My prediction

I am sure he is a excellent researcher and he brought up good points in his piece but when I looked line by line I disagree with many areas of the article.

I consider myself a good researcher as well.

Every stock has issues. I spent all weekend battling those issues. The main one I care about is if Robert Hipple is involved and I spent the entire weekend looking and found nothing, in fact I found solid evidence he is not involved at all.


The piece by Nodummy in my view in invalid. When I read one of their red flags was the fact that they use a mail drop on whois information and that was fraud I had to chuckle.

No... they tried all weekend to make a connection to Robert Hipple which does not exist then a article was written that provided little to no value.

First of all Alexa updates on a rolling 3 month basis for all non 100k ranked websites.

Second of all - they are not selling anything on the website, it's simply to provide a generic corp overview so the traffic is meaningless anyway.

we do not need healthcare of today connections to the new mgm't group especially not the leaders.

A Mayor seems like a lower tier employee that was brought over and that's ok, same with Jason Fu but the less connections to healthcare of today the better.

They can easily refer the case to the DOJ or the SEC could sue him to oblivion. The fact is the "Hipple Connection" does not exist, a few loose ends by former employees of Healthcare of Today was to be expected.

The entire DD on the bearish side is invalid if the shotcallers are different people.

Here's what it comes down to. It's right in the fillings that he is banned from being a director/officer until 2015.


Show me where he is involved at all in SKTO, this is the crux of the bear case and the only thing I am hearing is "why would he obey a SEC order"...I mean come on....The "hipple" connection is grasping at straws just like how people are saying it's a fraud because they use a PO box.

I'd agree, it's momentum.

I did see a $250k bid on Friday, that is not momentum. That is a MM flashing a mega bid for whatever reason or it was a huge bidder.

They generally do not reply to us retail investors...come on you know that...you have to talk to IR. It's like that with them all, I'd be more concerned if Allyn was responding to every email ,it would seem like he wanted to cover up something.

This stock has always been bigger then iHUB since it started to roll, so an article questioning it's legitimacy which I have only seen floating on IHUB is not going to do anything to the stock price.

There is either some mega secret group pumping this stock which I can not find anywhere online or there is something else.....

It all boils down to this.


This is not the S&P or the NASDAQ and certainly not the DOW... this is a non-reporting OTC company, the standards for "ethics" are rather low.

We had a new mgm't group come in two weeks ago and bought the shell otherwise know as SK3 Group.

The new mgm't brought some heavy names into the BOD such as the Chairman Kevin Allyn


They have put out a few releases including 1 for $12.5mill in contracts and one for $30mill in contracts.

We also have evidence some members of the old sk3 group are involved in the new sk3 group, who's really involved and who's not really depends on what side your on since both sides are just stabbing in the dark here.


We also know there was NO front loading ahead of the first PR of the new mgm't buying the shell. That to me gives the bulls a very strong point for legitimacy.

I find Nodummy's DD piece to be riddled with opinions.

I will be writing an article on SKTO to be posted early next week probably on SA with actual DD behind the mgm't and company as it stands today, not the old Sk3 group of the past.

I am actually gathering facts and figures instead of making wide assumptions meant to scare retail traders out.

Where is the proof of that?

Almost every argument in that article is an opinion or has been proven false regardless if the author is not responding to them.

Proof A2P was founded before 2005, some people are trying to say his linkedin profile is false since A2P was supposedly started in 2005 according to that article. This document from the Amateur boxing association says differently.

Doing some more DD I found a fiscal statement from the Amateur Boxing Association which discussed a deal with A2 Holdings(A2P) brokered in 2004 so the article is incorrect to say it was founded in 2005 which makes the 2002 date on the Linkedin page valid in my view.

Well it is an inconsistency however.. how do we know that article has the correct year?

There is no website I can find for A2P boxing, maybe it was officially founded in 2005 but was around before then? Or perhaps the author just made a typo or one of a million reason why it would not match.

Because this is the OTC world and it's the norm..., everything I have researched has said the new mgm't group are the new shotcallers which is the only thing that is important going forward.

There is a zero percent chance SKTO will be halted next week. In fact I would wager more that the CE will be removed by Friday.

Why is one of your red flags the address they use? If you googled the address you see hundreds of registered businesses such as Allstate use the same address.

The term grasping at straws is very relevant here...I used to run many small businesses ALWAYS using a PO Box.

Means absolutely nothing, there were no images on the Linkedin Page for Kevin Allyn so when that user with the image posted the DIRECT LINK on IHUB it quickly got index by google and now that search query for that exact URL shows that image since that image is what the google spider sees.


Little difficult to explain but no it does not mean what you think it means.

So the new case the bears are trying to bring out is that Henry Jan and Robert Hipple are using Kevin Allyn(a multi millionare) as a front man to establish legitimacy for SKTO?


The bear case is grasping at straws IMO....Kevin Allyn has worked with some of the top talent in the world he's not just a "Front man"

Why are you so shocked that some people from the old sk3 group are involved in the new sk3 group?

It's what happens when a new mgm't group buys a shell, the new mgm't has been at it for two weeks many loose ends need to be cleaned up.


It's not a new frontman, it's new shot callers IMO...

No annual dues/taxes have been paid for the entity since 2010. At this point I have no idea how much is owed for SKTO in back taxes which would have to be paid to bring the entity back to good standing

You would be surprised how little it will cost to get back to good standing..

Prior to being able to do anything with the entity, a new resident agent would have to be appointed first.

A matter of a 30 second phone call

since there are so many questions surrounding the validity of those press releases

We know the PR they released announcing Allyn as the Chairman is true, I don't see why the others would be called into question, where is the proof they are lying.



Please correct the Kevin Allyn segment in your article. It's false.

One of the main "red flags" in that article was about how Kevin Allyn was "involved" but would not personally confirm that he was involved in case this all blows up.

It would be silly to think some of the old mgm't is not involved in the new company, who is involved who is not involved is all a big mystery, we do know they brought in some high powered talent.


All the issues laid out in that article should be ironed out fairly quickly if this is legit company. The only issue that bothers me is the company in forfeiture in Delaware which IMO needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

You can not deny he has connections to the industry.
