CHLN a nice mover in today's tape. Dips getting bought. Would love to see a close over 2.07 to support continued movement up.
Seems like the SA article is spurring some buying interest on the heels of HGSH massive upside move in same sector.
I think you're right - thx for the response.

Interesting tidbit in 10K:
On January 18, 2013, Sigma Labs received a letter from a leading aerospace company stating their intention to negotiate a Joint Technology Development Agreement (JTDA) with Sigma Labs for the purpose of technical collaboration focused on additive manufacturing technologies. Sigma Labs is negotiating the terms of a JTDA with them to further develop and commercialize products based on Sigma Labs core IPQA technology, a.k.a ., PrintRite3D™.
Definitely on of several catalysts to look out for.
In fact, the 10K really talks-up not only the additive manufacturing biz, but also the implant and ammo biz's. Should be an interesting 2013 for SGLB.
On the downside, SGLB will need to raise cash sometime this year unless greater revenues start pouring in.

VLOV - nice #'s...do you guys understand what all the discussion in the 10K is regarding the relationship and possible dissolution of their VIE? Is that something to be concerned about, or not so much?
tia
That would be great. Ready to buy some.
EVK - pretty good #'s posted; reminds me of MCOX but with GOOD earnings. MCOX is in a league of its own though.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/ever-glory-reports-2012-full-093000976.html
LVWD - yes i've noticed the thickening of the bids as well, but it's a good thing or the increased selling would have had a larger effect. The volume spike on the buy side last week made me think a promo was coming, but nope...just as well.
SSH - Sheff, do you have an opinion on SSH? Pretty good buy point today if at all bullish.
Sigma Labs, Inc. Signs Licensing Agreement With Allotrope Sciences Relating to Reactive Munitions Technologies

GLMB - those #'s are unreal. hopefully the stock gets a well-deserved run before VMC'ers cap it ;^)
out with the old, in with the new. not sure it's a catalyst, but getting a little volume at least.
ECTY nice expansion contract news w/ Kroger
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/ecotality-kroger-announce-expansion-ev-120000173.html
roco - it went up b/c moneyrunners caught hold of it. there were a lot fewer shares o/s at that time, and it just flew.
not sure even a promo could help it now
I completely agree, in fact the initial reason that i was re-attracted to IZEA this time round was Dr. Frost's position.
The only reason i jumped into the conversation involving traderfan was that i had the exact same question myself. When do they offer more shares and under what terms. For a longer-term investor, that eventuality should just be viewed as a buying opportunity.
I have to decide whether i want to invest in it or trade it....or maybe a bit of both.
russ - you don't think that VERT will show up sometime this week? cmon
good volume and movement til the 100k ask showed up and applied pressure. tapped a new 52 week high, intraday.
run4lt, re: BOSC - they had been posting losses, so nice turnaround for them. Small # of shares o/s exaggerates the EPS too.
BDSI - noticed this: http://stockmatusow.com/i-bought-bdsi-chart-with-basic-dd/
not sure if it's the reason for the move, but scott has a following
BOSC pretty wild EPS .32/sh non-GAAP
BOSC posts a profit. Nanofloater, so watch your 6

Any thoughts on the 10K? Some interesting paragraphs regarding share issuance.
the bickering is simply a symptom of a declining stock price. i wish we were better than that, but we're not. hopefully things improve for the stock, but if not we're all adults. whining is not necessary
sure, you're allowed to ask...not that i'm obligated to answer. but i own a lot more shares than you currently do, but less than you did at your peak.
your poor english doesn't bother me in the least...it's your attitude, but hey you're entitled to it i suppose. at least you have a position, and that allows you to have an opinion. congratulations
qfab stated an opinion, and i agree with it. when you have a position in the stock, then your opinions will have more weight. until then you're just a monday morning quarterback with 20/20 hindsight.
not bad, not great. still have some convertible dollars to work thru. decent revenues for the quarter and the year. Subsequent Events mentioned the pending e-waste merger. overall, i'm glad they filed it, and look forward to what's next.
10K out - some good detail as to why the share issuances (payment to debenture holder). Under 100M shares o/s currently
http://xml.10kwizard.com/filing_raw.php?repo=tenk&ipage=8827373
big increase in revenues.
still reading...
same sentiment here qfab. i have never iggy'd anybody, but i think now might be the time...although, being a mod i probably shouldn't just in case something offensive is posted. conflicted now lol
VERT lifted. let's see if there's any buying interest now

you were right about getting tough fills on the bid! real nice play here. was only able to get small shares
from previous posts, it seems that it's the convertibles that are diluting, not the company...but who really knows.
the only thing good that comes out of VERT selling is that, if you're a buyer, you get shares cheaper and cheaper.
