VRUS will be fine, in time...
show a little class.
KiPK...you read my mind.
We all have our agendas, but in this environment showing class and integrity is the right thing to do. Opinions are one thing, but to tell bold face lies to gain a position at this time is unacceptable. That goes for any ticker.
Weis Markets Gives Placement To Verus’ MLB-Branded Candy Products
March 14, 20202 Min Read
https://www.theshelbyreport.com/2020/03/14/verus-mlb-candy-products-weis-markets/
Sunbury, Pennsylvania-based Weis Markets has placed an order with Verus International Inc. for its Major League Baseball-branded candy products from its Big League Foods (BLF) subsidiary.
Weis operates 198 stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, West Virginia and Virginia. In addition to being the first supermarket customer, Weis also is the first to utilize BLF’s new display shipper, which includes the full line of baseball-themed gummies and sour gummies, baseball gumballs and baseball foiled chocolates and caramels.
Verus has received approval from MLB to offer its product line to official club retail and stadium stores. Seattle, with 24 team stores, was the first to express interest in offering the products, followed by Houston, Baltimore, Cleveland, Toronto, Minnesota and Philadelphia. Verus expects to receive interest from additional teams in coming weeks as it works its way through all 30 MLB team offices.
“When we invested in the molds for these new shapes and upgraded the packaging, we knew that buyers would like the changes,” said Verus CEO Anshu Bhatnagar. “But the universally positive reaction has been even better than expected, increasing our confidence that we will sign new customers at a faster rate than first anticipated. We expect to maintain very strong new order growth as store buyers receive additional samples of our new products.”
The BLF division has now begun to offer display options to retailers to ensure better placement of its branded packaged goods. The company believes that this effort, along with a full complement of products covering all 30 MLB teams, will help attract larger regional and national chains that prefer free-standing and counter-top displays. In future product cycles, Verus will begin offering player shaped gummies to complement the new baseball, bat, glove, and hat shapes, giving the line a fresh look during the course of the season.
I was in a grocery store today after church and the 'hanging candy' near the register was sold out, but they still had beer! I believe any and all BLF product will fly off the racks. We may have a little pause until the next orders are shipped, but we've got a solid winner here!
Thanks for the honest reply...we'll wait and see.
That's how I read it too (read 8-K 5 times). Waiting for anyone to explain why that would not be the case. VRUS stated and explained in the 8-K, as the SEC requested, that they are harmed by the coronavirus. Help!
On March 4, 2020, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) issued an order under Section 36 (Release No. 34-88318) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”) granting exemptions from specified provisions of the Exchange Act and certain rules thereunder (the “Order”). The Order provides that a registrant (as defined in Exchange Act Rule 12b-2) subject to the reporting requirements of Exchange Act Section 13(a) or 15(d), and any person required to make any filings with respect to such a registrant, is exempt from any requirement to file or furnish materials with the Commission under Exchange Act Sections 13(a), 13(f), 13(g), 14(a), 14(c), 14(f), 15(d) and Regulations 13A, Regulation 13D-G (except for those provisions mandating the filing of Schedule 13D or amendments to Schedule 13D), 14A, 14C and 15D, and Exchange Act Rules 13f-1, and 14f-1, as applicable, where certain conditions are satisfied.
I'm not understanding your post to be accurate. I'm not saying this to argue, but to get clarification of why you say this.
In my view and reading...once the 10-K is filed it seems to me we 'should be' current, since the 10-Q, according to the 8-K released Friday, requirement date has been pushed back 45 days 'after March 16'.
Why wouldn't we be current with what I've explained? What am I missing? Thanks!
Excellent suggestion! Put that product in Wheeler's hands and they will have it in 100k stores in a week.
It's not so hard, if you read and follow folks, to understand their goal here. Sick of it.
Joe, I talked with management and they told they shipped two packages and that's the end of the shipments. They carefully put them in a FEDEX envelope, placed a 10 cent stamp on it, and dropped it in the mailbox. That's it. Shipment is gone. It's done. It's over. There will never, ever, ever be another shipment of gummies in the world. 'THAT'S' the information that I have...what 'exact' information do you have about the size of shipments, when they were shipped, how long it will take to arrive, and the prospect of timing for more shipments to fill other orders? Come on...whatza' got???
Crickets.
I guess you're right. LOL They are only have one run and then...the world is ending.
What's the purpose of these questions?
OF COURSE they are going to have other runs...unless the world is indeed ending.
Oh, no more toilet paper anywhere in the world too!
I have intelligent conversations with my Big Black Dog.
Me: Good boy!
Dog: Lick!
Me: Want to go outside?
Dog: He goes outside.
Me: Want something to eat?
Dog: He goes and gets his bowl.
Me: Shipments will be delivered.
VRUS Deceiver: Factory is closed.
Me: Shipments have already been shipped.
VRUS Deceiver: No shipments.
Geeez, just proves my dog is smarter!
Can you not understand? The shipments are gone, shipped, coming to America. Gosh! I'll say it again...
"the shipments are on the way!"
Some people will say anything to try and deceive.
Wrong again! Shipments into the USA are NOT effected as the virus does not live on surfaces long enough to effect the time of shipping! That 'may change', but as of now that's the truth. Be honest and stop trying to spread false truths. Again, this 'may change' but all indications are BLF products are still being shipped.

That's just a lot of "BULL fighting" if anyone thinks that will slow VRUS down. President Trump has said that shipments will continue. End of story! VRUS will be fine! Nothing else to talk about!
Thanks Nest, it doesn't come as a shock as nearly everything else in the country is being pushed back. Even the USTA tennis league I play in is delayed. Crazy days! Bring on the 10-K and let's rejoice!!!
Right one Crozz...
I held a company last year that needed to merge with another company to get enough rev so they could uplist...VRUS is doing it all on their own. THAT'S unheard of in the OTC...I have not seen an OTC company with this type of revenue. And...(OK, the filing is late.) they are great at doing what they say they are going to do. This ticker, in my opinion, is an absolute no-brainer to hold!!!!
I don't know you, but I'm reading wisdom in your words!
FYI - You've got a home here...great place for a solid long to hold! You look at all the DD and you'll see.
He either can't or doesn't want to "get it".
You don't get it.
WV...I hear that! Personally, I'm of the mindset that you continue doing what you do when you'd do it and the market will eventually catch up. These PRs may be the source of pps holding where it is. I do think the filings absolutely need to be here as they have quoted...any delays at this point would not be good. So...I say run your biz at normal speed.
All IMO, so keep in my mind I was wrong once as I'm on my second marriage!!! LOL
My eyeballs are glued to the screen today wondering, waiting for the next big news drop by VRUS. It's a pleasure to watch a company be built from the ground up...very rare to catch one like VRUS so early. I am thankful to be here, in spite of the ups and downs, the up-turns and crazy drops...it's all good and getting better!
Boom!!!
Does anyone know if when I click on a post if it automatically counts as being read...even if I only stay on the post for 1 second? I'm asking because I'm building quite a list of posters I click through, ignoring what they wrote, to get to the next post that makes sense. But...I'm hoping my clicks will count as being read and add to the tally of 'Most Read Boards'. Anyone know the answer?
More eyes on VRUS! Nice Microcap Daily article!!!

BLF products are going to sell anyway. Maybe the sell-thru would be faster if the hype of the season was in effect, but fans are fans 12 months a year and will purchase during this suspended time. We'll be fine!
For 'THE FEW' who say silly things like "it's over"...IMO I say they are attempting to con you out of shares.
Look...
if you've ever been to a baseball game, prior to the first pitch the announcer will say "The Starting Lineups for today's game are"....
we're still hearing the lineups and who is going to be playing. The BIG GAME hasn't even begun, but yet silly voices say, "it's over". OMG...heaven help them understand!!!!
Good point Tool.....my comment was not an either/or, but about the online opportunity due to the current issue.
I strongly suggest VRUS gets their online store up and running QUICKLY. Most analyst are suggesting tech and online platforms are going to fly as we come out this Corona issue...resulting in many, many more online shoppers. We need to get BLFs shopping cart up immediately!!!
Pro...you're hurting my brain...as the musicians The Talking Heads once sang, "Stop Making Sense"!!!! LOL
Agree. I loved the new packaging...well worth the wait. It will be 2025 before we have product here in the back mountain country where I live, but I'll go to the city and find some...maybe ATL.
Oh, you ever think of being a writer...you're starting to get the hang of it! LOL
Thanks Nest...nicely done. 'Investors' appreciate your time and efforts!!!
mathew633 - No PM but I appreciated your message. Great future here with VRUS, even a dumb monkey like me can see that! VRUS is my baby...love it!!!
Now, what do I do with my RBIZ shares???? LOL
I totally agree with you when you say...
"I don't think".
Yes Kingpin...I think it was future talk. I've never seen "in stadium sales" confirmed, but I could have missed it.
Again, you have a very myopic view of VRUS. IF, and I'm thinking it's a BIG IF at this point, you're not aware of all of the legs the company has to create business and to distribute food...well, I can't help you. Keep thinking BLF is their only business...you'll be find!
Myopic view Joe. We are a food company and people gotta' eat.
We are diversified and in a world market...people gotta' eat.
As for BLF...our products are sold in convenient stores and grocery chains...NOT, NOT at this time in the actual stadiums. Silly, just silly comments!!!!
rrb....I think it's a trader here, Zackgray. He's a long, a good guy.
Zack tweeted this yesterday and I'm not sure if it was posted here, but thought it important for interested parties to see.
Most people don’t know $VRUS is Garnock’s most recent investment. He invested in Banyan Branch before it was bought by Deloitte Digital a multi billion dollar media company. He invested in PharmaCan that became Cronos and 45 percent was bought by Altria for 1.8 billion. Now Verus
Oh my....now you're a professor of energy drinks! Too funny! Off to iggy land for you!
Hmmm...Pepsi Co. just bought an energy drink company for $3.85 BILLION.
Not today, not tomorrow, but this could happen with our Vivamil.

"Are we investing in auditors or business"
That's a good line...Botta Bing!!!!!
I suspect I'm reading a bit of feeling lonely in the post...no one to talk to? VRUS screwed up with the filings, yes, but we'll be fine here. Pretty frickin' funny!
