Not at all Mark...a matter of fact I used to beta test products for Microsoft and Apple. The last time I did was with Microsoft's newest Mobile OS software application a few years ago just before they decided to not release it and get out of the mobile OS industry. It was full of bugs. These companies spend millions of dollars to test new products and often release products with known issues just to meet launch deadlines. They make so much money that consumers don't really care. Even if the phone lights on fire people still support products like Samsung. They rush out to buy the latest and greatest tech product. It's not uncommon and as long as they can come up with a resolution quickly it's not unprofessional. It's actually very normal in the new and forever quickly growing tech industry. I've seen many huge tech companies over the years make all kinds of blunders. I would be willing to bet that every tech companies website has crashed or has been taken offline unexpectedly at one point. I can write a long list that would blow your mind of recent flaws in devices everyone owns in this rooms as well as world wide DNS blunders that effected millions. You may or may not be familiar with this billion dollar companies recent bug...the largest tech blunder in history... https://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/us/security/news/vulnerabilities-and-exploits/meltdown-and-spectre-intel-processor-vulnerabilities-what-you-need-to-know
Some of you may also be invested in these companies.
