good2be,
I agree if this deal didn't come through pps would be damaged.(short term, and create buying op) But that would only be short term not long term like 3 months or so.
I think we will be profitable near term, which is what the street has been waiting on all along to get us moving up over 5.00
Strong support around $3.10 to $3.15 area. Most waiting on news.
You know, Share price may drop if we don’t get news by 31st, or drop even more by 2/4/06. Really doesn’t make any difference if you look past this one deal.
I know it’s a big deal because of profitability alone, but we will be profitable IMO this first half of the year anyway.
That is Really doesn’t make any difference if you buy more when it’s down, because IMO it will be back to these levels quick with all the other news Pending.
Ask yourself, would you buy, based on your DD if Russian deal didn’t exist.
Most will answer ---Already bought before this deal!
Small Risk vs Large Reward!!!!!
Huff may have been in Russia all weekend! Ha! Ha!
Found something interesting, went back to begginning of this month after the last run-up.
Looking at the drop from 1/3/06 to date, the volume weighted average price is sitting at $3.6275 on the weekly.
Even going back before the last pull down in dec. the volume weighted average price is sitting at 3.40.
Any opinions?
Everyone notice, anytime we are experiencing something good about to go on with GTE, we begin to get these new posters and others who appear to want to distract our attention's from doing our DD on the company itself. (What most hear do very good)Thats what worries them.
I say lets let them have their opinions but not let them distract us from our goals! Making Money!
Huff will come thru IMO. If and when he does, you'll notice all these same posters disapear. Till next time.
Hope you feel better Pit, Maybe Tim will give you a ride on the Strat. (When your not hung over of course!) Have a good w/e.
All green monday, most don't want to be left behind, hard to jump on a fast moving train.
Not me Pit, I'd buy this company right now without the Russian deal. We're just getting to the money making stage in this company. IMO
Sebass,
Tell us how us you would build a new business and start out profitable while growing the top line.
If you could do that you wouldn't be here with the rest of us.
It's almost funny now how you wish to help all us shareholders, except that I always here you saying sell, don't buy.
Well, you can't make any money until you buy first, right!
So, I'm asumming you haven't made any money on GTE if you haven't bought in the last few months.
Maybe your shorting to make your money, that could explain all your helping, just it's helping your account not mine, because I'm way long and you'll see why in the near future.
Low, I would like to take a moment to convey my gratitude to you .
I write this letter to you to express a big thank you for your time and effort spent on the boards. I was delighted to find a place where I could learn from someone of your caliber. You have and still take time to transfer your knowledge into others as if they were her own.
Professionals such as you are one of our most important and sometimes undervalued resources. You deserve my gratitude and support and I hope you make a ton of money in your stock plays. If anyone deserves it, it’s you!
Your dedication provides the readers of I-hub with an opportunity to learn. I know you put many hours/weeks/years into gathering the info you share.
It is comforting to me, and I am sure to all others on other boards as well, to know that there are times we can count on your assistance and expertise.
I don’t post a lot, I mostly read, listen to what I read, and try to understand it.
Again Low, I would like to express my deep appreciation for the efforts you put forth on the many boards.
You're right Pit, biguns too! I love this company, and I'll love em more if they make us more money.
Hope we are headed back up now. Somebody made a bunch on the way down.
Pit, Tell me how all these buy's go through and the price not changing at all!
I think Seth may have already lost most of his subscribers Mide. After previous article they sold because they listened to him and we came right back.
Now they just don't listen or they cancelled their subscriptions. Ha! Ha!
Have that gap to fill for today's open!
Just have to wander how many subscribers MF looses and how pissed they will be when GTE is setting at $7.50 per share 1 or 2 months from now when all the PR's come pouring in! JMO.
Mide, read this from (1. Globetel) and (2. the sec) and I would appreciate your opinion on reporting the 150 initial installment. Some of this info I got from Rocky's board.

tem 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant
This new item requires disclosure of the following information if the company becomes obligated under a direct financial obligation that is material to the company:
• the date on which the company becomes obligated on the direct financial obligation and a brief description of the transaction or agreement creating the obligation;
• the amount of the obligation, including the terms of its payment and, if applicable, a brief description of the material terms under which it may be accelerated or increased and the nature of any recourse provisions that would enable the company to recover from third parties; and
• a brief description of the other terms and conditions of the transaction or agreement that are material to the company.
In addition, if the company becomes directly or contingently liable for an obligation that is material to the company arising out of an off-balance sheet arrangement, it must provide the following information:
• the date on which the company becomes directly or contingently liable on the obligation and a brief description of the transaction or agreement creating the arrangement and obligation;
• a brief description of the nature and amount of the obligation of the company under the arrangement, including the material terms under which it may become a direct obligation, if applicable, or may be accelerated or increased and the nature of any recourse provisions that would enable the company to recover from third parties;
• the maximum potential amount of future payments (undiscounted) that the company may be required to make, if different; and
• a brief description of the other terms and conditions of the obligation or arrangement that are material to the company.
The item defines a "direct financial obligation" as any of the following:
• a long-term debt obligation, as defined in Item 303(a)(5)(ii)(A) of Regulation S-K (17 CFR 229.303(a)(5)(ii)(A));
• a capital lease obligation, as defined in Item 303(a)(5)(ii)(B) of Regulation S-K (17 CFR 229.303(a)(5)(ii)(B));
• an operating lease obligation, as defined in Item 303(a)(5)(ii)(C) of Regulation S-K (17 CFR 229.303(a)(5)(ii)(C)); or
• a short-term debt obligation that arises other than in the ordinary course of business.
The item refers to Item 303(a)(4)(ii) of Regulation S-K for the definition of the term "off-balance sheet arrangement." It also defines the term "short-term debt obligation" as a payment obligation under a borrowing arrangement that is scheduled to mature within one year, or, for those companies that use the operating cycle concept of working capital, within a company's operating cycle that is longer than one year, as discussed in Accounting Research Bulletin No. 43, Chapter 3A, Working Capital. Item 2.03 incorporates the definition of "off-balance sheet arrangement" used in Item 303(a)(4)(ii) of Regulation S-K. This new item contains detailed instructions that any company with off-balance sheet arrangements should review. This new item also contains an instruction clarifying that a company need not file a report under this Item 2.03 until the company enters into an agreement enforceable against it, whether or not subject to conditions, under which the direct financial obligation will arise or be created or issued. If there is no such agreement, the company must provide the disclosure within four business days after the occurrence of the closing or settlement of the transaction or arrangement under which the direct financial obligation arises or is created. This new item contains additional detailed instructions that any issuer with off-balance sheet arrangements should review.
villas, I agree with your take on the strat test schedule being positive.
However, I disagree where you think the Russian deal is already priced in.
I think many out there want confirmation that this is not just talk/fluff.
I'm in for the long haul and swing small percentages.
Anyway, IMO, I believe confirmation of work beginning in Russia will bring in many new long term investors, including funds/institutions.
Curious as to how this may affect the strat equipment from your post,
NASA scientist Eric Jensen said the agency is also interested in investigating the properties of clouds at high altitude, which are thin and have temperatures as low as 194 Fahrenheit below zero.
Thanks wizetadr, I'll check them out.
Wizetrader,
I'm new to this board and trying to get a handle on how you trade using the moving averages 5,10,20. Also any other indicators.
Can you point me to a specific post or give me a brief overview as to how you trade?
I have been reading posts and think you have a good group here!
Thanks,
Thanks Low, I see it clearly. Was doing some research, appreciate the info!
Just hoping we break that 3.63 barrier today
Thanks Low, If watching a daily chart in QT what indicators do you use most often for entry/exit signs?
Hi Low, I've been using quote tracker about 6 months and your showing me things I didn't know how to read/interpret.
Appreciate it very much!
Do you also use Quote tracker to place your trades through?
I'm just wandering if it's secure or if you have had any problems if you were trading directly through the program.
My understanding is thier servers store your info for signing in.
Ole Pit is smarter than he looks!
Just kidding Pit, really like your imput!
Thanks
EGR, Right click on a chart and select indicators.
Does anyone know if they will announce with a PR when they recievr the 150 mill?
I would think so since it would put everyones douts aside.
If that PR does come, I don't believe we will ever see 4.00 again after we pass it.
If there is going to be a PR announcing the first installment, that will seal the deal for most investors. Then it off to the races. Probably not before confirmation of that.
Next leg up, break 3.50 and were off to that 4.00
Pit, watching the size of some of the buys, maybe some of the shorts starting their covering. Think?
No argument from me Pit, I think so too. I've bought twice this morning, held back some to buy some more just in case.
Pit, where are you! We want our Play by Play or Pay by pay.
I will say I see some positive accumilation going on here, maybe we move higher a little later on after they accumilate enough at these low prices.
Since when does a 600 mill contract not move a stock PPS any faster than we are moving up?
Could it be the manipulation attemp/deep pockets simply want to hold this PPS under $5.00 because they know once it gets to $5.00 it attracts other deep pockets (Funds/Institutions) and they can no longer hold control of the price. JMO
Anyone Agree?
Got more also this morning, and if it goes any lower I'll get some more, Hopefully, 5+ by end of week. IMO
Smart move IMO Pit, good support between the 3.20.-3.25 level
Hey Low,
Everythings good now, We all miss sometimes and have differing opinions sometimes, It shows how good you look at both sides of issues! That's what I like about you.
Let me be the first to say, You are right much moe than you miss. That I know and RESPECT!
I do believe this MF article will be good attention if real investors do the DD to look at our company.
My respect to you Pit,
I think your right about us seeing the bottom, we should spiral back up from here all indicators have room to run!
When the big boys look at and disect the details of this 8k, I believe you will be seeing many blocks bought on Monday.
This fool article may very well backfire on them as they have brought plenty of attention to us at the time when we were releasing the detail's anyway.
This will just let many institutions in a little cheaper. IMO
Low, I completly respect your opinions most of the time, however I think you were/are on the wrong track on this one. I don't believe Huff will hold back anything unless it is best long term!
Notice he had to have other qpprovals before releasing any info on this.
8.3 PUBLICITY. The parties may by mutual consent agree to issue a joint
press release describing the collaboration of the parties. The parties shall
also consult regularly during the term of the Agreement and issue, as and when
appropriate, such further press releases and/or other publicity materials as
may be appropriate. The contents of any press releases issued by the parties
shall be subject to the approval of each party, which approval shall not be
unreasonably withheld or delayed.
O.K., To all who cried because Huff did not stop the last pps slide. I mean those saying he had this sitting on his desk and just held it.
Take a look at the date of signing on the 8k.
Notice he was busy on the very last day of the fall(before the announncement) signing your company a 600 mill deal!
This JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of
this 29th day of December 2005 by and between GLOBETEL WIRELESS CORP., a
Florida corporation, with offices located at 9050 Pines Blvd., Suite 110,
Pembroke Pines, Florida, United States of America ("GlobeTel"), and LLC
INTERNAFTA, a Russian limited liability company, with offices located at ***,
Nahabino, Moscow region, Russia ("RP").
Maybe you'll be big enough to admit you were wrong about Huff intentionally holding back info so his own company/yours will take a fall!
If not, everyone remembers anyway.

With support here about .05 cents higher than it was at this time yesterday, and holding very well, I have that gut feeling we are going to run strong into the close in anticipation of major PR on Friday.
Just my sentiment, anyone else believe?
taking out 4.00 will spark a lot of intrest here. thats why shorts want to hold it back from 4.00
