I am from another board Nfusz which is a tech company that use interactive technology. Only learned of this stock QMKR because of the uBid announcement as we were tracking any developments between Nfusz and uBid. If you guys want check out the company for some DD on our partnership with uBid. The CEO is friends with the CEO of uBid and they are developing a technology purposely for uBid to reinvent how people buy from online auctions. The partnership was supposed to start in January of this year but now it makes sense why it got delayed because of this merger.
