EMAIL FROM TURRINI RE LICENSING:
ASKED ABOUT AUG 2006 COMMENTS FROM SHARMA THAT ASNAP WAS NOT READY FOR LICENSING. ONE OF THE BASHERS HERE KEEPS POSTING THEM SO READ THIS.
People took his comments way out of context. The patent can be licensed and could have been from day one. The technology is there and the patent and source codes are ready. Since Akshay made that comment, we have made significant advances and have the full ASNAP completed, meaning switching between GSM
and WiFi and vice versa.

Magoo,Bill,Littlestud,Bennito...all disgruntled longs who took losses and now wish they would have held or bought more, all stuck in the old CLYW, all ingoring the black and white changes or more likely trying to bash back lower so they can load up, well maybe give them too much credit, no just stupid I think.
Buy on any dips. btw, 75k just bought at 14.9. if break above 15.5 will go to 20c quick imo.
Bill you crack me up.
You say do your homework. That's hilarious. You obviously have not. What did I do? I emailed and got back several from Turrini himself, I talked to people invloved in funding, I spoke to previous investors, I spoke to people who know Turrini...and I got in much cheaper. why don't you take your own advice.
The Reality is that this company was run
into the ground by dumbass lazy butt Mendoza and Davilla who thought it was a better strategy to make phones rather than just sell licenses for the patent they already owned. The reality is that Turrini has completely reversed course, has taken the reigns from Davilla and Mendoza and secured funding to sell licenses. The reality is they've had interest from companies to buy licenses for a long time but the dumb ass latins would not do it and now Turrini is just going to mop up the money laying all over the floor. The reality is that it costs almost zero incremental $ to sell licenses so in effect he will book probably 80c earnings for every $1 rev. The reality is he could sign $50mm in licenses tomorrow and probably is doing that right now. The reality is it will be a $5 stock immediately.
Do you DD.
Translation of magoo post....
"balh blah blah blah shit I could have bought at 3c blah blah blah damn had a chance at 6c blah blah blah could have bought 8c blah blah blah blah blah
well you can buy 15c today but not next week....
Actually, they are going to have specific meetings with specific potential licensors which is much better than standing at a booth all day.
lol. didn't catch that.
Is this the Norweigan company? I saw that somewhere else too. I haven't looked into it. Have you?
p2k - private placement, restricted shares
Another email from Christian:
Yes, it is exiting and hopefully soon we can all celebrate. Thanks for your patience, we'll talk in a week.
Cristian
Man are you gonna be sorry.
Marino says they are in negotiations with others besides Oceanex:
XXXXXX,
Rest assured that we have high expectations for EKO-FLOR and to that end, we have been and will continue to be in negotiations with various parties to place the product into circulation.

I asked him if Oceanex was to be the only trial.
Wonder what the "exciting things" are?? LICENSES. You think it's too expensive here? Think again. $1 will look cheap after they announce first deal.
email from Turrini:
I would love to speak to you but it may be impossible until after the CTIA show. I am trying to do so many things right now and we are shorthanded. There are very exiting things happening and hopefully soon I will be able to disclose them to everyone.
Cristian Turrini
Guarantee Turrini has incentives to sell licenses too so you think he's motivated???
You won't get a pullback, or at least not much of one. This thing was priced for BK and still is really. Once it sinks in that this is a real company now, it will move quickly and steeply. I don't think insiders will be selling into it cause they know what's coming.
$7 stock soon...the math...
$30 million/yr in licenses (imo conservative) probably means $25 million in earnings (no cost to sell licenses) divided by 130 million O/S (guessing it's more than the 100 million float) = 23c/share times 30 p/e qualcomm = $7
Let's say I'm off by half, that's still $3.50 and it's trading 11c.
But the real driver is there's no more bad news. Every headline will be positive from here out. Momentum is swinging and will accelerate. All lawsuits are settled, Dumb Davila is out and we finally have a REAL COMPANY. That's worth $1 all by itself when it soaks in. I'm telling you this thing is going to go up fast from here.
Ain't seen nothing yet. Wait till they start announcing license deals one after another at basically zero incremental cost.
whatever. gl.
Does not take much $$ to sell licenses LG. That's what the company should have been doing since the beginning but they were too stupid and hung up on being a manufacturer. I'll bet they actually had licensing deals on the table but stupidly ignored them, then failed to make manufacturing work. The new model Turrini is bringing is the Qualcomm model of licensing. Takes minimal $$ and once you get one done, others soon follow. Easy to do many millions in revs and at barely zero incremental cost. Turrini becoming CEO signals the change. If they did $100 million in licenses, would translate to maybe $90 million in earnings, divided by 120 million O/S (?) would give $.75/share in earnings time 30 p/e qualcomm would be $22/share.
Hell even at 1/10 of that it's a 30 bagger.
asnap, please email me at bulbar2@hotmail.com. have OT question
asnap - I recognize you from way back. you have email address?
Burp you are a waste of air.
One more email from Marino. Asked him if Oceanex was going to be the only one trialing EKO.
Rest assured that we have high expectations for EKO-FLOR and to that end, we have been and will continue to be in negotiations with various parties to place the product into circulation.

Actually I'm not, but will keep some powder dry for short-timers like you who get impatient.
FYI, email from Marino today. Again, field trials are normal for new techs. I'm in the tech dev business and I know that getting field trials is the last step to getting orders....it's all good to me.
I hope all is well with you. I do apologize for not responding to an earlier email from you. I have been travelling and I am still out of the country.
To answer your question, yes Eko-Flor is an approved container flooring product. However, it is a new product and is following the normal course of business. We believe it is a prudent approach to introducing a new product to an industry and we encourage it as an integral part of the order and implementation process.

nothing to expand upon really. I just called him and talked about the product and the potential market. Didn't give me any inside info if that's what you mean. The field trials should not surprise anyone but when they are done I firmly believe we will see major orders and $10. I can wait and accumulate.
If idiots like Burp sell it I'll be there to buy it up. Hopefully in the 30s. "significant orders" will indeed come. I've talked to Marino several times and done my DD.
Guess I'm the minority.
Said in black/white the demand has been stronger than they anticipated. How do you ignore that? Remember their prospectus had a pretty conservative assumption on how much of the market they would capture and those numbers were impressive. Now they say it's bigger than they thought. I'm buying the dips but then I have along time horizon. GL
My guess is GE will be a customer but heck who knows, maybe GE buys them out?
I don't post on the other board so feel free to pass along my note.
Received some skinny about GE from the company. Don't post here much but thought I'd share this. Here I thought GE might be a potential competitor from reading what someone else said on the other board but I contacted the company and reading between the lines, it's just the opposite! Jeez this thing is going to move.
told you never to buy a r/s
R/S IS KISS OF DEATH.
NEVER BUY INTO A R/S.
imo, we won't see any contract news for a while. I'm in it for long term $5-10 range so I don't care and I'll buy any dips to the 50c range if short term traders don't get their news and bail.
you make my point. whoever bought between 04 and 25 should have sold near $1 not down here at 35c. prob just day traders in for 3-5c who were selling having bought under 30c.
I'm the head Fred? dont even know what that means. I have talked to Marino and done some DD if thats what you mean. think you have to pay for pink sheets level 2. dont know.
who would sell 20k at 35c? seems stupid to me or short sighted
