I have been trying to line up PLR’s press releases and stock price performance from the time PLR took on FTNW stock ticker as a client. I’ve been failing miserably. Can anyone suggest any tools or websites that can make this a little less painful?
Elk...I care...and I promise as this company continues to evolve. If they keep doing the right thing and taking care of their investors. I will reciprocate what I can do by introducing them to many IT decision makers to small, medium and large companies. After 30 plus years in the IT industry I’m pretty well connected.
Thank you SV for sharing your experience...I always look forward to your posts. They are informative and on point. Those of us with true experience are easily recognizable through our posts. I agree with you about this one being a once in the lifetime opportunity.
In my later years of life I only invest in products I believe in. I strongly believe in Data443. This company has a strong chance to brand themselves as the solution to a serious issue in the IT world. Just last week I dealt with three new sextortion threats stemming back from the LinkedIn data breach. For those of you not familiar with this scam. In short the email sends you your actual password and claims to have control of your computer and contacts. They continue to claim they have access to your computer camera and have videos of you watching porn. They threaten to send it to all your contacts and asks for bitcoin money in exchange for the videos. I even had one situation were they followed up with a reminder letter in the mail. In our medium sized private company I manage about 200 exchange users so if I’m seeing this more and more I’m sure other companies are as well.
HH...I did some research on this and need to look further...thanks
I appreciate you and all the people who’s experience and knowledge speaks through your words. I feel like I’ve made some friends in here. And to me that adds more value then any monetary return could ever bring. Thank you and to all who contribute.
That’s awesome Riz....just for fun if you do a patent search you’ll find another genius tech patent Jason was part of many years ago as well...
Lol...you’re right....this was one that would drive one to drugs not from them...
Thank you WC...I can also vouch from the technical side that so far this software is not only real but also real good. I have been putting out feelers everywhere. After reading through numerous comments regarding tech professionals running into problems finding one software solution that covers the major GDPR compliance’s. I recently posted a message on a tech blog specifically regarding GDPR software made up of all IT professionals. I reached out to ask for opinions regarding the 2018 three time GDPR award winning Classidocs data software. I’m going to check on Monday to see if anyone has replied and will keep all of you posted.
Can any experienced investor in here answer my question?
“ I realize most pinks have always failed in the past. My question is from your experience have you ever seen a pink like this before? More specifically, a pink that people you know have physical and over the phone interacted with them and the employees of the company? Plus, pr’s not just coming from the fluff paid media sources but from well known companies who back them such as Citrix and Wordpress/Codelight or the RSA? As an IT professional I personally do business with all those companies so I am very familiar. I am not familiar with the many other companies that list Data443 except for Caretower who have been trying to win our business for many years. I’m curious on what your thoughts are on this?”
Bro...I enjoy reading your posts and respect your opinion...so I’m going to send the same question to you...

Richme...thank you for your post...even though I disagree with you. I respect your opinion as someone who has much more experience then me in stock investing. Makes sense...someone has already claimed the name as a performer so...I for one think he’ll make the best falafel baker Greece has ever seen! Goodluck Y...LMAO
That’s great stuff...thank you HH...if I get some time over the weekend I’m going to check it out...here is another point we all need to consider...PLR has an outstanding 48 year businesses reputation. They handle some major clients and investors who trust them. We all know what LDSR looks like right now meaning shares, float and outstanding shares. The announcement of LDSR retaining PLR is listed on PLR’s website under the News tab available to everyone. So my point is as of July 19, 2018...the ball is now in their court. They’re just going to make improvements from this point on.... if anything negative was going to show up such as dilution or an RS. That would have happened already and would already show. PLR would never make this available to their existing investors and risk their 48 year reputation.
We are all investors here. What are some of the things that attracted us to buy LDSR shares? That’s what Jason’s new IR company will be putting together. The number one focus of this company is how to sell this to investors. What would make this most attractive? Maybe clean up the share structure. Then make sure that the financials show that this stock is a great deal, undervalued and have clean and on time reporting. Perhaps make the charts look attractive. Line up a series of well planned PR’s to all your investors and fire them out systematically.
I can’t predict numbers. However, this is what I feel we have in store for us and soon...
Hi C...I can’t pm but my email is tjargi at aol...my guess is code is being looked at closely for licensing agreements... I demoed IBM’s Guardium GDPR software not to long ago...This is strictly just my opinion but I feel they may have licensed part of Jason’s ClassiDocs. I base my opinion from demoing them both. Not only are the layouts very similar but so is the functionality. This is new to IBM, we know Jason has strong ties to IBM and he also supported their launch. That’s common practice for IBM, it’s easier, more efficient and keeps them less vulnerable to lawsuits. Again just my opinion.
Agreed...Both are correct... BB is referencing a failing business....I agree Brattlecam this one is a blade of grass that needs to strategize and watered so we can cover as much land as possible.
We have a lot of talented people in this room. However, everyone keeps bringing up the same speculation and assumptions over and over. We waste so much time and energy debating the unknown. We lose site of what actually is right in front of our faces. What I’m saying is if you really want to unravel the future of LDSR. My suggestion is to focus on what’s known and start by dissecting the company Jason put in control to handle LDSR, Porter, LeVay & Rose. We should be researching similar clients from when they took over their ticker and figuring out what kind of pattern strategies this company uses and figure out how it may apply to LDSR moving forward. All the information is right in front of us to research. That will give us the best view of what to expect.
We will probably see the website being updated a lot over the next week or two. Still many bugs that need to be worked out. In my opinion this is setting up for something big coming.
So I was trying to lock up my shares today on ETrade. After multiple rejections, I get a phone call from Etrade saying the MM's are mad because you are asking for to much for your shares. I said well I don't want to sell them for anything less then $15.00 a share. The ETrade rep tells me I'm not being realistic and to look at the charts and to rethink my position. I was like you have to be kidding...since when can they dictate what we sell our shares for? The rep starts questioning my motivation. I said wait a minute, I'm not trying to falsely inflate anything. Look at my account history before you start questioning me. The stock has been sitting in my account dormant since 2011. Over the last year it ran up 10,280.95% practically overnight. I just don't want to miss out when it happens again. The Etrade rep quickly tells me he has to get off the call and hangs up the phone. Bizarre...
You guys are funny... like little kids waiting up for Santa Jason Claus....to wake up to a bunch of presents...Data443 definitely owns GDPR Wordpress Frameworks which is huge because now they have a solution for all their partners to offer to their clients who have Wordpress sites...my guess is they’ll probably write an interface that works with all the products.
JGQ...believe me I hope you're right. Codelight has a lot of strong talent that would add huge value to Data443. Either way this is great news...I've been reading a lot about GDPR Wordpress compliance lately and here is a little fun fact to share with everyone...Even though GDPR laws are specific to Europe right now...these laws apply to any countries website who does business with European customers. So if your business and website is located in the United States you have to comply with GDPR regulations when servicing European customers. Or you can separate your website from being accessible to European customers which makes no sense because they account for 25% of online business.
That acquisition wouldn't make sense for either company. However, Codelight and Data443 distributing Wordpress GDPR Frameworks together is the perfect plan. GDPR data security specialists mixed with establish well trusted Wordpress plugin experts is the perfect mix....like chocolate and peanut butter.
ah okay...I'm following now...back on track...thank you...I was getting all excited that something else was surfacing...you never know with this Monster in the makings...
I think my middle name is 'Confused' LOL
So we all knew this already. Data443 owns the Wordpress GDPR Framework software that was written by/with Codelight. Data443 didn't purchase Codelight, we own the GDPR Frameworks software. I am basing this on Data443's previous pr's. Unless something new just happened over the last couple days and they purchased Codelight? That wouldn't make sense to me because Codelight has many different types Wordpress plugins. Data443 is specific to data security and GDPR compliance.
My pleasure Mark...we all add value here and our motivation is to all prosper...I remember the ME days oh to well...I was working as a tier 2 tech engineer in a call center for high speed data. I used to have nightmares about Windows ME, LOL...
H2, are you kidding brother...I am so looking forward to our dinner...I enjoy reading your posts...some of them crack me up...and by now I can tell when you're being sarcastic or when you're being serious...Here is to a great meal and lots of laughs compliments of Data443/LDSR!
Not at all Mark...a matter of fact I used to beta test products for Microsoft and Apple. The last time I did was with Microsoft's newest Mobile OS software application a few years ago just before they decided to not release it and get out of the mobile OS industry. It was full of bugs. These companies spend millions of dollars to test new products and often release products with known issues just to meet launch deadlines. They make so much money that consumers don't really care. Even if the phone lights on fire people still support products like Samsung. They rush out to buy the latest and greatest tech product. It's not uncommon and as long as they can come up with a resolution quickly it's not unprofessional. It's actually very normal in the new and forever quickly growing tech industry. I've seen many huge tech companies over the years make all kinds of blunders. I would be willing to bet that every tech companies website has crashed or has been taken offline unexpectedly at one point. I can write a long list that would blow your mind of recent flaws in devices everyone owns in this rooms as well as world wide DNS blunders that effected millions. You may or may not be familiar with this billion dollar companies recent bug...the largest tech blunder in history... https://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/us/security/news/vulnerabilities-and-exploits/meltdown-and-spectre-intel-processor-vulnerabilities-what-you-need-to-know
Some of you may also be invested in these companies.
Most of Data443's website is back up. If I were to guess. I would say that they run Data443 on a Wordpress template and were probably testing GDPR Frameworks with plugins or updates. They may have been creating a link page to the Frameworks downloads as well and duplicating Data443's code. Wordpress crashes quite often and when it does you need to do a backup recovery from the hosting server you use. I probably run into this issue about 3-5 times a years with a simple Wordpress data site. This is common when you run updates and some of the plugins don't properly update. This is just my opinion based on the earlier source code. If I'm correct we will soon see a similar linked addition of GDPR Frameworks as earlier to Data443's existing website.
SV, five years ago I would agree with you. However, websites are easy to work on offline and launch when ready. Plus, if you go to Data443.com and right click your mouse anywhere on the page. Then click on ‘View page source’ you’ll see that this was written specifically for Data443 in the html code. If this was a temporary site they would still have links to other products, investors relations, the team etc...
Yes, I’ve been using Codelight’s Wordpress plugin applications for years. They have been around for awhile and produce great products. Something big is brewing...
I would say it looks more like Codelight’s website then Data443...I don’t see a trace of Data443 on it except for on the bottom of the web page.
I don’t believe that’s part of the plan. My guess is they are focusing on sales and preparing the company for huge growth. That’s why I love being invested in Data443 for the long haul. Anticipating what the future holds is what makes this some of the most exciting times right now.
Good information....thank you.
For those who feel like that is what a Transfer Agent would say when the TA is gagged. Find another publicly traded stock that they manage and randomly call and ask for the share structure.
That’s the best way to confirm that.
Some of us are long and some are short...some shorts became longs and visa versa....however, one thing you’ll find is this one isn’t your average pink OTC. Many people are watching closely and looking for red flags to bail and green flags to buy. Some of us like myself feel we are sitting on an active volcano getting ready to erupt. I think you’ll find many hours of interesting posts by talented investors here. Whatever your plan is. Welcome and good luck.
I have some questions...dilution is mentioned often here...However, we all knew this company needed money quickly to operate...security software in the tech industry can be extremely lucrative but also very costly to operate and compete...none of us would be here holding sizable positions if this wasn’t the case...wouldn’t some dilution be expected? Jason mentioning this IR business partner who has been in business for 48 years. Could this be sending a message to us longs saying that things are coming together? I realize massive dilution could prevent a companies stock price from going up but if an IR company is going to introduce it to their trusted clients as an investment recommendation. Wouldn’t they want it to be attractive to their clients? And when they are in an industry that has a history of building billion dollar companies quickly. How would dilution effect a company with big growth potential like this one?
With all do respect Dr. you’ve been wrong quite a bit about this stock. You may have many years experience trading for a living. However, if I was wrong half as many times at my job as you’ve been about this stock. I would be unemployed right now. How about sharing your expertise and experience by addressing things we know to be 100% true? What about this recent retainer made with Porter, Levay and Rose. I was reading about this investment firm an it seems like this is a pretty huge deal. They listed Data443/LDSR on their website and are excited about introducing this investment to many new investors. This company has worked with quite a few large successful businesses throughout their 48 impressive years of business. Many of the companies they work with we all know of. How does an investors relation and communication firm handle a new client like Data443? They probably do a forensic investigation of the company before taking them on. It sounds like they have familiarized themselves quickly. They probably create a marketing plan before introducing them to their own clients. I wonder what kind of strategies they are putting together. If I were to take a guess I would say they would want to make this as attractive as possible to the many investor clients they’ve built trust with over 48 years. I found this very interesting article about the company that I’m excited about and I think everyone should check out... http://m.marketwired.com/press-release/porter-levay-rose-marks-45-years-in-investor-relations-2102964.htm
I do not have a lot of experience investing in Pinks. However, this stock is unlike any other OTC I’ve ever seen before. The few pinks I’ve been involved with over the years do all the pumping themselves and it’s usually difficult to figure out what’s true and what’s hype. Correct me if I’m wrong but this one has been the opposite. All the news has been clear and easy to confirm. If there is dilution going on then it’s probably not much. Or a successful investor relations firm like Porter, Levay and Rose would not associate themselves and their clients with LDSR. I’m learning new things everyday and I’m excited to see what’s next...Long & Strong Data443
Great day for LDSR longs! That news is amazing. Check out some of Porter, Levay and Roses clients...this is outstanding http://www.plrinvest.com/new-gallery-2/
Congratulations
Congrats TNZ...Marriage is like a three ring institution...begins with the engagement ring, then you have your wedding ring...and then comes the suffering...just kidding pal...Good luck and congratulations!
I agree...don’t listen to all the assumptions being made. Re-read our PR’s. The CEO has been true to his plan to his employees and to his investors. Watch the evolution of Data443 coming together. These are the most exciting times. Watch real results being made. Visit the Wordpress plugin website and watch the amount of people who are downloading it everyday and read the reviews. Read all the news happening around the world with data security and blockchain technology. Then visit Data443.com and see clearly what you own when you’re invested in LDSR. Sit back and give it time. This stock will climb, from a penny to beyond a dime...hope you like my rhyme, GLTA
Looks like we all have our own agendas. I’ve worked hard in the IT industry for over 30 years. I’ve maintained an executive level IT position with a middle size business that does 100 million dollars annual sales for the last 15 years. I love what what I do. Jason and I had great talk. He seems like a genuine good guy and his confidence in IT data security software is spoken through experience. What he’s doing here is groundbreaking and revolutionary. His validation and credibility through third party experts in the field verifies his product. He’s breaking into a ruthless market using the Trojan horse method. If you’ve been in the IT industry for awhile then you’re familiar with that. He’s using every penny wisely and doing everything smart. Positioning himself perfectly to explode in worldwide product credibility. I look forward to sitting down together someday and cracking a beer. You couldn’t pry one of my shares away from me with the Jaws of life. My biggest fear would be not being able to make a large quantity buy back into this. So to me LDSR could stay exactly where it’s at in till Jason decides he’s ready to release his financials and this masterpiece to the world.
