REALLY LIKE SFOR's Crypto Color on their Guarded ID product. This product ROCKS!!! Got in on the 50% off deal which is good until tonight (unless they extend it).
I hear ya hip! I also think SFOR is not undervalued during these not-so-fun times of dilution...it is where it should be. Barring any R/S I like my average A LOT, because I really feel SFOR will be off of these levels within 4 weeks. Could we see a R/S - yes, but if not, within 4 weeks we will be sitting better IMO. In fact, I'm betting on it and that is the reason I've been buying.
At this stage in the game at .0001 and .0002, you could be right. As the company has devalued - I have hedged (in and out) to not get caught up in losing my value. One reason I'm back in is because of Blank Rome. Once they get a deal or two under their belts with litigation, SFOR will be rolling in the dough. Now, everyone is thinking how they will make it long enough to see that happen. Hang on for the next 2-4 weeks to see exactly how it will be done.
SFOR is not dead folks...as much as some want it to be, it will still be around 6 months from now AND longer!!! I'm buying at .0001 and .0002 off of those that no longer believe.
Awesome! On behalf of all of us, ask the hard questions and see their reactions when answering! Do you have a meeting set up or are you going to pop in without a meeting set up? I hope you are going be face to face with Kay. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
Sounds like info we already knew about (regarding authorized shares). Plus, I'll bet it is SFOR just "shoring" things up for year end/staying compliant.
Sounds like you are certain a reverse split will occur (you could be right)...when do you think it will happen if it does? Days, weeks, or months away? Thanks!
New filings with SEC today 8a and 8k...
I'll bet at least 70% of shareholders have not sold all of their position in the last 6 months. Dilution is what has brought the lower share prices...not the shareholder. With that said, I'm buying .0001 and .0002's for anyone that does want out.
I'm not worried about SFOR going to zero. I'm a buyer at .0001 and .0002. Anyone want to sell?
I hear what you are saying hip, however, the share price is reflective of what has been going on - however, there are other companies in penny land that aren't real that are trading much higher than SFOR and their dilution has been just as bad. These prices are bargains for the amount of risk involved.
I'm awaiting some answers I have too - it is good to "prod" for answers. Maybe SFOR will put out a shareholder announcement (hopefully not a PR) around the New Year. IF anything is announced, we will still see the IHUB board stay the same (some believers chiming in and then some that don't). Lets "prod" some more and see what churns up!
What was the r/s like that time? What was the split ratio, and how fast after the higher share price from the split did the share price stay higher for a while or did it fall right away? Thanks!
Surfkast...Merry Christmas to you and everyone!
Surfkast...Merry Christmas to you and everyone!
Raid...it is market makers "signaling" their supply and demand to one another (by the use of their small trades). They don't have to pay commissions on the small amount of shares they trade.
Maybe some people are waiting for a big announcement one day and they can sell their shares they bought at .0002 and .0003 into some hefty profits if SFOR hits .0007 or more (for example). Many here (including myself) will likely see that happen. Again, some here don't think SFOR will go higher...I will be glad to buy their/anyone's shares at .0002 so they can move on.
Merry Christmas Scotland!
Obviously sales have not been what they wanted or us shareholders. The company should survive and do well with their Mobile products/SDK...until then, business as usual. They will not fold, just business as usual for a while longer, then SFOR will get a stronger financial position. Hence the 52 weeks lows. Hang in there folks!
Pope,
I also hear that the younger folks are leaving FB/have left FB for the most part and have gone to other social media. Who is left on FB? Parents, middle aged people, grandparents...all who have a better grasp (vs. kids) that "something could actually affect them." This demographic has the dough to spend on protecting their computers and/or mobile devices.
Actually, EVERYBODY regardless of age needs the protection. It comes down to it if an individual hasn't been hacked - they will sometime if they don't protect themselves.
Jim, thank you...everyone check out Jim's link and listen to his message (SFOR is included in his message).

I'm going to buy too Bull...I will get 2 promo deals for 4 computers. I should have already bought the product, but at 50% off - it is a very good deal for a needed product. I know several people who were part of the Facebook hack a short while back - they sent out emails to everyone they knew about it. It is just a matter of time before virtually all of us get hacked one way or another (via a bank transaction, social media, mobile, etc). The number of hacks grow all the time and there is no slowing down with it. Just as well protect now rather than be sorry later.
It is a market maker - they are signaling their supply or demand to another MM. Market makers don't have to pay commissions on small trades.
SFOR #3 on the IHUB Breakout Board...moving up!
SFOR now #4 on IHUB Breakout Board!
Did you put in the coupon code?
IGOIO, thanks for sharing the info about the bank not reimbursing their customer.
For those that aren't liking SFOR for any reason...I'm buying back in at .0002 today...sell them to me! Thanks!
Question for you? Do you think their promo product is needed? I think so, I'm thinking about getting two deals from them to protect 4 computers. The price is excellent for a real product that will help protect information entered into the computers. Nothing wrong with the promotion.
We all know about SFOR's cash position lately, but this promotion is a good one (regardless of the amount of sales it brings in large or small) because it will draw more people to the awareness of SFOR and their products.
NEWS is out - see IHUB!
308 Million traded
260 Million trades so far!
WOW...people got 2's today if they wanted them!

It is a MM. They do not have to pay commissions on small shares traded.
$100k would stink badly...not saying you are off base at all because "anything goes" these days. If you don't mind, why do you feel the quarter will be around $100k? Thanks!
