Did the OS go up? Say what you want about GDSI but it never was a dilution scam.
I cleared the 2s and 3s, let's get the party started.
Guess they figured the 10K blocks were not scaring anyone so let's show a big block and see how that does. I wish I had insight into those 10K's though because they are stacked up right now.
Thanks, I understand what you are saying just don't trade enough to read into their actions. I popped for 50K at 142 and they are still sitting there. Will see what happens, I have more powder.
For you experts out there, is ETRF up to something?
I popped for 100K on the 24's but ETRF was still at 10K, glad they cleared.
The company has no current sales, Rontan is the only play IMO.
My only regret is selling my shares too cheap. Oh well still watching and waiting and contemplating.
In his defense there a lot of people in the pinks playing with lunch money that they can't afford to lose.
Great post and some info I refrained from posting being the deal is done because some guy in Twitter said so.
I think Sullivan underestimated the Brazilian government and my opinion is that's what's holding it up. My research tells me it's not as easy as sending money and filing papers, especially if there is fear the money and jobs will leave the country.
I find it hard to believe the closing could even take place in this country but who knows. The money behind the deal has experience with Brazil and should have known, maybe they do.
Lots of speculation and only time will tell. There certainly doesn't appear to be any updates.
Did she mention when the closing is scheduled for?
Green day on not even $200 traded
SANP is dead for now
Any speculation on why no volume on the ask? Is CANT trying to control the spread?
I wonder what the tax implications are for a US company running a business in Brazil which as I understand it has high import taxes trying to spark support for locally made product and materials.
Also wonder what the plan would be to get vehicles into the US.
I'm sure it's figured out if the deal happens.
Did the source indicate if the closing in the US took place? The docs mentioned a law firm I think in Boca Raton.
So a positive source goes unquestioned a negative one requires 10 levels of authentication.
Lol everybody is waiting, no chit.
What Florida address, not the one for GDSI. Rontan has had a US office long before this debacle
The one positive here is that Frank will find a way to make it go up, that's show he earns his living. Don't expect it to stay there long but it will go up eventually, might take a couple years like it did with Golden Dragon.
Correct that is not what was being represented though in the post I replied to. That person said if the deal does not go through there will be penalties.
I am not going back to read the agreement again but there are outs for both parties too.
If news is ready to drop why are you guys so concerned about an EOD paint job? Like someone else posted, you "regulars" are just hunting for sheep.
Yeah, he's talking like he fixed SANP but it was just a standard pinkie symbol takeover.
Thanks for the post which confirms some suspicions.
The question though is what will GDSI do differently to pull the business out of the toilet. The Brazilian market is in trouble, my feeling is that's where most of their business came from and it could have been crooked contracts for all we know.
What's new money that 2.7M is still out there.
If the merger is silver then who cares about someone taking some profits, right?
OR ARE YOU HERE FOR THE FLIP? IS THAT YOUR 2.7M? I THINK MY CAPS LOCKS IS STUCK.
Can I ask what that has to do with anything? I can fly anywhere outside the US right now and smoke my brains out with Cuban cigars.
Putting cigar boxes in larger cardboard boxes takes how long? More BS on a BS shipment or he would be pumping himself up via PR's.
So that Australian dealer post referenced Rontan USA which appears to be the light bars and such. I wonder how much of their sales is that stuff vs vehicles for the Brazilian market.
If I was GDSI I would be nervous, I think Rontans valuation keeps dropping with economy and shutdown. There is already a discrepancy between the number the bank was showing in knownbraves post and what GDSI reported which means valuation changed or selling desperation set in.
No Shipments + Overhead = Bad Situation
As far as setting up a factory in the US, how long will that take? Does anyone know what the import costs are from the US to Brazil? I know that it makes more sense to open a factory in Brazil to support that market but then some are saying they are getting out of Brazil.
So, move the business and factory to the US and what try to get US customers?
Does anyone think before they make these statements? GDSI is going to pay all that money for a company to move it to the US and start over? Who at GDSI has experience moving a factory?
There is a lot of speculation and crazy stuff being said, only time will tell. I personally think Brazil and Rontan are in bad enough shape that if a deal does go through the valuation drops every month which could be cause of the delay.
FG, I know you've been around PLKD a while and I've been out for a couple years. I am seeing a market value of $68M so can you advise what is driving that?
I think when I got out it was trips and Rico was scamming the shareholders, don't remember exact price.
Frank already has a demolition service, he'll demolish your bank account.
Sorry couldn't resist
Those pictures of Frank with the boxes remind me of the ones of Robert Rico with his water scam. It would be no surprise that Frank was a member of PLK$ for a short time. That Miami area is full of scammers.
Remember that second audit? GDSI is the one dragging their feet because they realized what a piece of crap Rontan is and needed a second audit to confirm.
Rontan has a large credit facility available, my fear is it's tapped out. I believe they can't negotiate and pay because they don't have the money.
What do you expect from financials? NACSV has no sales or money that's why they walked on the lease. NACSV is their only source of revenue.
I read into the story that Rontan has no money. Could be wrong just my opinion. I did some DD trying to see if they filed bankruptcy and while I did not find any info, hard to search in Brazil, I did find that Brazil is having serious financial issues and bankruptcies are at an all time high.
I'm starting to think despite their size and sales Rontan is a dog company. They have a lot of credit available and would be nice to know how much of that is tapped.
With 9.5B and continued dilution it's not even worth 1's. This is such classic Frank
I would only trust audited financials from Frank
It's like sales, you can raise the price or sell more volume. Frankie can't get it over 2 so he'll just print more shares.
I guess him standing with some empty boxes didn't have the effect he wanted.
616 has posted in the past and led me to believe he was local but does seem to have access to info. I drive right by there every two weeks and can easy enough do a drive by as I did a couple weeks ago. Not sure what he wants to verify but I'm happy to exchange emails with him, just no way to get my email address to him.
If the Rontan deal happens then NACSV means nothing except those that keep posting that even without Rontan GDSI is undervalued.
616, I can't PM with my free membership. Send me yours and I'll email you.
I'll be driving by there next Friday. I did look in the front door and you can't see much, the production area was hidden behind the rollup doors.
