1,626,720 Buys
1,277,001 Sells.
Saw MM tricks that drove price down while buying was actually the main event.
Just a "Hello World", could move it up 2 pennies or more.
Level II shows over 900,000 more sells than buys today. The pps has hardly shifted down at all. The MMs were the ones accumulating most of those sells. I saw MAXM get 500,000 in one trade. Of course if all this selling continues in the days ahead, it would be a matter of time for the price to drop.
We need a good introduction about the company we have invested, plain and simple... "What are you and what are your plans for future growth?" Answers to those questions would be cool with me!
Anyone look at Bollinger bands? From my view, looks very strong after that last surge. Points near straight up. News would be appropriate to knock that suckered clean!!
Who cares if he speaks a lick of English as long as he brings in REVENUE???
Actually all revenues from VITACIG actually belongs to MCIG from the merger. FYI, Sales of the new company far outweigh VITACIG.
The push may have run its course. A double top and broke Bollinger band support. .02-.025 next week unless we get an announcement. The pot has been stirred for BETTER upward movement later, IMO.
No big deal about Hawkins as an Officer in both companies. He is just interim at OMHE until the new management team takes over...and hopefully soon!
I agree, I am sure Hawkins is right. I just don't like when there is conflicting info. MCIG would not have invested as heavily if Paul's PR was accurate. (Smile) Just this information sucks.
Example, just the other day, everyone was breaking down the PR about "OMNI will be autonomous with MCIG" People were wondering about distribution...etc.
IMO, the PR everyone was wondering about should have stated that OMNI would be autonomous from MCIG...they just worded it bad, as usual.
Maybe the company could do a PR to give us some idea of direction and revenues. We really need to find out what is going on. I would like to get answers that explain the conflicting numbers Les pointed go out in his article between MCIG by Paul prediction compared to Hawkins PR. Paul's has a LOT less revenue to be received than Hawkins.
I am sure, in the end, it isn't really much to be concerned about, just a mistake, however, another thing to wonder about, though. Until answers are given by the company, all we can do is wonder. Right?
Pssssst...pooof! Maybe next week.
Yep, "Any day" for sure...soon...sometime...maybe?
Ha, maybe I spoke too soon. While writing my theory that buying power dropping, a 600,000+ buy occured. That was nice to see!
Unfortunately, this does not seem sustainable without news. It was great it went past .03 today, but there is plenty of resistance above and I think buying power has begun to decline. The anticipation is strong, but who really knows news is imminent when no real news for 5 months has been released? I mean documents, not PRs. When the news hits we will be golden. We are actually pretty good now, but this will fly. Be patient and keep acumulating at these levels! GLTA
Thank you Sello. I also had thoughts around the MJ sector with OMHE being a holding company that made arrangements with MCIG (an MJ wannabe, but no touching directly...yet).
I hadn't looked so close at that announcement before...thanks! Looks like another piece in the puzzle and
likely 5 months to go to this announcement...
just kidding, kinda.
Wishing Everyone The Best Year Possible! Go OMHE!!!
"Any Day Now" is not the case anymore, even though Paul PR'ed it! Go Figure
None of those were bought, 100% sells today.
Come on Bubba, I thought we had gone over this...the PR was an update for current shareholders and the 10-A was for reportibg to the SEC. The merger had not taken place by April 30th, the end of the fiscal year. No reason to add it to the 10-A since the merger and new revenue stream from Malecon hadn't occurred yet.
That is why the 10-A was reported by VITACIG. Omni Health had not been created for a few months after the merger in June 2016.
It gets confusing with all these change in companies and new revenue streams, doesn't it?
Bubba, you do realise the 10-A was BEFORE THE MERGER? The Current CFO Mike Hawkins made that "forward statement" to keep current shareholders updated. It is no farce, this stock is WAY undervalued. When Paul made that same statement, I thought it was weird. When Mike Hawkins CFO made the same prediction on a 4 month Overdue 10-Q, I knew we had gold here!
I agree JSee. The timing of a big announcement now wouldn't make sense. At least not an "Official PR" with an actual frame of the business. Think about the havoc it would cause the busineses right before the Holidays. Better to wait, for sure.
Aggie, look at the bottom of this report for the signatories of the VTCQ and OMHE companies...
OMHE 10-A with Mike Hawkins as VTCQ CEO and also signatory CFO of OMHE. He is interim CFO as the company transitions to the new lines and taken over by the current owners. He is an official and a voice for OMHE, but was VTCQ CEO/CFO and is part of the transition. I had simular thoughts when Paul made the first announcement about the Awesome revenue stream. Paul, though, wasn't part of OMHE, but Mike Hawkins is the CFO and should have realistic view about revenues. There could be major consequences for Hawkins if a forward looking statement from a current CFO was totally wrong when the books on that quarter have been closed for months. This next 10-Q would have been reported September had it not been for the merger. Think about that!
MJ could be a play since Omni Health is the holding company. That wouldn't interfere with Malecon Pharmacy'ability to borrow or use banks. Omni could set up a separate MJ business, just like their creams.
I'm not saying it is going to happen, but just there are ways it could.
Well Bubba have your opinion, but those "discontinued operations" in the same paragraph they mention the changes were happening. Those changes are as they shift into a pharmaceutical model. That sounds like VTCQ turning into OMHE to me.
So you're actually worried about declining profits now? LMFAO
Bubba, couldn't the "discontinued operations" mentioned by Mike Hawkins CFO, likely include the Vitastik Line since that was part of the mix in that quarter, but then was brought back into the MCIG lineup. That missing revenue was actually a loss under VTCQ wasn't it? So continued operations with the new company should be great! 1.6 million net soon to be reported for last quarter all for just $0.02; Not Bad.
So do you think Mike Hawkins CFO lied about the projected 1.6 million NET last quarter to be released in the upcoming 10-Q? I remember how you don't like the word "projected", but that announcement was made months after the quarter ended and should be a "known". If they are wrong, even by half, that is still much better than the previous company! Thoughts?
Welcome back Pistol Pete! Ready for action? Plenty here for sure!
It could become a Three Stage Liftoff with a Sonic Boom at the end!
...The Company projects to have a net income of $1.6M in its first quarter (May 1 - July 31, 2016) which consists of operational income and the income derived from discontinued operations, as it shifts its model into the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Hawkins went on to say, "The goal is to become current in filings and move the company to the OTC Markets."
November 22 PR
THERE WILL BE A GREAT BIG BOOM NEXT PR!!!
On the OTC, anything is possible. Even MCIG hit .90 when is was just a vapourerizer company 2 years ago. We might get lucky here depending on the revenues and outlook.
With VTCQ we had a company that barely had revenues to a company OMHE that is pulling in a possible 1.6 mil NET.
If they are at 8% profit as PRed by Paul, revenues are huge!
Period 1 10-Q due next. Should put this rocket into orbit!
If you read the 10-K it tells plenty!!!
Includes the history of Malecon and it's base in the community, the horizontal and vertical expansions ie, new stores and,the new line of anti-aging creams, the share structure and other goodies. However, I agree the Financials Have Nothing to due with Omni, since this 10-K ended 4/30/16.
Still under VTCQ for this one. Annual Report ended April 30th before merger. Nice intro to Omni Health is included.
VTCQ/OMHE Edgar Pg.
I like the outlook!
That .05 should be within reach if the financials match with what has been given by Hawkins. Even higher if the Crowd likes the PR and New Company outlook.
Wow, can't wait for some happiness on your end. This sucker is moving up significantly each day.
GLTU
Yes longhaul, the volume really spiked today and price is still rising. Traders selling for profit while word gets out on the street about OMHE to the Value Hunters, and bringing in buyers. It was about 50/50 for Buys vs Sells today. The anticipation of a "SLOW" Friday could be wrong.
I am not predicting, but if we break upwards from here might be where a squeeze could move stuff faster.
No matter what. this is looking REAL good!
GLTA
Well Cash, both of us were doubtful of the intentions of MCIG mgt for their News Release of the financials of OMHE. The recent release by OMHE puts that in line with the .05-.06 projections on this board for this stock. IMO, this is now a value stock still. They seem to be incorporating the Malecon business which WAS a concern of mine. I think this is just a beginning! GLTA
Your right Bubba, this will never sell for a penny again! Thanks for helping me get some cheapies...wink, wink.
