"In 06 and 07 Unique Pizza and Subs Corp. entered into many different franchise
agreements with different franchisees that included monies upfront which encompasses a
variation of the initial franchise fee, stock and future royalty revenues. As a result of these
diverse deals and because of a internal restructuring plan, UPZS does not have revenue to
report for the 12 months ended December 31, 2009."

"Compensation by the issuer; Approved annual salaries: James C. Vowler $500k,
William J. Vowler $350k, Robin L. Vowler $80k, Joan Vowler $100k. None of
these people have been compensated for all or part of their salaries since December
2006. That is why the promissory notes have been issued."

Preferred Stock, par value $.0001 per share

24,000,000 shares outstanding at September 30,
2008, convertible one for twenty-five into common 2,400
does that make sense?
note the share information.........
"4,000,000,000 shares authorized at September 30,

Tim, stick with the stock and not name calling.
well emit you know....as long as the price goes back up cheap shares are always what we're looking for!
I'd like to see a lower price myself that isn't the result of more shares hitting the market
"Has he been lax with timelines?"
in specific terms more than likely "he" hasn't, but the process and system dictate the results of these timelines and the best he can put out are estimates. That's business. Happens in every company. What do you think the pipe break in Massachusetts cost Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks and many restaurants here....never mind the residents who have to purchase bottled water (2 million of them impacted)....of course everyone can blame the MWRA but there's a reason there's a bumper sticker out there called "shxt happens"
Fibrominn, LLC a subsidiary of Homeland Renewable Energy, LLC completes a sale-leaseback and financing with PowerMinn 9090, LLC a Herrick family controlled affiliate in the creation of the country's first large-scale poultry-litter biomass power plant.

Fibrowatt I believe went thru the same method of financing....the folks who financed them owned it and they leased it initially..I'll look that up today but in the meantime here's some feedback about their relationship with Minnesota (7 years) and their efforts to build in NC. While this doesn't impact us at all it's a company related to HRE...and that is a connection to us down another path....
http://www.fibrowattusa.com/pdf/08apr11-community-advisory-panel-minnesota.pdf
past record has nothing to do with present Berlin or MA project...these are community based ventures and each has it's own set of acceptance and/or adjustments or denials.....that's business, Tap and before you go any further into the penny market learning to separate information from a company that has a viable product from a company that doesn't should be a first step for you. Laidlaw is a well documented public company dealing with the major governmental bodies of our country, first town then state. It's documented in link after link here. If they success in one area and fail in another that's simply the mix of ingredients that went into each effort....
yes I agree with Matt, this is a really great read. Thanks for sharing!
yes it is...great info
"since these deals were supposedly set for completion months ago. "

sure there has...but as I've said before you don't read prior posts and therefore your posts become redundant with this constant recycle of the same information
http://www.nhsec.nh.gov/2009-02/
do not discuss off topic or deletions. That should only be discussed with IHUB ADM.
any permit approvals aren't small news....
"Class action by defrauded investors right around the corner, just as I predicted a few weeks ago."
I read these daily on these stock boards. Proven it frequently becomes the task unable to accomplish.
"But telling people to "go for a walk" is ON TOPIC?"
that's Matt's way of saying stay on topic....and whatever method he chooses to moderate the board is his choice
"Positive trash can stay, anything negative is "off topic""
negative posts are allowed on "stock boards on this site" as long as they are on topic.....if people throw in an attack they are gone.
Point...counter point. Now back to on topic. If you have issues with how the board is moderated take it up with IHUB ADM....
end of this discussion.
Tap, whether people buy this stock or not is their business not ours. Please do not comment on that subject but instead stay on the topic of LLEG.
A lot of posts were removed folks....I can tell you from experience that when the IHUB folks have to come to a board and spend a lot of time deleting posts they will start issuing bans....so while some of these posts were deleted by me I assure you many were deleted by others and I suggest you stop attacking folks and posting off topic here if you want to continue posting on this board. Do not post requesting a post to be removed. You can deal that with the IHUB folks if the posts weren't deleted by the moderators here. Posting to remove posts is off topic.
folks agendas, motives, etc are off topic...stick to the subject of LLEG, not posters motivations
if there is something to say....he just recently said he hoped for an update on the MA one after Easter. That's called keeping shareholders informed.
building a house is relatively easy and safe vs. putting up a biomass plant....
well anyone who develops a business knows that it takes time to get the right ingredients together to make the business a reality...from what I can see this is what happened with Laidlaw. Their goal today is no different than it was when they started and they've stayed on course until they finally got some things working that are evidences to me that they were on the right path and hopefully my $$$'s were put in the right direction. Doesn't for me get any better than plans for a 70mw plant in Berlin, NH...and the 2 MA possibilities and if anything from the midwest develops along with anything else they may be looking at in this virgin market.....
well frankly when I read it I didn't think Laidlaw would show up as one of the companies....no company that is putting up a 70mw plant in NH is going to play around with their stock.
well the fact that the law firm is the same that Laidlaw put out they used makes it on topic....but the repeated post of it makes it spam and I think that's what you are referring to
none of the 3 were Laidlaw from what I read....
Tap the value of real estate in the Berlin area has nothing to do with the discussion of this stock. Please stay on topic. You have frequently asked the question why the people living close to the plant are opposed to it. If you haven't received an answer it's because they don't want to answer. Please don't spam the same material over and over. Thanks.
I agree...I thought there was the main headquarters in Korea and Canada Meridian was a distributor of the product and had NOTHING to do with the stock symbol MRDAF
"2. Laidlaw has an agreement with PSNH "
you need to read up on what type of agreement he has...that's your responsibility
isn't that one and the same
