200 million?
Scottrade seems to be working fine...getting ask/bids and handling my small sale this AM
I just called Scottrade and they said OCAT appears to be trading normally.
Why would anyone sell at 6.31? I really don't understand.
Video now on Youtube. Search "Ocata roadshow". the best summary of Ocata and where it is going. Thanks to whoever posted it. 38 views already.
Everyone should watch this video. It convincinglly presents Ocata's progress to date and it's enormous potential for the future. Can we post it to Youtube? The possible cure for the leading cause of blindness should be worth a few million views. People should be beating down the doors to invest.
No, the last line of the report dated January, 2014., says the designation was granted at that time. So why is OCAT releasing it now?
If reort was available in January, 2014, why release it now. It sounds like they are just trying to pump up the price a little,

All it says, dated January 2014, is our product is designated a "Tissue EngineeredProduct"
Prediction: This will be the last time pps goes below $7.
I may have answered my own question with this Gary Rabinism from his blog in 2011. Typical.
Our corneal program continues to advance. We are addressing the fundamental need for transplantable corneal tissue through readily manufacturable corneal tissues. - See more at: http://www.thechairmansblog.com/advanced-cell-technology/gary-rabin/settlements-proxy-and-looking-ahead/#sthash.MEy6H0YH.dpuf
Corneal transplants. This is a quote from today's 10Q. Does anyone know the present status of this program?
If ACT has a potential treatment for corneal disease, this seems like another blockbuster. I really haven't seen much about this program, but that may just be my own lack of dilligence. Anyone?
Corneal Endothelial Program
We have been able to generate sheets of corneal endothelial cells, with Descemet membrane, from hESCs. These endothelial sheets, which resemble fetal cornea in cell density, and thickness and durability of the tissue graft, could serve as the transplanted tissue in Descemet’s Stripping with Endothelial Keratoplasty. In culture, our corneal endothelial cells have all the hallmarks, both marker expression and morphology, of native human corneal endothelium. We are testing these cells in several animal models of corneal diseases. We will continue our pre-clinical investigation in animal models, with the goal of establishing that the transplanted tissue functions correctly in the animals, and then consider preparation of an IND and/or IMPD application to commence clinical studies with these cells. As part of our evaluation of this program, we will consider, among other things, the data generated from pre-clinical studies, our understanding of the potential market opportunity, and our ability to allocate capital resources to adequately fund the program to the next milestone.
So, what's our next catalyst?
Are we there yet?
If corporate funds were used to pay a fine imposed on Rabin, I can,t believe that wouldn't be a good basis tfor b a shareholder class action to recover such funds from Rabin. Since attorneys would handle this on a contingent fee basis, maybe this should be explored?
OK, I may just be stupid. I just read the recently filednSEC Form 3 and it seems to say nothing. Please anyone?
Still there is no press reporting of the press release. Whom did they releasei it to? I called our Media Relations and got no response. The prior release went out like wildfire. I'm really troubled by this. The generation of universal platelets is an enormous advance. The need for platelet transfusions outpaces the supply. So, what's up?
Why isn't the press interested in ACTC's press release. The confirmed ability to generate near unlimited universal platelets that can be safely stored is enormous news. Isn't that obvious? Or, am I missing something?
The Rock Hill Herald just reported onn the PR. Whoopie!

Strange? Except for the press release itself, there is no reported news of the platelet article.
lasers, thank you for yor patient and knowledgable responses to so many of our questions. You are truly what this board should be all about.
A general queation: Why are the bid and ask amounts most osten 100 shares?
How long before Mr. Diddle is back?
Could you please provide a link or copy more of anything on the subject. Thanks and this is pbobably the biggest and best news to date.
I'm voting yes because I really believe that this is a new ACTC with enlightened leadership and a definite plan.
I'm willing to give them one last chance only until the November meeting. By then we will all know if our euphoria was a mistake.
I would not have commented, nor probably not even have noticed it, except that it apparenlly got past watts.
What do you think holds us back from uplifting?
I've been long on ACTC for over 4 years and have never posted a negative comment.. I,think the SA article is part of an agenda and assumes much too much, Is the author, with no science background , so brilliant that he is the only one that knew or questioned the impact of prior recent cataract surgery? I think not, BUT, it seems very odd to me that no one on behalf of ACTC ever mentioned the cataracts. IMO someone from Actc must fully address this issue, and soon. I agree with the author only to the extent that he suggests ACTC's credibility is being challenged.
Mr. Hauck, I love you,...and thank you.

Who's competent to decide?
Does anyone know? Can we give proxy votes to one message board member to vote as a block. That might force someone in management to check what we are saying and to be a little responsive. I'd be willing to assign the voting rights of my 10,000 shares. Any thoughts?
It sounds sensible to me too, BUT if we sell 40% of shares to a partner, haven't we in effect given over ownership?
This is what is now being reported:

I agree the presentation was fantastic.
ACTCD will now be the poster child for "Reverse Splits don't always have to be bad”,
How much of the impending news is already built into the pps?
