YESSSSSSSSSSS
Beaching it in Jamaica and loving seeing this!!!!! Life is good amigos haha
That is why I included very different scenarios FYI
Maybe Calabria is thinking an IPO for the common securitization platform / CSS
My advisor didn’t like it either. Reminded him of what happened to GM shareholders...
Different scenarios but would rather hear the term SPO from officials that should know better which term to use.
If Calabria intends to be accurate you would think he would say SPO instead of IPO.
Although many “experts” have used the receivership term instead of conservatorship.
I would hope Calabria would know the difference.
Courts mandate action. Actions trump words
The “market” doesn’t even know we exist. YET
Wonder if there is any relation to David Sims
I’m personally hoping for Ellie Mae style buyout
123 days
Universal code. Excellent choice
We’ve gotten more promising news in 2 months than the past 2 years added together. Possibly longer. Not to mention the courts.
I’d say we are doing WELL.
Hahaha. Exactly
How could they have acted sooner without any cooperation from Watt....
This administrations appointee has been on the job for a matter of weeks.
Seems to me they are moving right along
Summed it up perfectly.
FNMA Institutional ownership increases to 17.32%. Highest level recorded since conservatorship began.
Tough one to answer. Satisfied is a very strong word and rarely used in the same sentence as FNMA haha. I did fly to D.C w I.U and I love my country, it’s values, and was once sworn to defend the Constitution and enforce its laws. Saying that, I would be satisfied if the entire issue was investigated and guilty parties were held accountable.
That would satisfy me the most.
Political/Patriotic beliefs, and moral compass aside?
Simple buyout deal....case closed, no dividends, no claw backs, stock goes private never to trade again, lawsuits settled, the end?
I would swallow some pride, chalk up the last decade as worth it and walk away “satisfied” at roughly $45 per share.
I would walk away pretty happy for $25 right now tho lol
Do we deserve much more? Of course we do. If you would have asked me this question 5 years ago I would have said $80
10 years ago I would have said $100
Five years from now and who knows....
At this moment that is my honest answer.
At minimum we will be bought out. The U.S constitution will prevail as it has for going on 250 years.
EXACTLY
FNMA sets another record high 17.32%
Institutional ownership
I thought I was the only one...
I agree with you doc. Fnma all the way
Pearl Jam - Release
Fnma haha.
That’s the somewhat surprising part. When it did become clear under Obama that the govt WAS intentionally trying to nationalize/takeover the housing market I could understand it. Hated it but at least I had some understanding as to the why of it all. As muddy as these waters have been I also understand why the entire process is so difficult w players on both sides, actually numerous sides, all wanting different outcomes. Too much power in and around government is all I can say.
Thought for sure a President w an “R” next to his/her name would right those wrongs but here we are.
At a minimum....at least they are saying the right things and sentiments have changed slightly
Obama actually slammed us in his state of the union address.
Those were NOT good times haha.
All said and done, we are in a better place right now. Not great but absolutely not as horrible as it was in the beginning
You can say that again. What a long road this has been and apparently still is. Sucks.
Cheers to that
EXACTLY
Totally agree. Finally something was said in the clearest way possible. Haha.
Can’t deny that one
Tough to look at the higher percentage owned in a negative light. Metrics have been the same since day one so in my opinion....the higher that ownership % number, the better.
Institutional ownership highest level since conservatorship began. 17+%
Last quarter also
Lots of crying when FNMA has never looked BETTER! Haha
So Calabria gets em into shape and all cleaned up for sale while Trump/Treasury shop them around for a buyer.
$125 share buy out....
IU has been completely MIA. The once shareholder bulldog has quietly become a missing puppy
Couple 500k share buys. Looking good
I don’t suppose your aware the original board of directors has already filed their own lawsuit .....
Yes is does actually. HERA is LAW
Everything else is based off false premises
