OK...I'm a little girl. FU
Whats up with the promo?
Sounds like a nuthin?
"Global Calumny Funds?"
I take it your familiar with them?
My sources tell me...
The Calumny Funds may be interested in PYCT.
Any thoughts?
Let's just clarify one thing, the 2many your talking about on RB is not the alias 2manystucks/24thepriceof1.
"Shame on you and 2many."
24thepriceof1 got gang TOS'd like it's predecessor 2manystucks and is gone for good. RB sucks.
So be it, going to be away for the next week or so and I anticipate upon my return to be reading the same lies from the few remaining longs who have contact with Mario.
"My dad told me you can tell more about a man by his enemies than you can by his friends. our-street and bud have made me think Harris is ok."
Did your dad also tell you that you were born without a brain?
"So simply my challenge to him is to spend as much time on the shorts side as he does on the longs"
Uhmm, I believe Our Street is commenting on the validity of the PR's and the bond deal. How would doing so be an attack on longs? If you have fact's to refute him then by all means do so.
So the discussion ends with this response...
"lmao... short sellers hired guns are paid to bash"
The conspiracy theories, NSS and CMKX trillion dollar payoffs...You need to buy more Monday as you truly deserve it!
dragon, Our Street was addressing a disclosure based on being compensated in some way to promote a stock.
Why in the world would a short seller be paid to promote a stock they are shorting?
dragon, why in the world would a short have to post a disclosure?
snoops, Mario would like to thank you for being you as a 1000 shareholders just like you would be a scammers dream.
dcjr4107, how does it feel to be played the fool?
What happened to the Tue/Wed PR that he told you would be out last week?
Did Cerda lie about that or did you just post nonsense?

Alex Cerda said a PR will come tuesday or Wed morning at the latest!

snoops, speaking in riddles or off the meds again?
"There is development. Philp SEC site, Mario's pictures down, and more. All can be researched, you just have to research it the right way. Ever hear of Global Calumny Funds? Maybe other people can offer their lies."
I would bet if you bought a whole lot more you could average down to .0002/.0003. If somehow you could do that I would be very happy as you certainly deserve it.
There are no Market Makers for this stock. All orders are executed on an unsolicited basis.
You really don't understand much about market basics do you?
ALL Defense Contract's listed here, if not, the PR is bogus.
http://www.defenselink.mil/Contracts/Contract.aspx?ContractID=3297
I would not want to be the person responsible for the mailing! LOL
The master plan has been dealt a huge set back. I would expect to see some type of damge control soon.
Janice, It's my guess this is separate from the current debenture and was targeted for certain "loyal" shareholders.
A very sweet deal if the price maintains it's current level.
I would bet that this offering was NOT intended to be made public.
If I'm reading the offering correctly the rights offering is entitling the subscriber to purchase a right for $50 (50% discount to the $100 debenture). With that right they can immediately convert the debenture into 10,000 shares.
Essentially $50 bucks will get you 10,000 shares at .005 per share and unless I missed something those shares will not have a restriction.
The cusip probably has not been issued yet, this is a dummy cusip assigned to a pending security.
johngoodboy, debentures typically trade in minimum increments of $1000.
720 units/shares = 720 x 1000 = 720,000
test
OMG, the fun never stops...
Start with the July 3rd posts

Hi Modena/maserati06!
The GreenZap.com reference did you in.
Exactly how many dividends like XMET, WSSE and Western Minerals would the average investor need to recoup current losses from owning MLON/PYCT?
terra, wrong!
You had to purchase PYCT to receive XMET. The best you can get for PYCT is .0001. So how much did the "free" dividend cost you?
Weid, and you will continue to buy no matter what common sense tells you otherwise.

Hello well I just wanted to email everyone to talk about Paychest and myself.
Just so you know I'm not one of marios buddies. Im just a day trader trying to make
big money. Yesterday After the first bit of news came out I got 38 calls. That a lot of talking
and having to tell everyone whats going on. Just to make this very clear Im not here to sell you into
Paychest. Paychest is a get story, once is has open it will be making money right away.
To explain yesterday the gas deal made yesterday has nothing to do with RRBK, and its a good way for pyct to
get CASH into the company Its costing about 50k a month to work on this project. NO ONE has given up on paychest
the website WILL launch. In my personal opinion it will take 1-2 weeks. I was very unware of the fact that they were working with US
banks, its good that they were trying to get low rates to make the site better but its didnt happen some of you I have told that paychest has been
working with a high number of banks well theres your proof in the first PR. One thing you all should understand is that this is mario first stock
he has a personal goal to make it work. He will not stop working to get this set up. Im working right now to get an IR (Investor Relations)
service for the company. I have done a lot fo the company and you have to understand I have all of my money riding on this stock that how
sure Im about it. I have about 20 of my personal friends and family invested into Paychest. I will keep everyone updated on as much of everything
that I can. If i think the company wasnt going to do anything I would tell you to sell but its not Mario Pino can take this company from the current PPS,
and drive the price up to .01 very easy and once the site it open it wont take much at all to move it. Paychest is not moving on to a different venture! Just
buying some gas to make a little extra cash for the company!
I want you to email me back with any questions.
I will get back to you asap.
Thanks,
Kensley A. Finnell

The alias is a play on true longs and NSS crowd.
But then you knew that.
rufff, If you are in the position to do so,
PLEASSSEEE opt for the debentures, you deserve it.
That's why you can throw logic out and use common sense instead.
Common sense says there is no way in the world that the debenture will ever be paid.
"I hope you don't learn that CFO's and Economics 101 have very little to do with pinky stocks."
Your "logic" just sunk you.
It's logical to assume that if the company was doing well enough to pay the debenture they would not have to dilute in later stages and possibly do a buyback to undue early dilution.
A balance between debt and equity is economics 101 for any CFO.
I would assume you would agree that would be the proper choice for any well respected company to follow.
Your logic makes no sense.
Your telling me that a penniless penny stock of today which would be able to produce enough cash flow in 5 years to pay off debentures such as these would not see follow thru on the equity price that would equal or surpass the return on the debenture?
I doubt either happens but wouldn't you rather own liquidity?
The smart money longs would bet the loyal longs will opt for the debenture. With the reverse, the price should see a small upwards adjustment.
Perfect for the smart money to cash out.
An easy one or two bagger before massive dilution and the end of this pump phase.
