He was quite clear in the PR, so there is no way one could make the assumption that they had a “cure” ready for prime time, unless, of course, they have a reading/comprehension problem.
Bleach should never be injected or consumed by any human. The stock has been undervalued for a very long time WITHOUT this latest news, and if you are insinuating dilution, that’s not their style.
And the company has lots more going for it than its Covid 19 involvement.
One of Sorrento’s subsidiaries maybe could handle that: Bioserve in San Diego does contract manufacturing. That would be quite pleasant for all!
Instantaneous protection.. “An antibody gives instantaneous protection against the virus. The elderly or an immunocompromised person will have a lack of immune response to a vaccine, but the antibody should provide the instant immunity,” Ji said.
Would be a miracle if they can validate this in clinical trials...a lifesaver for sure.
But analysts' price target was $24.00 for a long time BEFORE today's awesome news. The stock has been beaten to a pulp for no good reason. I wonder what they would say today about this little gem. Fingers crossed for successful human trials! This could be a HUGE part of the solution.

It is still possible that ARYC sent the FDA a notification and nothing at all exists. The FDA does not check anything for notification.
So in just 1 month, 100 NEW clinics have joined Team Arrayit’s portal. The other changes are good, especially those concerning the status of their Covid-19 test, making things clearer. Thanks theunclear for this spiffy DD!!
And the conspiracy continues, getting deeper and deeper every single day. How do they do it? lol
The company made NO money because of the good news in the PR (unless they were diluting) and lying in the PR would be beyond stupid. These are not stupid people or crooks.
That is pretty far-fetched. The share price did its thing because of the PR and in anticipation of big sales/contracts (government or otherwise) as they ramp up the manufacturing of their "FDA Certified Rx3000 UV Light Air Purifiers" in a new facility. I mean that is really a BIG DEAL, especially since the demand is now greater than ever.
Profit-taking is always expected and I don't think it had anything to do with the company or insiders. That would make NO sense. Many of my VYST share lots were very pretty and green, but there's no way I would sell my shares at these crazy-low levels.
Just my opinion of course.
So what "claim" did the company make?? Please be specific.
They provided background information, but I don't see any false "claims" the company made about COVID-19.
That's just silly. There were NO false or misleading statements in that PR. If you disagree, please show us where the PR went wrong. The company had every right to "mention" Covid-19, because it IS relevant to their current products. There is no way the SEC would have a problem with that PR and/or VYST.
Hi Jerry. The weird thing is that .0278 was the bid all day and that 143,000 trade was the ONLY trade that sold at that price. ALL the rest sold at .01 or slightly higher, much less than the buyer was willing to pay by about 150% . Crazy stuff, lucky buyers...very strange.
If things were “normal,” we would have closed at .0278 at the very least.
That was in 2014, long after H1N1 had ended. I don't think Rotmans sold air purifiers back then either. They sold carpeting, flooring, furniture, but no fans or air purifiers or hair dryers! lol.
The Rotmans have been a very highly regarded and respected and SUCCESSFUL business family for many, many years. They know what they're doing.
Agree, and there are several air purifier manufacturers that have been unable to keep up with the demand, here and internationally.

Greg could not sell these units during H1N1. They even put them in Rotmans Furniture store and could not sell them.
Right. And it is possible that the SEC failed to do its homework and relied on false and misleading HEARSAY because of general twitchiness about Covid-19. It is also possible that they will go after the very people who fed them said HEARSAY, resulting in a big backfire on them.
With the suspension and other articles written and published about the SEC’s action, Arrayit may have been greatly and unfairly harmed in more ways than one, and they would have every right to go after the culprits, and I hope they do.
Updated by FDA 4/30/20 - Arrayit is still one of twenty-four labs still on the FDA's list of labs "that have notified the FDA that they have validated and are offering serology tests as set forth in Section IV.D of the FDA's Policy for Diagnostic Tests for Coronavirus Disease-2019."
Where the Authorization Status is "FDA Authorized," the FDA reviewed and issued an EUA for the test after notification was given. Where the Authorization Status is shown as "Not FDA Authorized," the FDA has not yet reviewed the laboratory's validation and issued an EUA for the laboratory's test, and the test is included in this list to provide transparency regarding the notifications submitted to FDA. The "Setting for Use" designation of "H" refers to a laboratory certified under CLIA to perform high-complexity testing.

So I see even more false and misleading statements being posted here incessently. It boggles the mind.
It is silly to believe ARYC would give up its CLIA status while continuing their COVID-19 and allergy testing. The CMS website is not up to date and will be updated in mid-May. The FDA website clearly states that Arrayit is a CLIA lab.
Anyone can call the California branch if they are stressed out about the dates.
Say what? Arrayit is a CLIA certified lab and you are saying they did not have the "wherewithal" to analyze the lab specimens? You can't be serious.
By the way, now that ARYC has DTC services back and is trading in this "Expert Market," I am seeing nothing "typical" as you are claiming, now that we are able to trade the stock with a few big boys like Schwab and ETrade, when that was an absolute no-no a few days ago.
This is progress.
And now you are going to start a rumor about "Medicare fraud?" There was NO FRAUD. PERIOD.
Nope. ARYC never, ever insinuated or made such a claim. The SEC got this one wrong, and they may be starting to recognize their big blunder. There are signs.
Hey PSA, Etrade would not take a buy or sell order yesterday or this morning, but like you I was able to do it this afternoon and placed my sell order at $12.499. So now that the DTC seems happy and ARYC has moved to the mysterious “Expert Market,” allowing more liquidity, it makes me think that maybe, just maybe, the SEC and other entities are starting to sway towards the real TRUTH.
:))
Are they supposed to stop doing business and conducting COVID-19 tests because the SEC has unjustly suspended the stock? That would be insane. There is no reason to remove anything from their website since they have nothing to hide. Dr. Birk was talking about a finger-prick test and that's why the clip is there. I can't see anything "unbelievable" about any of that.
They are probably working especially hard right now trying to do their part in helping to contain and/or kill the deadly pandemic that is ruining lives all over the globe.
Agree.
No it doesn’t. Lol. The share price has nothing to do with showing PROOF of fraud.
No, you show the proof that the SEC is right. You can’t because it’s simply not there. Say what you want, the SEC did not do a proper or thorough investigation. Bye
None of the allegations are true. No one has been able to point to any proof at all! Just saying the SEC has it right doesn’t cut it, especially because everything they said can be proven to be FALSE.
Wrong on both counts...the SEC failed. End of story. You can’t know or predict anything as to the future for shareholders. The Form 15 is in place! You can’t call that nonsense since it’s right before your eyes.
Aryc
That would make SO much sense and I think it's coming too.
:)
In a sense it was "approved" because the company was operating under the FDA GUIDELINES, which ALLOWED them to do exactly what they were doing.
Semantics.
Nasal swab collection. Thanks, Ken.
That is one of many of Arrayit's distributors operating within a "Master Services Agreement" with Arrayit.
Yes, ARYC has a COVID-19 test. Please see the FDA list where Arrayit is right on top.
Show us the fraud! You can't because it does not exist.
Show us this "over exaggeration of fda approval for their kits through their vendors" that you speak of.

None of those "ARYC CV19 test claims" were made or even insinuated by Arrayit. Period.
Nothing is normal. The coronavirus pandemic has seen to that. Even the SEC personnel are working out of their homes. Maybe they're all drunk.
Nope, they were hardly "wrong tips." They were deliberate and untrue claims of fraud regarding ARYC's COVID-19 test, among other things.
The SEC does not like stock manipulation, whether it's by groups or individuals, whether it's by spreading false and misleading rumors or information on stock message boards or other social media, and they have been taking action, one by one.
Arrayit does not belong on that list. No one on this board has been able to point to even ONE act of fraud regarding Arrayit and COVID-19.
The SEC got this one wrong with their overzealousness after being fed false and misleading information about the Covid-19 test, and then they used all of that hearsay as vague allegations just so they could order the suspension. No "real" investigation was conducted. If it had, then the suspension would not have happened. To me, it is clear as day.
What Immunity to COVID-19 Really Means. The presence of antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 virus could provide some protection, but scientists need more data.
"Nevertheless, a few small studies of cells in laboratory dishes suggest that SARS-CoV-2 infection triggers the production of neutralizing antibodies. And animal studies indicate such antibodies do prevent reinfection, at least for a couple of weeks.."

Antibody tests need to be in place for 2nd coronavirus wave, CDC director says
https://time.com/5810454/coronavirus-immunity-reinfection/
Absolutely correct. It's a big WHY. Hmmm. Could this be behind the motivation??? Pure greed in the midst of a worldwide CRISIS and because there are no other companies to pick on and torture? As the saying goes, "follow the money." A BIG REWARD for a SUSPENSION? Doesn't matter a twit if it's an unjust suspension either, just show me the money!
