of information flowing and raise the shareholders enthusiasm, interest and support.
We continue creeping up. Just imagine what we could do with some volume. How about some news about another acquisition?
I know it is and that still bothers me. I cringed when I first saw it and I still do. I'll feel much better when the new website is functional and hopefully we won't be linking to I-hub anymore. I also cringed when Linda told me she read the I-hub board several months back. I know for some they are ok with it but for me it's always been a big red flag. Maybe that's just common for these start-up companies to do that anymore but it still bothers me. I'm trying to picture our RTGV team busting their butt to get our company going and then taking a break to say, "gee, we better go check the latest posts on I-hub". LOL! I don't know man.
Sounds good. Keep me informed on the board or by pm.
For example, let's use RTGV's own numbers for year 3.
13.9M in net profit.
I assume since these preferred shares for acquisitions will become common shares at some time, I'll use 200M (O/S) for my calculations.
13.9M/200M = .069 eps x 30PE = $2.08 pps (nearly a 100 bagger).
No I agree with that! I'm not sure how much more having IFS involved in a JV will help. I'm just using RTGV's own numbers from the 8K for now. Part of me thinks this could end up being a huge winner over the next 2-3 years (100 bagger) and part of me wonders if it will amount to anything. I suspect RTGV could be in for a nice run when some verifiable parts of the business plan start to roll. I'll be here to find out and might even add a few more shares yet. GL!
Thanks for taking the time to do the DD and post what you found out.
I'm not sure I agree about I-hub having some sort of negative operational effect on their business. That's what scam companies always use as an excuse to avoid real discussion. We should all continue to do our DD and post what we find. Good or bad. We need discussion on both ends of the spectrum. For me, even though I doubled down recently, I still have plenty of questions and concerns about this company. I just felt that we had more than 2 cents of value moving forward. Not sure how this will pan out down the road but hopefully there will be a decent return.
One of my concerns over the next 12 months is that they are forecasting a 200K net loss with no net profit until year 2. Even with that, if more of the companies plan comes together in the coming months, hopefully this will start to run even without those net profits coming for a while. It's obvious right now that new investors are going to need to see more of what's going on. There is just no volume or liquidity on a regular basis.
From what I see in the 8K, we have the following forecast valuations/sales from BMC and Stylar Ltd (which is Digital Clarity?)
BMC is forecast to have a valuation of $1,183,570 in March of 2011 with $443,031 of profit (converted from pounds)
Stylar Ltd is forecast to have $928,550 in sales with $330,343 in profit.
The Executive summary shows a pro-forma for the first year of 5.3M in sales. 27.7M second year and 58.3M third year. Net profit is forecast to be (200K) 1st year, 7.1M second year and 13.9M third year.
For year 1:
53.9 percent of the revenue is expected to come from Software and Services. 34.6% from payment systems and 11.5% from media systems.
Thoughts?

Some of us are actually doing DD. Don't include me in your comment.
You can call the SEC yourself but I just spent my morning verifying it through the SEC. They even called me back to go over it. I'm confident after talking to them that RTGV is NOT required to file forms 3,4 or 5 per what the SEC just told me. It's now a dead issue with me. Let's move on.
According to the SEC (I just spent time on the phone again with them) it looks like RTGV is just a section 15D reporting company and is not required to file form 3,4,5 because they don't have any shares registered under sections 12b and 12g of the securities exchange act. You'll notice those are blank on the latest 10K meaning they are not subject to section 12 and thus don't need to file form 3,4 or 5s.
Can we put this to rest now?
I've been talking to the SEC today and I hope to get an answer shortly. Whether or not the form 3,4,5 are required or not are dependent on how they registered as a company. I am awaiting a call back from the higher ups. If I don't hear back today, I will push the issue more tomorrow. We do need to know whether or not they are required.
Looks top notch to me!
Have you even read through the 8K? It's all in there. BMC, Stylar Limited/Digital Clarity, iPayU. Expected revs from each and the forecast of 5.3M in revs by March of 2011. That is a good question about the forms 3,4 and 5.
RTGV Update:
Decided to double down last week and so far that was a good move as those shares are up nearly 30%. I still have many questions about this company and why all the information on this merger isn't out yet but hopefully there's much more than .02 of value down the road. But where's the info on Digital Clarity? On the other hand, now we have iPayu's parent company joining us on a joint venture. Who knows maybe this will be a huge winner in the next 12-24 months. At least the SS hasn't changed recently.
FRHV:
Hadn't looked at this pump and dump for a few days and I see it's shaved almost all the ridiculous ride it had from the paid newsletter pump (up to .15 and now back to a nickel). Now reality is setting in that this company has no profit and is issuing shares left and right. Thankfully I made a much better trade with GOIG! Back to .02 most likely or beyond, especially when the A/S gets raised to 500M or more.
NLEF:
Got my initial position yesterday at .40. Company is expanding rapidly but still lost a ton of money last year. Big net profit from last Q but that was due to accounting and not revs. However, it looks like it could be a big winner over the next several Q's and beyond. More DD later...
Jumped in at .40 today. I like enough of what I've seen so far to take an initial stake. Will continue my DD and add on dips if I continue to like what I see here. GLTA!
Decided to take a chance and double down last week just above .02. What I'm waiting to see is information on Digital Clarity. Why wasn't it in the 8K? I didn't expect to see it in the 10K because that is old business but we have a material event that we know nothing about. Anyone?
It's this kind of thinking that is just killing this country. Here we have a nice tax break for all homeowning Americans but the liberal media (and our current administration) consider it a costly break. Costly to the government coffers that is. What a crock! Is it November yet?
Mortgage Deduction: America's Costliest Tax Break

I read your recent posts and that is excellent ground truth DD. I have little doubt the product and marketing is excellent. NLEF seems to be getting their books in order by getting rid of preferred shares and retiring debt. As long as they can increase revenue (which they seem to be doing) without also increasing operating costs significantly, NLEF could turn out to be a big winner.
I'll keep doing my DD until I get a better feel. I just need to fell comfortable that the growth will show up on the bottom line. I've seen other companies grow rapidly but they never seemed to be able to turn a net profit. I assume everyone here feels NLEF will start seeing the increased revenue reach the bottom line soon.
For me as a potential new investor, I just want to see the balance sheet look better. They lost 8.7M last year and it would have been even worse except for the way they were able to account for restructuring and a derivative payable. It looks like the products are great but I want to see some positive net income. It doesn't help when there were only 391 shareholders as of 12/31.
Thankfully that's not the case. lol!
We retested support at .002 and it's bounced nicely so far. Those of us that bought shares down there have done quite well. Company is making slow progress. Maybe too slow for some but they do seem to be moving forward with production. We should hear some news soon.
GOIG Update:
Just got back and saw that my sell order went through at .05! That's 316 percent in less than a week. That was FRHV money well invested. Gotta love it!
I'll check it out. Tks!
2010 has been an outstanding year with no losers yet. Can't say that will stay all year but I've learned to always take a profit! Like I always say, it should be fun at this level and it certainly is this year! Wahoooo.
ADNY Update:
10K shows a net profit for the year with a 5% increase in revs and the potential for the purchase of a new terminal. ADNY may continue to awaken in 2010. Also the O/S is only 93M up 7M from last year's 10K.
DJRT Update:
10K shows another profitable quarter which gives them a net profit over the past 9 months. Still liking this one as a potential sleeper. Still adding shares under .05. Company has bought back nearly 500K shares since October. How about that! O/S is only 24M!!!
I believe it was around a 22K net profit for the last Q.
In Q1 they lost 166K
in Q2 they made 73K
in Q3 they lost 64K
and this quarter they made 22K
That should add up to a 135K net loss for the year. The most positive thing I took out of this was if you throw out Q1, we've had a net profit over the past 9 months. No dilution. In fact, the company has bought back about 500K shares since October. I still think this may turn out to be a sleeper with only 24M O/S. I'm still adding some occasional shares under .05. GL!
GOIG update:
Took my FRHV holdings and put it in GOIG on Wednesday (thanks to TurtleBK) and since it's up over 200% I'll probably look at selling some or all of it today. We'll see how it goes. The winning streak continues! Gotta love it. It was a purely momentum play anyways. Always be happy with a profit of any size!
I've got quite a few others I'm adding and others I'm jumping into or about to jump into. Should be a great couple months!
A sad day today as we mourn the death of a good friend. Lance was an aide at our school for many years. His health struggles on this earth our over and now he is with our Lord in heaven. Take care my friend and we will see you again!
1.4B O/S. Very funny. A stock 20 times worse than FRHV. LOL!
I believe we need to update the I-box to indicate the new O/S.
As of March 26, 2010 the number of outstanding shares of the registrant’s common stock was 66,508,035
As part of the restructuring of our balance sheet we converted $6,209,963 of notes payable and $1,468,303 of accrued expenses into 30,336,396 shares of our common stock.

I guess I should have held a couple more days to sell with the pump. Oh well, I still made money here. I supported them for a while even while complaining about the every growing O/S. The last move was just too much for me. 50M shares to retire 380K in debt at .008 per share. Nice way for those that loaned the company money to get all their money back and then some. And I believe some of that was company insiders and/or family.
