Back in double digits! Won't be long before double digits are gone! As I mentioned before, I believe we'll move like last time without the tank though. Soon that .50 (or so) all time high will be surpassed and people will be kicking themselves for not, at a minimum, sprinkling some money here at these levels.
$1,000 buys someone 10,000 shares and that amount of shares, if all pans out, could turn into a life changing chunk of money!
Very bright and exciting future here imo.
GLTA,
TG
Business could be really good for us if we can get this Sears deal closed. At least it would appear to be a booming sector to be in, that is aiding the vendors of troubled companies...Look at what the Sears Chairman had to say recently:
Sears chairman says every retailer is screwed
This article and several others that Mr. Lampert has been a part of in recent days tells me that he is setting the stage to break some news to shareholders and the public in general.
Personally, I think it is to tell them all about the offer (hopefully the accepted offer) that is on the table now with Wham.
Look at the other names on that list. If we close this deal what's to say we can't close deals with some of those other giant retailers and their creditors??? I am feeling big, Big, BIG things coming soon!
What do you all think?
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
I have a sneaky suspicion we're in for a large move soon! Sort of like last time, moving in chunks. Won't shock me to finish the week + .20 ... Obviously, with any significant news .20 is chump change, but I think the stock is trading very similar to the last time we moved, but this time there won't be the tank, imo.
I'm looking forward to speaking to Mr. Hoffenberg again, but my time is so limited during the day. If you remember what business I'm in, well tax time is HUGE! Many long, long days! Making a boat load of money, but would rather be retired spending time with my wife and kids:) To quote Hans from the movie Die Hard, "Sitting on a beach earning 20 percent!"
I'm confident in the team that's in place, the plan seems to be there and the time is perfect for a deal like this. I mean it is just crazy to think how large this deal can be. Wham is instantly known by all the players in the financial markets and the Epstein contract is validated as well.
That's not to say that the Epstein contract is invalid at this point, but a penny stock takeover of one of the most well known retailers in America certainly tells the world they mean business and collecting on a 1-2 billion dollar debt seems much more plausible.
On top of that, they've got all the other businesses with such huge potential...Wow! I'm starting to get "that" feeling again. Great news, imo, is that this Sears deal moves quickly one way or the other. It either happens soon or it doesn't. No lengthy 1-2 year negotiations or anything like that (my guess 90 days or less)...Sears doesn't have time from what I've seen.
Wow...just brilliant:)
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
WFMC - Working on deal to bailout Sears/Kmart - Epic deal in the making...This will make history if this deal goes through. Sounding like they are pretty far along in the process.
Attention all shoppers, blue light special in aisle WFMC, shares currently on sale for a measly .09 ... Hurry, this amazing bargain basement pricing won't last long!
Look at the fundamentals. Low float, OS and solid management.
WHAM INC. NEW BAILOUT FOR SEARS HOLDINGS 3000 STORES JOINT VENTURE WITH VENDORS GAINING WHAM INC. PREFERRED STOCK
GLTA and AIMO,

Honestly, we disagree quite a bit on things and I get it, with Wham I am an eternal optimist (very dangerous I might add for many penny stocks, but this one has seemed far different than others) and you are definitely more level headed about this stock. I'd say I take your approach 99.9% of the time down here in the OTC, but something is just different here.
Of course, for this to be truly different they have to close one of these deals or successfully launch one of the many companies/products that are in the works. Time will tell, but it is hard for me not to be optimistic at this stage.
GLTY,
TG
Wholeheartedly agree! What's beautiful about this deal (or shall I say Brilliant about this deal:) is that it may not be quite what it looks like at first glance, imo.
I originally looked at this as an "amicable" solution for Sears that they just couldn't refuse, but the more I look at what's been made public the more I am beginning to wonder if this is simply a deal Sears CAN'T refuse...No choice but to accept. It's one of those "negotiate from a position of power" situations and from what I see Sears has none and Wham holds all the cards.
In other words, I don't think Sears has much of a choice. Based on what I've read, discovered and learned about this Wham/Towers deal, they are not here to give a friendly bailout to Sears, but they are involved to dictate to Sears how this will happen.
This is all my opinion of course, but the more I look at this deal and the overall design/structure of Towers, the more I begin to realize this may not be an optional event for Sears, but more a demand from the creditors.
From the Creditors (my take anyway): "Dear Sears, we regret to inform you that we will no longer extend you credit based on the terms of our previous agreements. In fact, we will extend you NO credit whatsoever due to your poor pay history. It has become glaringly apparent that you simply do not have the means to pay and quite frankly we have employees to pay that have families to feed. With that said, we come to you and say this is the arrangement that WILL be made in order for us to be made whole again!"
Pretty much a strong arm, but legit, solution to everyone's problems in this situation. If Wham has the backing of the creditors ... and, if, or, however has the backing/support of the union, then it is game over for Sears and this deal goes through.
Of course, this is certainly no done deal, as of yet anyway, but it makes perfect sense. If Wham is approaching this from the standpoint of representing the creditors/vendors, then they are in a highly leveraged position and what seems like the most impossible scenario (a penny stock takeover of an iconic mega giant), becomes all the more plausible. In fact, it becomes highly likely.
What more can I say than it is simply...Brilliant! :)
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
What you are witnessing is sheer brilliance and a whole lot of determination I might add. Mr. Fotsis has brought so much value to this company, although unrealized at the moment (get your popcorn ready, it's coming soon:), in such a short period of time it is mind blowing.
The addition of Mr. Hoffenberg was a determined, spirit led decision that is destined for greatness!
Mr. Hoffenberg, in and of himself, is a mad genius. I sit back and all I can see is a brilliant business man with a huge chalkboard in front of him furiously scribbling away at mathematical calculations. Crossing one out, adding one in, subtraction, division, multiplication, parentheses, E = mc2 and all that. It's like Russell Crowe in a beautiful mind or Matt Damon in Good Will Hunting!!!
Seriously, you have to have crazy respect for how Mr. Hoffenberg has put this all together. He can't be the CEO/officer of a publicly traded company, but now controls one. Brilliant!
He is going to repay his "debt" by making all the Towers Investors whole and significantly increasing their wealth in the mean time. Brilliant!
He is on the verge of making one of the most significant business deals in the history of business. Brilliant!
He is on the verge of bringing the pervert billionaire, Jeffrey Epstein, to his knees in the court of public opinion, whilst enriching shareholders and making wrong things right. Brilliant!
Where we are and where we're going are two worlds separated by mere dollars...LOL, mere dollars translating to millions, dare I say billions in "realized" returns for those affected by previous wrong doings and those of us in this for the long haul.
I used to say BOOM time is UPONUS, but now I simply say...Brilliant!!!
Kudos to the both of you Mr. Fotsis and Mr. Hoffenberg!
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
P.S. More to follow about my opinion of this Fox Business, WSJ, CNBC, Bloomberg, earth shaking shocker of a Sears deal to come.
Be careful...I wouldn't want you to break your arm patting yourself on the back! Wow...5 posts to say what could have been said in one. Be sure to use your other arm occasionally to work both your biceps.
Ummm...Stockhouse isn't APS or anything, they are a way for publicly traded, lower profile companies to get the word out. More specifically, they seem to target Canadian investors. Are you Canadian? If so, then I guess it worked, huh?
The company did pay stockhouse to run their PR, but it was about the same money as Globenewswire and a bit more than accesswire. Hardly a "pump" as you seemed to infer.
Good luck to you if you are pushing the paid pump and dump angle...many have tried before and fell flat on their faces when the company updated their share structure and the float actually went down...significantly I might add.
Thanks for stopping by, your input has been less than stellar, quite frankly uninformative and for lack of a better term(s) stale and boring. I feel like you might be better suited to rant about an upstart medical MJ stock, or maybe a Canadian gold mining stock. Your choice, but choose your words carefully as words are powerful! Maybe I should say, carefully chosen words are powerful!!!
Good day to you sir or madam and keep your eye on the future of WFMC. whether up close and personal or from a distance, the choice is yours...You never know, they could be that needle in a haystack we've all been waiting on.
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
Tracking that upper Bolli for now, but a 50 day break of the 200dma looks like it's on the way...Pair it with some news and we may have a really nice breakout! I have a feeling that, with what might be cookin' here, once we pop we don't tank like last time.
MACD is on a tear and the RSI is on the verge of the BOOM zone. If the volume stays up, then I'm feelin' a big upwards move. IMO, bigger than last time.
Even with the last "run and done" we all found out afterwards that the company hadn't sold a share during all that. It's still my understanding that they have no intention of selling and in fact, are not able to sell even if they wanted to.
From "run and done" to "run and run, run Forrest run!" :)
We'll see...
GLTY,
TG
That's funny, I couldn't find any. Who was the promoter? Where did you find this info? I'm not quite sure who would pay for a promotion of WFMC...Not doubting you, but also not believing you. Can you provide a link please? Thanks, TG
Calm before the storm imo. Mr. Fotsis had mentioned that the deal with NYPP was multi layered and I'll be interested to see what comes next. I know he's busting his rear end to get us all some results. It is strange though to see some of the activity we've seen recently with very little chit chat on the board here...Makes me wonder who, why, how much, etc...
I think we're getting poised for a big run...maybe bigger than last time, but who knows (and all imo)??? Like what I'm seeing recently though.
GLTA,
TG
100% Agree...Keep up the good work Theodore! My guess is you're gonna have to dust off that calculator soon to accurately compute your hefty profits. ;)
I can say that I am much happier with Mr. Fotsis at the helm now. Before there was a lot of day dreaming and half truths, but now I feel we've got a guy with his nose to the grindstone, working hard to make dreams a reality! A reality for the company and for shareholders.
It appears that certain things (art, SEGO, personnel, etc.) many of us had high hopes for are now gone, which is a good thing BTW. Mr. Fotsis was honest with us and these "things" needed to go in order to clear the way for the real deals to come...no more day dreaming!
Ultimately, encryption has been the main target and the main reason many of us invested here in the first place. Not only does the encryption still exist, but we are actually making real progress now with an app that's really going to work, unlike the day dream and ultimately horrible deal made by others with the SEGO setup.
In fact, the current app is more real than ever as I use it daily to communicate...Very easy to use (just like normal text and only slight differences to call). Wherein, SEGO was sloppy and clunky with far too much work to be done and no guarantees to make it into the app store.
Mr. Fotsis has really taken what he has learned over the last year or two and focused in on fine tuning this to make a great, easy to use and highly secure app...That in my opinion, based on personal use, will be highly successful!
Most recently we've made a deal with NYPP's CEO Steven Hoffenberg, which I must admit at very first sight had me jumping for joy and then upon further review left me a little confused, and then I was like...HUH?
Shortly after I began to get very mixed feelings about this and wanted to be happy, but had this nagging feeling that we were letting another day dreamer full of half truths in...and this time, this guy had the record to prove it!
So I picked up the phone and called Attorney Gary Blaise...That phone call made it clear to me that Mr. Hoffenberg's business dealings are closely watched to prevent any missteps (i.e. the government wants to know he's going to play nice).
I then called Mr. Fotsis who was not able to share all the details, but helped to expand some and then followed that up with a conversation with straight shooting Mr. Hoffenberg himself who was clear on his past, present and future intentions. It seemed to me he has got nothing to hide and is proud/confident with his new direction in life.
To wrap up my NY Times 1,000 page best seller here, this deal stands to be BIG if all goes as planned. Again, "if" all goes as planned. Keep in mind that Mr. Hoffenberg was a very savvy and successful business man prior to the waters getting murky with his business dealings and to top it off, we have a hard working, trustworthy CEO who, in a very short amount of time, has accomplished a ton of necessary stuff (i.e. getting us current, got us a functioning app and "took out the trash" so to speak) to get us ready to move to that next level!
In my opinion, we've got a bright future ahead of us and I'm excited to see this all play out! To Mr. Epstein and "his" billions I say, argh matey, weer uh comin' for your treasure!!! :)
GLTA,
TG
I actually realized it was not the ny post, but ny post publishing my bad.
Just got off the phone with Mr. Hoffenberg! Only after Wham screened me...guess I got lucky to receive the call:)
Mr. Hoffenberg did not shy away from his past at all and in fact referred me to this Vanity Fair Article to learn more about his and Mr. Epstein's history.
He broke down some of the aspects of the PR (there are many layers to this deal...good layers I may ad), but could only expand so much at this point, but from what I can tell those that have held their shares through thick and thin stand to be handsomely rewarded! (imo)
To Your Point: Keep in mind we have a new man in charge. CEO and COO are two very different positions, even though you may think Theodore ran the day to day before... That was the previous CEO's job. Now he IS the CEO and the company is being run far differently.
I also spoke with Attorney Blaise who was not able to answer any questions as with the time between the PR last night and this afternoon he had not got official word from Mr. Hoffenberg to release any info (apparently been playing email tag). I did ask Mr. Hoffenberg to speak with Attorney Blaise so any investors calling could get the info they were looking for...He said he would right after our call.
I don't know everything about this deal, but from I've learned and researched it sounds like a blockbuster potential...We'll see!
GLTA,
TG
FYI, confirmed with Theodore that this definitely is a binding agreement that was signed! I know the title of the PR says it, but I wanted to be sure...It sure is nice to see some action here again. I suspect once more traders/investors digest the news and do their DD we continue to move higher and higher.
BTW, I also confirmed they are still developing the encryption app.
GLTA,
TG
WFMC back in play! Amazing news hit tonight...
Daily volume stinks at the moment, but I think once traders decipher this news there is a lot more action and a much, much higher PPS (imo). Currently .035 with 17 million float...woohaa!

GLTA,

That problem could very well be a thing of the past for a long time (no more bid whacking). We'll see how the news is received...Some my not quite understand it all at first, but once they start putting the pieces together we are off to another level!
Yes it could. Steven Hoffenberg owns the New York Post:

Can't wait for morning!!!
WFMC --- Monster News!!!
WHAM INC. Announces Binding Agreement for the Takeover of Jefferey Epstein's Billions in Order To Pay The Towers Investor Victims
Only a 17 million share float...Should get interesting at only .035 currently.

Oh my GOODNESS...This looks HUGE!
WHAM INC. Announces Binding Agreement for the Takeover of Jefferey Epstein's Billions in Order To Pay The Towers Investor Victims
This should get real fun around here:)
TG
I find this very interesting about Russ Guzior, Wham's new COO, from the Wham website:
Anyone notice that we are now current on OTC Markets? Step by step this new management will get this done imo...glta...im on vacation now so limited chat for me:)
I didn't expect it to go straight up, nor did I say that...in fact, I mentioned in my last post to RollTide we'd have our ups and downs...Looks like current status is right around the corner! New management has already got us going in the right direction.
As for any sellers here, well, to each his own. I'd rather them dump here where it can be absorbed easier than at .50...
For those that want to continue to harp on a big company selloff, well we at least can clearly see that the OS is roughly the same and the float hasn't changed. No selloffs or shady stock games here!
This is simply an emerging company trying to do things the right way and not punishing shareholders with large selloffs or toxic financing. Not worried about the share price today or tomorrow for that matter, but we'll see where we're at heading deeper into 2016:)
GLTY,
TG
I agree. We'll have our ups and downs, but ultimately we'll be moving back up! I'm very happy with the changes in the board and think everyone else will be as they see results heading deeper into the new year.
AIMO & GLTA,
TG
No. Didn't miss it, but assumed everyone knew one of the main reasons any company goes public...To raise money!
It's easier to raise money and gives investors a form of more liquid collateral to recoup their investment and/or profit from their investment.
That paragraph in no way says they are going to turn to toxic financing to fund this. Very legitimate investors should be very interested in investing here for the long haul...assuming there is a good business plan/model in place.
This is where managements background comes into play. From what I can tell it's a proven background and in this field. For those familiar with pink sheet companies, this has about the best setup to be a legit company as you'll find down here...Doesn't mean they are going to be, but there will certainly be some nice price action in the coming days/weeks/months leading up to the new regulations being passed.
Out of curiosity, why did you think companies went public?
GLTY,
TG
Up 250% today...Better get used to it:)! Don't care how or why it happened, but my account sure looks a lot better today than yesterday and I would suspect 2016 should get us heading north from here. Very excited for the new year.
GLTA,
TG
It sounds like Theodore is really busting his butt to get things rolling. I'm looking forward to seeing what he and the new board are able to put together. The new board is a pretty impressive bunch!
Think about this folks...
1) No Debt!
2) Only company known to be targeting US Virgin Islands!
3) Well qualified and experienced Management team!
4) In a hot, high profit industry!
5) Tax return money flowing into the market!
6) Low float and OS!
7) Currently only .0028 per share...meaning a guy/gal with a $3,000 tax return can take large 1,000,000 share chunks off the table!
I'm sure I'm missing stuff here, but just on those lucky 7 above we are looking at what could be a perfect storm heading into January!!! This could be big...really BIG!
GLTA,
TG
If that's the case, then it sounds like we could be in for a good run of PR's leading up to the expected new regulations legalizing MMJ...
GLTA,
TG
Agreed. Our biggest move comes in Feb/March imo, but in the mean time this is a great opportunity to load up as we move our way to .01 or possibly higher.
I don't see (barring any major share structure changes) why .01 is not an easy, easy target with this overall setup and management team. We could, and imo will, test new all time highs for this stock first quarter 2016.
Happy New Year is an understatement with MBHC:):):) It will be a sensational and highly profitable New Year!
GLTA,
TG
Of particular interest from the 12/17/15 PR:
FYI - If anyone was wondering (I was:) about Mr. Sobel's status as an attorney...well, he's all good and in good standing in both CA and AZ. Guy is who they say he is! Great news going forward:

Some pretty significant changes taking place from the top down:
Wham Inc Executive Team
I don't see Mr. Vasquez or Mrs. Peurifoy's name mentioned anywhere on the executive page. Looks like there has been a changing of the guard. Wow!
Or maybe we could hype the fact that as of 11/05/15 the share structure looks no worse, in fact better, than in Nov. of 2014:
Share Structure
Market Value1 $3,005,881 a/o Dec 11, 2015
Authorized Shares 500,000,000 a/o Nov 05, 2015
Outstanding Shares 100,196,032 a/o Nov 05, 2015
-Restricted Not Available
-Unrestricted Not Available
Held at DTC Not Available
Float 17,156,183 a/o Nov 05, 2015
Par Value 0.001
The company is not selling and delays are inevitable with start ups...Mr. Vasquez over promised and under delivered. That is speaking specifically to the time line he laid out, not so much to the long term plans for the company.
I know they are still working and they have not folded or dumped millions/hundreds of millions of shares like most P&D pink sheet stocks would have done at this stage. In fact, to my knowledge and looking at the share structure on the OTC they've sold zero, zip, zilch, nada...
The waiting has been long and the fluctuations have been a bit painful to say the least (my net worth swung well over a quarter million dollars), but I'm still confident the company is moving forward and 2016 will be a significant year!
No cheerleading here, just confident in the future. Great thing is I'm now in long term capital gains range:) Not looking to sell the bulk for awhile though...Maybe take some off the table to go on a cruise though...
This one is gonna' be different than most pink sheeters'!!!
GLTY,
TG
I know the company has continued to work, so I'm hoping some updates start trickling in soon...Maybe something to give us some momentum heading into the new year. We'll see. One thing I'm confident of is that there will be another run...As high as the last one? Higher? Don't know, but I'm looking forward to it either way!
TG
Uh ohhh... Looks like WHAM is still spinning those big 18 wheeler wheels! Call me crazy, seriously, call me crazy if you don't like what I have to say, but from the WHAM website:

Its highly recommended to change all passwords every 90 days. The best passwords are phrases rather than four to eight letter passwords. Its much more difficult for a high speed computer to hack phrases rather than four to eight letter passwords, which can be cracked within minutes, example:

Phrases are much more secure to use because they are not found in dictionaries. WFMC, http://www.infosecurity-magazi...

I know, I know...not a lot to hang your hat on there, but why post (meaning Theodore on the WHAM website) if the company isn't working/moving forward? hmmmmmmm... Something to think about...possibly something to look forward to...???
(POS) Plenty Of Success...I agree. It's been hit in the mouth recently and knocked down, but the company and management's character will be defined by how they get back up. In my opinion, they will come charging up off the canvas and this will come roaring back to life!
Haha...I was hoping to own an island by now...Call it Greenland...oh wait that ones taken:) As you said I guess we'll just have to wait a bit longer.
Based on recent action it looks like others might share my enthusiasm:)
