IMO, and I know it's not going to be a popular one relating to approved treatments, I believe, "winners and losers" are planned for, and chosen way ahead of time. In fact, I don't believe there's an army of regulatory agency people, sitting in offices, sifting through 1.7 million pages. Now that's one application. How many applications are submitted a month? Has anyone ever contemplated how many pencil pushers you would need, presumably having core competencies around specific medical specialties to review dense complex medical data, and literature, just to review one application? I just don't see it adding up. In order to challenge a treatment candidate, an agency employee needs to have sufficient medical training, at or on the same level as the researchers themselves. Any one who believes people of this caliber, and in droves no less, gravitate to an agency as a sought after career path is naively mistaken. If I've learned anything in the last several years, it's this, "question everything."
On the positive side of things, I do believe dcvax was chosen to be approved, but held off for as long as possible under the directives of BP Cartels. The regulatory agencies are set up to do BP's bidding. This massive inefficiency is purposefully imposed to maximize BP franchise products to squeeze out as much revenue as possible. That's IMHO of course.

The market is so rigged. Amrn received a monumental court decision today. It agrees with Amrn that Generics are infringing on Amrn's broad CVD indication, and rejected Generics suit to dismiss the case. That's the whole enchilada, which caused the massive sell off in 2020 in the first place. Once Amrn lost its skinny label patents the market anticipated the subsequent infringement to occur, and subsequently, cost Amrn millions to lost sales.
Nearly five years later, it's high time that Amrn receive a reversal of fortune to fix the lawlessness to date, which devasted stakeholders irreparablely. But how do you explain the meager gain in the SP? This is how the sp of targeted companies behave. There's a good reason why, when I bought both companies years ago, that came with a warning from my Scottrade broker, "FYI, these stocks are heavily shorted." He used the expression, "cult stocks."

That's what I'm referring to. People can receive an audio link, sit on their vote until the last minute, mistakenly thinking, that they could vote using that link in some fashion.

According to the PR, voting won't be allowed during ASM call-in. So it appears that the company is waiting for any additional votes that haven't yet registered to come in, before providing the number. People can be dense, so the idea is to avoid an influx of complaints asking why their votes were not allowed during the call-in.

I just finished watching some Jon Stewart mockery of the theft going on through MM's like Citadel, "Dark Pools," "Pay for Order Flows" etc. You have to be a buffoon to suggest management could single handedly remove the daily grip of transaction fraud that takes place. As Jon Stewart says, "You must feel pretty damn invisible to name where you conduct the least transparent trades, "DARK POOLS."

Georgeb - When I consider being lucky enough to be a passive participant in a transformative treatment, I can't connect with the pettiness around the stock awards vote. It's pure greedy whataboutism at its finest. The Boeing CEO was just fried at a Senate hearing when he was asked how much his salary was, $32 million he said. "Is fraudulently changing the safety inspection logs, and not complying with two prior FAA inquiries justify that kind of salary?" It was scathing. I'll leave it there.

Georgeb - Two years of negotiation leads me to believe that LP would not overlook any potential wildcard to remain outside the signed exclusive agreement.

dstock - Very quality post. There's a huge difference between googling and actual in depth research. Frankly, it's the kind of approach that should be adapted as a standard for searching for answers, especially to the most important questions we face everyday.

Unfortunately, all the levels of power, which exert control over the public is at its core shrouded in secrecy. It's not what the public is permitted to know that makes a real difference in our lives, no, it's everything, that a self-entitled group has chosen to hide, for some obscure reason, that doesn't hold up to close scrutiny. So as for transparency, we have systems built on a lack of transparency. Until we have a zero tolerance for any form of secrecy, we can never expect it to begin from the bottom up.

I had asked the question, because I was having dinner with my brother who's a physician. When I saw that you had taken tests, and what the results were, I asked Bro's opinion. Unfortunately, I didn't have your full story, so his answer is inapplicable. Don't know why I assumed you just took tests without justification. I suppose it's because I'm still haunted by seeing signs on storefronts for rapid COVID test kits. I think it's ludicrous to take such tests, if one is feeling perfectly fine, but people are. Otherwise, they wouldn't be on the market. In any case, the recommendation was not to take anything if you had no systems, and you obviously you do. Feel better.
