The CBD industry is crashing due to the FDA's response to the passing of the Farm Bill.
https://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/Newsroom/PressAnnouncements/ucm628988.htm
However, the FDA said something new that I've never seen before, and this is the beacon of light shining through.
There is no way that the FB was baked in, because the share price went up to $9.20 before anyone here even knew what was in the Farm Bill. Don't believe those lies.
That depends on each individual institution's rules. If the institution doesn't allow OTC trading, then it won't happen for that institution, but some institutions do invest in the OTC, and now that hemp is no longer on the controlled substances list, those institutions are free to invest in CVSI.
Absolutely. It's a psy-op.
The Farm Bill was signed after the markets closed. Institutional investors should be able to hop on board starting tomorrow.
Picture of Trump signing
Some potential catalysts after tomorrow: CVSI could get acquired with a nice premium due to a competitive bid war due to GRAS. Risk averse investors will be more likely to invest. Institutional investors can’t invest until Trump signs the FB. CVSI is one of the most profitable CBD companies globally, so I see dramatic upside potential here.
After we break 9.20 soon, where is the next resistance point?
It's all fraud, and they should be in a place where they are worried about dropping the soap.
Exactly. Citron and these plaintiffs are so full of spit; the judge would have to be a complete idiot to let their complaints fly. The case should be dismissed, and CVSI should file a counterclaim for defamation since:
1. The patent is still pending, which Citron didn't disclose.
2. Announcement of CVSI-007's non-final "final" rejection was not of material importance to investors since it has made CVSI no revenue and since successfully appealed patent rejections are no longer considered "final" rejections since they are still pending.

According to this chart, we're looking at the start of Goliath's toddler years as early as 2019, captain.
CVSI's chart looks like the throbbing heartbeat of the fetus of the Godzilla-like CBD industry that has been born to sweep the world by storm.
$200 PPS by 2022. Look at chart here:
astronomical expected growth of CBD
Trump also said on a talk show when he was younger that the only way to beat the drug cartels is to end the war on drugs.
Agreed. The whole market is under enormous pressure, and many are liquidating. After Farm Bill passage, I would imagine that many will flock to CBD.
Prices too good to pass up. Increased position.
Old news. Mona stepped down. Case settled. New CEO is pro and legit.
Absolutely brother.
11 million in cash. Profitable. Debtless. Little chance of dilution.
They will if CVSI advertises it.
Great article
CVSI has GRAS self-affirmation. --Something that no other CBD company has. CVSI has strong brand recognition, which is hard to come by. CVSI is in over 2000 stores. CVSI is not like the rest of the CBD industry; we stand out --above the rest. We've got the science, the management, and fundamentals required to succeed in this industry. We've got the connections; we've got a Farm Bill of 2018 that McConnell confirmed will contain the hemp provisions. We've got a bright future, and the cat is out of the bag. Good luck trying to put the cat back in without a GIGANTIC fight from the American people. This industry is the green-gold pot at the end of the rainbow, and no one, and I mean no one (including the agencies) will be able to stop it. Science is king here --not tyrannical policy-making figureheads. This industry has an ancient history going all the way back to the dawn of mankind. The rich and powerful have tried and tried again to control it, and in some ways they have been successful. Then, the internet came out, and people figured out the truth. I repeat, this industry isn't going anywhere without a bloody fight. The people have spoken, and the people will get what they want, and anyone else will be defeated in an ugly way.
One thing that clever people do is mix fact with fiction; it's common practice by those that would wish to deceive. Mixing a certain percentage of fact with fiction makes the fiction seem more believable, and clever people know this. When you realize this, it well help you sniff BS from a mile away. If even one piece of information is unsubstantiated or exaggerated, then the entire piece is garbage.
Garbage speculation
Absolutely. It takes a skillful investor to search the boards for information while filtering out the nonsense.
Ever heard of Naked Short Selling? It's perfectly possible on the OTC.

Right on brother. I am unmoved as well. This is worth at least 10 dollars right now, and I believe it will be worth in the neighborhood of $200 PPS in 4 years.
We are going to be fine.
It’s sticky
Another awesome report by Streetwise:
Hemp Sales Grow at CV Sciences: Q3 Beats Estimates, 2019 Outlook
$200 by 2022. $10 today.
The earnings report from this morning stated:
This is a $10 stock.
Not a guess at all. It's a fact.
CSE uplisting wouldn't explain 2X the market cap when both companies are based in the US. Anyone else?
A catchy name and backstory don't change the fundamentals.
