honestly, we'd have to sacrifice too much margin to be in either of those stores...more so with Wal Mart; with a gross margin of 40% and CB taking 10% of gross sales, I'm not so certain given the substantial increase in volume it will make financial sense to go down to a 20% gross or even less on the product to put in those stores. I think it will be a large chain, but I dont think it's going to be a chain that is going to crush us on margins
indeed & averaging up ; )
In further news, the company has been invited to present Bellissima for final placement at one of the largest market chains in the country during the second week in May. We are hopeful this will result in a new and significant point of sale for the brand.
as I mentioned before, all of the "bad news" is out...all we hear for the rest of the year is sales, sales, sales, sales...the price held up remarkably well considering the settlement agreement
Rich said the accountants are working towards 5/15, thats the goal, but my gut tells me this will get extended
Earth Fare has over 40 stores located in FL, GA, OH, AL, TN, NC & IN
WOW!
holy crap news...lol...that doesnt happen often
ALL THOSE LABELS AND ALL THOSE DECISIONS; what will get customers to try Bellissima - Christie friggin Brinkley...what will get customers coming back - the great taste!!
Yup right from Italy to distributor...Rich doesn't even have to touch the product
Aaron,
What that "Direct Import" platforms means otherwise referred to as a "DI" order is when our customer in this case Winebow places the order for a full container straight from the Winery. We still do the invoicing but the container goes from Italy to in this case Chicago direct. The other advantage of this type of transaction is that Winebow takes title of the goods when the container is picked up at our winery in Italy. To be honest for a brand to be ordered "DI" so early in it's launch is quite rare.
All the best,
Rich
Distribution in place 35 States, over 1,000 stores in less than 6 months...whether you believe in an overpriced prosecco or not you have to give Rich some credit as far the expansion has gone...you sound like you follow the booze industry, maybe you can give me another brand to research in the last 24 months that's had similar success in it's first 6 months from launch
How frequently must shareholder value be built, daily, weekly, annually? Rich is focused acutely on this rollout...in his eyes, he believes that revenues and profits will take care of the share price? What's wrong with that? They've communicated corporate governance, debt settlement and expansion into 35 States...what more is needed? The biggest problem it seems is there are leaks for the PRs hit
MMs will accumulate shares for months, far longer then most investors are willing to watch a $ fall...only to let the price turn around when the time is right & results are verifiable...MMs are in full control of the price when there's no liquidity...they can take it wherever they like during those periods...I believe in the brand and I believe revenues will attract money to the stock in coming months and MMs will in turn have to let the $ go
When there's 4 million shares traded it only takes a few small bid whacks to move the price 10%...same will happen when volume returns and price is ready to run back up...increasing sales, no new toxic debt, restrictions on noteholders shares is setting this up for a tremendous second half of the year
It's the OTC Pink...everyone understands the risk and extreme volatility that can occur here...I think
Because they know if this rollout is being done organically, with no new toxic debt come Q2 and Q3 if they can land shares at .005 they're going to do extremely well
Ok then...im pretty sure I explicitly stated I wasn't comparing the two, just pointing out trends and prices in the short term are viewed much differently in the eyes of long term investors
C'mon even Apple was in a 12 month downtrend before reversing and hitting new all time high...I'm not suggesting ICNB is APPL, but it's called the difference between an investor and a trader
It's okay if the share price is .03 December 31
Also here in Buffalo NY...just bought two bottles after work
It was there on low volume for like 18 seconds lol
if it hits .0025 there will be massive buying and wont be there very long UNLESS we see massive dilution occurring in the financials, which I dont suspect will be the case...Rich is growing this by himself and organically...no new toxic dilution, a very healthy balance sheet, restrictions on old noteholders ability to sell and California just receiving product...this is shaping up for a tremendous summer...I'm not calling for .10+ like a lot of nonsense here, but it most certainly wont be .01 either as we head into July and August
Just got some clarity on this from Rich as well...

yea the one right before that was 1000 at .0125...at 3:26 it happened at .0124, then right away at .01232...at 2:49 is happened at .124, then right away again .01232
alot of 1000 lot sizes moved today, occurring simultaneously, one after the next? Any thoughts on this??
...and Winebow Group went to a "DIRECT IMPORT ORDERING PLATFORM"
I just look at how CB's currently being utilized...we are 4 full months through the new year and NOT one single event for CB, why? Right now Rich doesnt need her to promote, the product is selling fine without spending money on CB to promote...as he continues laying the foundation in States like California and there is product on the shelves he will spend the money moving CB around the country promoting the product...I expect this all to start happening come June/July...if you can wait to hold this until the fourth quarter of this year and/or into next year people buying here will be very happy...the debt is gone, Rich is managing the expansion/investment in inventory/utilization of CB so he doesnt have to dilute, rather he's using cash flow generated from sales of Bellissima to finance the expansion...
How do you explain the massive rollout that just occurred here in the US? You cannot lead me to believe that this massive rollout, which occurred in less than one year could happen with many other products and definitely no new products within the Prossecco category.
I hope we see more than 5,000 cases, since we sold 7,000 cases in 2016...my guess is we see somewhere between 10,000-12,000 cases...which would put us in the ballpark of $600,000-$750,000 in revs...Q2 I'd expect to see this ramping up to about 15,000-20,000 cases and Q3 I'd expect to see at a minimum of 10,000 cases per month...for the first full year of revenues I am conservatively estimating about $5 million...2018, I imagine we will double this number with the distribution rollout of the U.S. complete and rollouts globally occurring...
you mean the fluff "news" that everyone already knew about because that "news" was already floated around message boards for people who watch and/or trade ICNB...all I know, as evidenced by the annual report is there has been very minimal dilution to finance expansion and distribution of the product...all of the dilution, which should've been anticipated (maybe not to the extent it happened, but to be expected to some extent) because pretty much all of those notes were past due, accruing interest and ICNB had no way of paying those debts off AND funding the expansion of Bellissima throughout the U.S., this dilution happened to pay off old debts which were used to finance the product development of Bellissima and restrictions were put in place so that these note holders cannot mercilessly bury the share price - why would they agree to these restrictions at all? Because they believe in the brand and it instills investor confidence that all of these newly issued shares arent going to end up in the float
markets are typically forward looking 3 to 6 months, however, the problem here is the nature of the investor, who is looking for quick gains and has the attention span of a squirrel...I believe, once the audited fins happen and an uplist is announced then the price will react accordingly...undoubtedly, we are missing out on a lot of "investors" being listed here on the pink sheets...far more traders here than investors
please educate us all on where the pump and dump occurred here in the last 120 days???
got it!
you are a wine snob; 90+% of the wine drinking market is not a snob
looks like BevMo! is currently limiting consumers to number of bottles they can purchase...both the Rose and Brut show only 5 available in stock.
and this one...
AMITYVILLE, NY–(Marketwired – Feb 2, 2017) – Iconic Brands (OTC PINK: ICNB) is pleased to announce the initial entry into the Chicago market as well as statewide with the brand’s exclusive distributor in Illinois, The Winebow Group, www.thewinebowgroup.com. The company also is pleased to announce Bellissima is available at Binnys Beverage Depot, www.binnys.com, both online and in store. Binnys is the largest independent retailer in the Midwest with over 30 locations. Due to overwhelming demand after their opening order, The Winebow Group has already moved into a Direct Import ordering platform, ordering a full container representing over 2100 cases, which is extremely exciting this soon after the initial brand launch just last month in the Chicago market.
40%...UNREAL, Rich is also mindful of expenses
reverse split is only bad if they utilize to free up outstanding shares to dilute to fund operations...they have yet to do this to date!! the only new issuance of stock was to clean up OLD problems
I agree as well, hopefully management will give us some insight into Q2 when we get the Q1 report...what happened as March 31 is OLD NEWS...but we need Rich to communicate what's going on RIGHT NOW and what's the expectation MOVING FORWARD
many people have been pumping the stock saying there's 30,000 cases/month of allocated capacity and using that in their sales projections...thats stupid and reckless...this company is just getting their feet wet...
not only are we going to see growth Q over Q, but my guess is we are going to see pretty substantial growth from one quarter to the next...Q1 likely wont be all that impressive and I've been saying that for months, especially with the significant delays in California...for those who remember CA was supposed to be online in February...Q2 should be at least 50% higher than Q1, given that CA came on mid quarter of Q2 and Q3 is gonna be rocking...FULL QUARTER with 35 plus States rolling...
