Well the vehicles ARE being sold over there so I know they have it all handled.
Is all of this just like they haven't produced several Saleen GTX's or multiple Saleen Mustang White, Yellow and Black Labels?
OR how about them being closed at the end of March?
(Posted 4-3-15)
A few things:
Maybe the customer doesn't want his/her house in the picture?
Also, regardless IF there was a house in the background it would have been stated that it was "staged" for "PR" or some other excuse so that would have proved nothing as well with most.
Continued increase of revenue is what I am seeing in 2015 regardless what is said!
Really??? borrowed? Lol
The proof is the photo and the knowledge I have about the vehicle being a customers car etc.
Any proof that it is NOT?
Simply doesn't matter at all.
I know of MANY cars that get bought back for the dumbest things... Like smells!
So regardless, it was the owner that was at fault IMO. He could't keep off the right pedal and there were videos that proved that over and over again.
The black car in the photo was taken at September 2014 open house. It is a customer's car waiting for the Saleen conversion. The completed red Tesla was outside and the black Tesla was on the production floor. It is not the test car. No Saleen mods were on the black Tesla in the September photo.
No, it actually wasn't a lemon... It was the driver that was the problem. MANY videos of him using a heavy right foot. It is just the way the judge found the case in his favor.
Also, it would have been HPA that he would have collected from BUT I'm pretty sure he never did since Saleen Inc didn't have anything for him to collect from once the case was done in March 2009.
Regardless, all of this has absolutely NOTHING to do with the current Saleen or SLNN.
It was decided in March 2009. Hpa had full control of the company at that point. It was THERE problem.
And yes, the owner beat the car. Videos did exist and when it was time for court they all disappeared.
HPA failed again!
That is a p85 not a p85d like the one pictured with the red one.
This car had no modifications yet in that photo.
The red one was in display outside and the other black one was in the production floor.
How about instead of a guess there is proof provided?
No proof as to when they were taken. The pics can be said to have been taken any day of any week.
More is going on then what's being stated. So all these photos are completely worthless points and prove nothing at all other then pictures have been taken at Saleen.
There is more then one black tesla so showing a pic of one in the shop means absolutely nothing at all.
Here is somethings that is important:
1. Its May 2015 and they are busy building the 2015 Saleen Mustang.
2. It has been stated for more then a year month after month that "they will be closed at the end of them month" which is and has simply not been true.
3. More then "1" Saleen GTX has been built. (Picture proof has been provided)
4. More then "1" of each Saleen Mustang White, Yellow and Black label's have been built. (Picture proof has been provided)
5. Picture proof has been provided proving the black GTX is no longer at Saleen.
6. Picture proof has been provided proving there are Saleen cars with manufacture plates on them in the parking lot.
7. Picture proof has been provided showing cars at Saleen on a Saturday.
Well supposedly it was important:
That picture proves nothing at all.
And what day was it taken, on a Saturday? Like today? Lol
So let's recap today's pictures:
1. Picture of the red Saleen GTX is the shop and NO black GTX to be seen. Meaning it was delivered to the customer as announced by Saleen.
2. Picture of a little bit of the building with 2 cars in front of it, this one proving nothing at all.
3. Picture of "people touring the facility" when one car fr sure in the pic has a manufacture plate in it.
So thank you for confirming that there is no black GTX there... No body is there really on a Saturday. And that they have several cars with manufacture plates on them. We greatly appreciate the proof of all of this.
Well... Lol. I don't even know what to say...
Um, the blue Saleen Mustang pictured has a manufacture plate on it so that isnt someone visiting/touring Saleen.
Next?
Please provide the link to the press release related to these so called layoffs? Thanks!
Well let's see here...
Even if you take a picture it doesn't mean anything unless you call out for all the people that are on the shop floor to come take a picture really quick.
That is the only way possible!
I could they have 10 people in the shop and it means nothing more then that. No way to prove it, no way at all!
Something goes for saying there are 2.
As for defending, it more like stating the true facts. Just like earlier:
Huh???
Well let's see here..
I see a red Saleen GTX.... But unless my eyes are playing tricks on me where is the black one?
I see many Mustangs/Saleen Mustangs sitting there but no black Saleen GTX.
So thank you for providing proof to all of us that the black Saleen GTX is NOT there in the building. We appreciate it!
One more thing, even if it WAS there (the black GTX which it isn't) the customer possibly doesn't live far from there and possibly brought it in for something. But regardless it isnt there so....
Its the law!
Cannot just void a warranty. Read the law and understand it.
If the statement is true, then the customer didn't know the law because if I came into a dealer and was told that, I would have an attorney on the phone the same day with the owner of the dealership taking care of that issue.
Wrong!
Below you will find what the FTC has to say about that. This is from 2011 and still stands today. I want ANY tesla owner to modify something on there car and have tesla say the issue is the modification. Tesla will get sued and lose hands down if the modifications did NOT cause the issue. Please refer to the red text below:
https://www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts
In a Consumer Alert issued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the agency confirmed that “The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act makes it illegal for companies to void your warranty or deny coverage under the warranty simply because you used an aftermarket part.” The alert outlines key provisions in the law that provides protections to car owners. As defined by the FTC, an “aftermarket' part is a part made by a company other than the vehicle manufacturer or the original equipment manufacturer.”
“The FTC’s reference to aftermarket parts is equally applicable to specialty parts,” said Russ Deane, SEMA’s General Counsel. “Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, the warranty cannot be conditioned to a specific brand of parts, services or vehicle modifications unless those parts or services are provided free of charge.”
The alert notes that a consumer has the right to patronize independent retail stores and repair shops for parts and service without fear of voiding the new car warranty. The dealer/vehicle manufacturer has the right to deny a warranty repair but they must demonstrate that the aftermarket part caused the problem. The warranty remains in effect for all other covered parts
Regards :)
They have to prove the that issue is because of the change. They can't just say "well because you changed this we will not cover it. Can't and WON'T happen.
Correct, he doesn't.
The warranty alone is a big one he is wrong about.
Being from Canada is the biggest issue. You know what I mean?
Well let's see here:
Now now, there are many times that information about new cars from ANY manufacture are stated incorrectly. Just trying to pick it about is ridiculous.
Again, the author FREDERIC LAMBERT doesn't know United States Warranty Laws... Among many other things that he doesn't have a clue about.
If I was in the automotive business I wouldn't act like I knew everything there was to do with a door company. Maybe he should do the same!
Ok, sure...
Month after month being incorrect with the following statement:
Nope, not at all.
The author "thinks" he knows what he is talking about but he is simply wrong.
Again, the author doesn't even know United States laws regarding warranties down here so ya, thats someone that is really credible! LOL
Maybe he should stick to selling doors and not worry about what a company that is the automotive sector does or act like he really knows what he is talking about. When he simply does not!
Opinion, not fact.
For more then one day, and no it doesn't just go to zero and HASEN'T.
Not saying that someones occupation is the only factor...
My point is that Fred Lambert is not some Investment professional, or someone that works in the automotive sector for that matter. He works for a door company. That is not someone that I would bet my life savings on that knows what he is talking about. This is someone that is just stating an opinion or speculation based on information either from others, or from reading the filings. This is NOT someone that is credible at all based on a few points:
1. Lives in Canada which Saleen's are currently not sold in.
2. Didn't know who Saleen was until the announcement of the Saleen Tesla now the Saleen GTX.
3. Doesn't know anything about the company other then what is available on the internet.
4. Posts open ended opinions without all the information.
5. Only speak negatively about Saleen, even though there is also some good point to talk about... He doesn't which means the only thing he wants to do is bash them.
That link that is posted is nothing more then another opinion.
I could also post somewhere that they are producing 50 cars a month and have 50 employees if I wanted to but it doesn't mean its true. Also, it is from November so it is old as well.
That vehicle was an april fools joke...
The other vehicles that have actually been released directly by Saleen are not.
Multiple Saleen GTX
Multiple Saleen Mustang White Labels
Multiple Saleen Mustang Yellow Labels
Multiple Saleen Mustang Black Labels
Price can go down and then go back up...
Just like it did before it will happen again. Especially once the next filing shows increased revenue and profit!
Exactly!
Why is it called the BS300? Lol
It was an april fools joke. The boss car hasn't been released either so that is also NOT true
The listing of models/trim levels are incorrect!
Completely wrong!
They have produced more then "1" Tesla... We have proof of that and it has been shown before.
Obviously it wasn't "a waste of everyone's time" because they have sold them to customers. If it would have been a "waste" they would have sold NON... And we are not even including what parts they have sold aftermarket either.
Well this is from a source that doesnt know anything about Saleen other then what is online. Frederic Lambert (the owner and source of this information) is nothing more then a door salesman.
Saleen isnt even currently sold in Canada to my knowledge and the only reason for this information to be posted on his site is because he follows Tesla only.
Now regarding the warranty:
This is something that is in the USA and NOT Canada so I am sure the source (frederic Lambert) doesn't have a clue what the laws are here in the USA since he is from Canada. It is called the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act insert-text-here
By law, the warranty can not just be "voided". It is illegal for Tesla to do so. So the information from that source is completely incorrect and either just speculation/opinion or setup to make Saleen just look bad.
What is interesting is that it is just one sided emails... Not including what was sent. I wonder why???
Like the pics of multiple Saleen Tesla's?
Or what about the multiple white, yellow and black label Saleen Mustangs?
And yes the facts that they are pushing out more and more of there main source of revenue... The Saleen Mustangs.
The last filings didn't have any 2015 Mustangs included to my knowledge so "they lose money one every white label" is not true.
I continue to look forward to the rest of 2015!
Not True!
They make money on EVERY car built. Absolutely no proof of that what so ever.
In other news, Saleen continues to push out more cars and there is proof of this with all the pictures out of them, also in stock inventory at dealers as well.
