The one in Alexandria, I believe is/was a sales office; the spot was chosen for its proximity to County Execs of America HQ.
Does anyone remember that announcement?
The office in Lake Elsinore was created after Abel (or ?) made a purchase of 2 acres of bare land; and later a building was erected on that land. I believe the office had been in Murrietta prior. Elsinore just up the road from Murrietta and is Abel's home town, I believe.
Chan is elsewhere. Canada or perhaps Los Angeles. Not sure. Lord knows, there are enough Neil Chans in White Pages!
Thanks, k_w. Yeah, PU's camera is another very cool feature. I'm hoping these two companies join forces soon. I think there are a number of reasons they should/could.
Oh, yes, the website-and btw, it's another 'sore' subject for SHs who've criticized the company for several years.
We did get some slick videos, though for products. However, it seems that most high schools would have a couple techies that could produce a professional grade website at a bargain price. Don't know what's the hold up; but then, I don't understand a lot of what Chan does or does not do.
I'm on record for recommending Mark Wells, personable, smart and a good leader for CEO of a combined IGEN/PU alliance.
That issue (obsolescence) has already been addressed. 5G is still in its infancy,
Ah, yes, Some of those earlier contract c. 2019 or so may have gone south by the looks of things...I wondered if this 2022 ad is a result of the announcement recently of a major dealership contract w/Nimbo.
The company appeared to be focusing on So. California (obvious reasons!) several years ago.
Gonna get interesting, Sarge. :)
Tesla Safety Scoring:

Downey Hyundai has this ad:
(Sorry for the messy link but the 'tool' wasn't able to reproduce the image-print too light, I assume.)

***I just found 'Nash Auto', Costa Mesa, CA. This information was available well over one year ago. Is there another Hyundai dealership, or was this the one referred to?
Nash may not be the 'Hyundai' dealership either.
Does anyone have an idea which 'major Hyundai dealership' placed order for Nimbo as announced: "Nimbo Tracking for auto dealerships just secured preload order for all used cars from major Hyundai dealership." ?
Thank you.
Nimbo Tracking a leading innovator of consumer automotive IT services, today announced the signing of Dealership Agreements with Nissan and Ford Franchise Dealerships located in the Southern California region, with an initial Pre-Load or Total Lot Activation of approximately 700 new vehicles. Nimbo Tracking Inventory Management System will enable timely and accurate inventory management of all new vehicles along with creating a profit center for marketing Nimbo Tracking products and services to consumers purchasing new vehicles. https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/igens-nimbo-tracking-signs-new-dealership-groups-in-southern-california-301173197.html
$SPX 1Y daily: Interesting to note the divergence between MACD, RSI, Price. A stronger case for bottom being in (temporary?) for now. RSI hit its low (abt 25) in late January, but as price dropped RSI began to climb. The reverse case with MACD, where price reached its low the first of May and bounced around on it for the month. From top 4818.62 to 3810.32 was a -26% drop.
I've lost a good deal of trust in Chan due to the casual manner in which he's treated SHs. I just hope SHs get their due when all is said and done.
Except for one thing: 'WE HAVE CONFIRMATION THAT THE EQUITY HE'S BUILDING IN IGEN IS REAL, HAS LEGS'.
Read the PRs, CSE Form7, SEC filings...It's that simple. Go peddle your wares elsewhere; you're wasting your time here.
Let's hope he gives us 'Christmas in June.' :)
$IGEN [15s. delayed] filed form EFFECT on June 01, 00:15:12 https://s.flashalert.me/ZxvFd
Translation? " The effectiveness notices will be distributed as an EDGAR form type called "EFFECT." Consequently, for the first time, an interested person can search for a company's filings and be able to see when the staff declared a particular Securities Act registration statement effective."
https://www.sec.gov/news/press/2006/2006-61.htm
That is how it goes! ;)
Why I call it 'The Never-Ending Story'. (I hope I;m wrong.)
Hi ET: That chart is asking 'How much more are you requiring before he does?'
If SHs from any other company saw that chart they'd be knocking people out of the way to get to it..... but, this isn't 'any other company'. ?
If it ever does, I hope my heart can take it. :)
That is genius, k_w. There's no way EM would be happy with only Tesla owners holding his insurance....That's a 'no-brainer', I would think. And he knew that NC would jump at that for the marketing advantage.

These tips should be known to all drivers:
Five factors impact a safety score: forward collision warnings per 1,000 miles,
*hard braking,
*aggressive turning,
*unsafe following and
*forced Autopilot disengagement.
This differs from traditional determinants such as credit score or age.
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-05-18/what-is-tesla-insurance-elon-musk-sees-opportunity-to-cut-out-the-middleman
We should be able to assume that these are covered in the Telematics DriversSignature with exception of 'auto pilot disengagement', of course).
(This was c&p'd from the bloomberg article, May 18, 2022
Thank you! :)
Am not saying that in competition with Tesla. k_w has already shown that the patent is almost word for word as is the IGEN patent. Read first, then speak.
I guess you don't think that two men (three, Travis) with the brains to create this 'disruptor' technology would not have thought of that....
We are talking some 'competition' here! Wonder if that's all. Perhaps Neil is sitting in the 'catbird's' seat.
There are some interesting possibilities here, k_w. These guys enjoy the 'game', just as we enjoy our petty investments in otc stocks....You're right, already I'd forgotten the Buffet/Geico association.
Could get really interesting.
If Tesla bought IGEN patent and all. That move would prevent other insurers from obtaining even a license from IGEN,,,,,,,, What then?
Just imagine IGEN and PU combined, what a powerhouse that would be and they'll be licensing that patent all over the place.
Will Tesla buy the company? Perhaps when PU and IGEN merge. Just for the brainpower that the two cos have put together...and the patent. Chan and Wells....not too bad.
Neil's practice on device sales is free service for the first 12 mos. Given this is Tesla, both sides knowing that a deal on the license was a high probability owing to the 'blue sky' affect that would occur for IGEN when Tesla is involved would be too attractive to both sides to allow all the negative affects of a lawsuit to occur.
Two Thumbs Up!
Great question.
Thank you, k_w.
No question, ranchhand. It's a good point. I think though that Chan has taken that into consideration and is concentrating on areas (credit unions, govt agencies) that have, due to their own critical needs have made allowances, especially since IGEN has made costs quite reasonable (free service one year, e,g,).
With the CEA and GSA/VA commendations as well as the Hyundai contract and several CUs now...the foundation for a successful future revenue stream looks very promising...and, not to overlook the 'trials' that CEA performed for over one year...That's a matter of record for the device and its performance. Chan's put the time and effort in to make things attractive enough to new prospects and certainly for Jefferson Capital.
Things are looking up.
It makes sense; thank you.
Thank you, Sarge,
I wonder how many contracts we've recently earned out of the conferences: credit unions....and New York state counties?
:) Thumbs up!
Say, while we're on the subject I'd like to send all longs off on a happy note this weekend.... I was in process of mssg'g another igen friend, a Canadian and likely the longest-held shareholder...when it occurred to me that there is another big announcement that perhaps we may hear one day - and that is a joining of PUI and Igen which I've always thought should happen.
I got thinking about that Medallion gps pro that was announced March 21: *Artificial Intelligence (AI) based camera systems providing real-time management and monitoring tools to protect the driver and vehicle assets."
That's not our camera, it's PUI's camera.
You didn't miss that, did you!
