IT is not pumping regarding the shorts.......I spoke to the TA at length yesterday as well as AMTD and both reitereated that the restricted share issue has to do with the massive selloff that occurred in May, and the TA went on to say that AMTD is having a problem getting the shares together to send them over to transfer to CERTS......Clearly AMTD is extremely short so it is actually facts, not just a pump........

They said the SEC will not allow them to deal with restricted U.S. securities. I spoke to someone at Butterfield and I can't remember the other one////I will have to get back to with the other/////DJ

I have contacted a couple of different brokers so far in the Caymans and all have said they would not be able to help me with a transaction involving these restricted shares.
Also, I contacted AMTD and they said they are having trouble getting the shares sent to the TA. I asked him if it was because AMTD was short these shares. He responded with a BS answer about how they are having to enter the shares manually before being sent to the TA.
I did confirm with AMTD and the TA that we will be receiving CERTS, but those of us with AMTD, well who knows when the hell we will get them. The TA said that everyone should file complaints with the SEC and the more people that do this the sooner we may get some action on this, as I am sure most of us have already filed these complaints.

In the meantime.....Those unrestricted shares are great, HUH?$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
