Jim there will be some major spikes in the PPS, but the major growth will happen over time. The company is set up as an growth engine. So growth and stability will be where it needs to be.

I look for the 10k to show investors the whole picture which is a lot more than just bread crumbs. I look to 10-15 to 10-20 to see great revenues. Building a empire takes time. I am just glad to see REDHAWK starting to take shape with such major strides.

Have you seen how many children MR Klug put through college. Mr Klug has been a blessing to many children who could not afford to go to school, but investors choose to question him. He has a major responsibility to the company and his investors, why do you think it takes so long? Because of those responsibilities all T's must be cross and all I must be dotted.

Think of it this way a company with 15,000 in revenues for 1 quarter and 3 million the next. What's going to happen? A company that has no seen value and puts out the paperwork stating it worth 3 billion and the 3 million in revenues is 15 million the very next quarter. What going happen with that company? This company also markets in the most effective way at that time.

IMO MR Klug has given the little man and woman the chance to make a better future for themselves. Keeping this investment very lo key and once he lets the cat out of the bag, major investors will gobble shares like there is no tomorrow.

Just to put some speculation in the air. If I owned REDHawk and have put so much into the company while building it value and resources. I would be buying shares with the companies funds right out of the float and no reporting is necessary. I know all investors will be paid well why not allow REdHawk to have a major advantage also.
