Looks like a different kind of company... Not saying it's not worth looking into though...

I guess the answer to this. I haven’t had the time to research the differences in what has been released in the past and what actually appears on the SB-2. Looks like I'm missing something. Not that big a deal for me, but would like to find out what they missed. Very well could be a miscalculation on what can be reported in that previous pr vs. what actually made it on to the SB-2.
This is what makes the difference between a pink stock and one that is fully reporting. It does look encouraging to know that the company is willing to get the numbers right though... Very important.
Let us know what he has to say... I didn't respond to your last question because I don't have the answer. Still relatively new to the stock...
Best advice... Be careful, and read through this board.

Sure sounds like a good possibility.
Call em up. Big Apple 407-884-0444
Correct... It is the job of the MMs to make the market. IMO they aren't interested. Hence, no daytraders, no swing traders, just longs. I'm accumulating, and justifying an actual investment based on the DD. The stock will trade in time. When it does... I'll be ready.
We need off the pinks for sure though... More buybacks would be nice too.
"BS from a POS"... Are you giving yourself credit with that post? LOL.
Anyway,
For a company to order enough CTs to be able to account for its entire fleet of vehicles... too me, that in itself is more substantial than any other pr we've received lately.
Either way, whether you agree with the wording or not, the fact remains that there will be a fleet of vehicles using our product.
It only gets bigger and better from here.
Thanks for sharing... So 90 not 70. See what happens when you think positive!
Think positive! LOL.
http://www.coxsackietransport.com/
This looks like them... According to their site, they have a fleet of about 70 vehicles.
If you consider a purchase of 70 units at about 500 bucks, that would put the order around $35,000. Add revenues to the bottom line for tracking provided by our company, should put us somewhere around $15-20,000 a year. Not too shabby. heh.
It is... Anytime any company replaces their technology with one that our company sells and maintains is always good news. Word is getting out... Curious what the substatial order is.
Coxsackie will be replacing their current cellular technology with the Cyber Tracker, and they expect to receive better coverage at a lower monthly cost by utilizing the GSM Cyber Tracker technology.

Mailman from the RB posted his nephew's report from the San Diego West 2006 show. Here is the report for those of you that don't frequent that other board.-------
My nephew's report from the SanDiego West 2006 show. He finally got around to putting it together and explains why it took so long.
Regarding my visit to the West 2006 convention:
Sanswire had a standard sized booth, actually a little
larger than the standard. Some of the largest booths
(in no particular order) were occupied by General
Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Harris Assured
Communications, DRS Technologies and Boeing. I did not
have time unfortunately to spend time at those booths,
because of my job committments that I told you about
earlier.
My availability away from work was very limited last
week, so I obviously wanted to spend as much time as
possible at the Sanswire booth.
The largest number of booths in specific categories
were those in the Communications Systems, Homeland
Security, and Wireless Communications categories.
There were several panel sessions and speakers
scheduled during the multi-day convention. Those
speakers and the panel sessions were mostly headed by
various military officers and other military
personnel.
Some of those seminars/conferences were by
invitation only, and/or had tickets required to be
purchased for entrance. A few of the panel sessions,
etc. that caught my eye were entitled "Information
Assurance Panel", "Telecommunications In
Transformation", and "How Do We Deliver The Right
Intelligence At The Right Time To Warfighters?"
The description of Sanswire in the printed West 06
program was, "Sanswire Networks LLC, a wholly-owned
company....along with its partners drawn from key
leaders in industry, academia, and the government, has
embarked on a program of developing a series of
high-altitude, long endurance, lighter-than-air
airships and conventional uninhabited air vehicles to
meet the growing needs of the world community for high
data rate, broadband wireless communications and earth
observations."
Sanswire booth had 4 flat panel (approx. 21" ?)
computer screen images on display. On two of them,
they were showing the differences between raw,
high-resolution images, and orthorectified images.
Then the same two screens showed how
orthorectification software can "greatly accelerate
the orthorectification specialized process, allowing
for rectified high-resolution images and full motion
video.
There was a display sheet that listed
information on "Strate VOIP", advantages, features,
services, which include the "StratePHONE". It's
basically the same info that we've already seen
before, but it was good to see that they were
displaying it. There was another display sheet titled
"GlobeTel Wireless", "ideal for Telco Companies, Cable
Companies, ISP's, Corporations, International and U.S.
Government Agencies."
Part of the sheet was referencing the integrating of technologies "into one rugged outdoor base station" (Hotzone Wireless).
There was also and example of a HotZone Wireless unit.
It was mounted on a pole, with a sealed box (signal
unit?) attached, as well as two "antennas" which
looked somewhat like large cricket bats.
Another display sheet titled "Sanswire - Changing The Way We
Communicate" It stated what we already know, but
again it was good to see the reiteration of things
like "...The Sanswire Stratellite(tm) with our Super
Hub(tm) technology can be the next dramatic link
between citizens of the world, inter-connecting island
chains as well as large land masses, both rural and
metropolitan....It's our belief than such a platform
will change how the world delivers
telecommunications..."
On the other two flat panel screens were moving images
of a Stratellite and a Sky Dragon. The display sheet
related to that listed: "...different concepts in
their own particular fashion that can meet specific
demands and requirements of our customers"
"Sky Dragon airship based on unique design, dealing
with various layers and levels of wind speed from
takeoff, through climb, to operating altitude, and
return to earth..."
"In addition to the Sanswire family of airships, Sanswire is fielding a design for remotely operated aircraft or uninhabited air vehicle..."
As i'd mentioned in my previous e-mail, it was very
difficult to get the chance to speak with Bob Jones,
as he was constantly busy speaking with military
people and others, answering questions, explaining the
Stratellite, and exchanging business cards, with
mention of future discussion.
Also as i'd mentioned, I was careful not to be a leach or pest, as it was easy to tell that I was not military or defense company personnel. I wanted to be sure that I stayed a bit off to the side, to make sure that those that wanted to visit with him got the chance to. While standing
there, my feeling was that I sensed some of the
passersby had an idea of what the Stratellite was, but
most did not know all the details of what it is
proposed to be able to accomplish.
Therefore it seemed to be a very good thing that they had a booth there, to inform visitors to the booth in person. Also as i'd said before, there was no new or blockbuster news or information coming out of their conference booth or
display.
From my very brief conversation with him,
Mr. Jones seems like a very sincere and honest
individual. He was of course very energetic and
excited about the prospects for the future but unlike
a salesman type of approach, his energy seemed genuine
and focused on getting the tasks done and taking the
necessary time and steps to make sure things are done
properly and operate properly. No b.s., just doing
things right, in the right order, etc.
Things take time to get done right, sometimes methods and
techniques change and improve, which takes more time.
But once it's accomplished properly, one can go with
it, while also using improvement for future improved
products, methods, etc. Those are strictly my words,
but some of those thoughts are surmised (correctly or
incorrectly?) from my speaking with him.
I can tell you what i'm going to do next: I'm going to
read (study!) all of the most recent and other recent
pr's, filings and projections again, and to also not
forget that old saying that someone once said: "Read
between the lines."
(end)
Couldn't help but notice the increase and volume on Friday... Any word from the company about the up list? If the company starts to share their plans with the investors, looks like many of you will recover your losses... Will be keeping an eye on this one.
I own that one as well... they too have some issues with the amount of OS though.
Awwwww..Tito, where's my tissue?
Welcome aboard... Looking forward to anything you can bring to our table. Plenty of chairs here for anyone else wanting to join.
No problem...

Want to make sure everyone got these... These were the HISS Pamphlets at the CES convention.
Excellent... Good work.
Actually, my wife and I love that commercial. It was voted as 1 of the top 10 funniest commercials of 2005.
Here Spence... Have some Pamphlets.
http://sanswired.myphotoalbum.com/view_album.php?set_albumName=album02
I would assume HISC would know the numbers; otherwise they probably wouldn't have made the agreement. I talked to one of the Actsoft reps at CES and as far as I could tell, they are in the business of making money. LOL... Hope that helps.
Back at cha...
Correct it is the old OTCBB...

ADX (3) getting ready to go +DI over -DI.
ADX (14) -DI never crossed +DI on recent adjustment.
All looks positive for continued increase.
Whether the company will do a R/S is still unknown, however the company does have a history of buying back and retiring shares. From what I have gathered, the CEO has no intention of initiating a R/S at this time. Whether it happens or not, is our difference of opinion.
I understand the attitude...really. The pr was nothing more than a pr. I believe everyone here wanted to hear something from the company about how the convention went. Right? So we got one...no big deal, it's their job.
Anyway, the pps moving is dependent on volume, OS, and whether the mms want to play or not. Since we're moving to another exchange, maybe these guys don't want to play with us anymore. Especially with so many other companies and people to rip off in Pinky land.
IMO, we just need some more time. Once we're on the OTC, maybe even with OTC confirmation, the story will be different.
we'll see.
Writing is very similar to someone I know... Perhaps he likes the company again. ehhh, just a thought.
I was thinking...this guy.

.05 x.052 might be able to pick some up at .051
Surf, that would be great... I don't have PM privis, but if you need any phone numbers, contacts etc... let me know and I can hook you up.
Great DD Mr. Plan... Thank you.
He is 23 and yes, he is a genius.

That's him in the middle. To the right of him is Bryan Vest... Our genius in software. Bryan comes to HISS as the software manager from Actsoft.
J. Ian Riley has served as HISC’ Chief Technology Officer and Director since 2004. Mr. Riley is a 10-year veteran of the rapidly changing technology industry. He holds certifications in the technology field from Nokia, Motorola, Microsoft, Nextel, RIM and several colleges.
Not bad for 23 years of age... what were you doing at 23? hehe... I think I can remember what I was doing....ummm. I think.

I'll see if I can find out how old he is, if that is imporatnt to you...
Hey 8ts, it's up to you on whether you want to buy-in at this time. Everyone has the right to make their own decisions just as I have my right to accumulate at .05. IMO, we are way undervalued.
Aside from financial growth and contracts, the company has plans to up-list onto the OTC. Their intention is to be a full reporting company with the potential of being a major player in their field. IMO it will happen. Whether you want to be out during our transition is totally up to you. The company has a history of buying back and retiring shares as well as looking out for its employees who also own thousands of shares themselves. Which insiders selling are you talking about anyway?
Take care,
Sans.
