Darek,
Very good post, bro. Everyone should keep it before their eyes at all times.

With 3's bought and sold, it doesn't look like the mm's are all that impressed with the upcoming open house.
Loyal
P.S. - - - Gator, just don't go through Tuscaloosa wearing that shirt on your way to Virginia. You'd never get out alive.
I'm curious as to why people have to register for an open house. One would think they'd want as many to show as possible and with the least amount of hassle, in order to drum up support.
Unless they want some idea of how many dogs and burgers to bio-char on the grill.
Loyal
P.S. - - - Gator, I won't be there, but I will wear my Noles hat down here in your honor.
Re #71663:
Gator,
Thanks for your preseverance as the one guy who unofficially represents us shareholders in all these many matters and updates. You've been turning over every rock there is to turn over; so, may your diligence pay off handsomely.
That said, I rather think those in attendence will find it's easier to spot the the petite blond, though she be 11 inches shorter. Most of us are still red-blooded American boys, you know.

Saw on the news last night that the NASDAQ is going to honor bitcoin transactions to cut out many middle men. Not sure what to make of it; lot of gobbledygook during the TV interview.
Loyal
Sometimes I wonder if perhaps Gaspard and Molen have family members doing a measure of the flipping to keep up their income flow at our expense. And anyone who's been here for over a year knows in that time frame this and VGP$ have become nickel 'n dime cash cows for flippers.
Loyal
jedi,
Really? UTRM on breakout boards with less a million shares traded today?
Why?
Loyal
Just for the record and in case anyone would like to know, Richland, VA, is a small town in the western part of the state and is probably buried up in the Great Smokey Mountains. Population is just under 6,000. I'm sure the townfolk would welcome a business boom that would let the outside world know where they're at, especially if that business were to produce clean energy.
Loyal
Funny thing is, Obama gave big bucks to the solar people (remember Solyndra and others?) who did nothing but blow it on projects that went nowhere while their insider hot shots walked away with our money? That wave of the future was nothing more than a wave of the wand. If they'd given a fraction of those tax dollars to bio-char/coal, everyone would be a lot better off today (including us shareholders) than we are.
No, solar and wind were doomed to fail as was, because the technology isn't there yet. That's probably why big oil and gas didn't mind Obama wasting taxpayer money on them.
On the other hand, biomass has already proven itself well enough that it should have been given some grant money, which is likely why the government ignored it. Anything stateside that can compete with o & g gets screwed and stuffed in a corner.
JMO, of course.
Loyal
It just occurred to me: Why did MM have to go all the way to Europe to gain a contract? No one here stateside wants the stuff if it's such a game changer in the energy sector?
Then this also came to me:
Could big oil and big gas be working behind the scenes with the mm's to squelch bio-char/coal as long as they can? You know, the same way they've been doing to regular coal?
Or maybe the EPA or OSHA or FEMA will conduct a phony investigation into the business practices of our two CEO's and dig up dirt that doesn't exist.
Oh, our government that is owned by these energy giants wouldn't do such a thing? When big money is involved, companies with immense power will do anything. Anything.
Loyal
tommy,
Sorry, bro. Didn't know you were tongue in cheek on your earlier post.

tommy,
What's so impressive about it? Looks like a stoner drew it. And none of the links go anywhere.
Loyal
Gator,
Back during my real estate days with C-21, and open house meant the joint was for sale. I could dig that here.
Help me, someboddah. Have I got a witness?
Loyal
Happel,
Sorry, I don't have PM. Anyway, . . . .
Barry is Barry Soetoro, alias Barack O. Some in Chicago remember him as Bathhouse Barry. Chitown Mike might have more info about that.
Speaking of Mike, if New World gets 82% of AGCZ's profits, even though there is no gold being mined, Chitown might explain where New World is getting their money from.
Loyal
T23,
More like 4 years, I think. Bought it once at about .025 and sold it for a nickel. Got back in later shortly before it tanked. Projections then were that it would go to .08. Needless to say . . . . been holding ever since.
Loyal
P.S. - - - Got disgusted, so I bought some of the real thing. That nosedived, too. But not to worry, mate. It'll be back, and I believe this stock will, too, no matter what Talbot does.
Chitown,
You might or might not be right concerning these two goldi-shlocks, but someone is getting it from somewhere. Besides, just because Bob is mining shares (which he's done all along) doesn't mean our mines are not producing. Bob can easily twirl both ends of the string and make a boatload coming and going while we sit and spin.
Hope you're doing better elsewhere.
Loyal
P.S. - - - You aren't among that bunch that sent Barry our way, are ya?
If that 10,000 shares was a coded message from one mm to another, I have to wonder what's cookin' here.
This thing looks like a Sprint Cup car backing up into the pits. So if some investment firm wants shares, one more tick down and we end up behind the wall. We're already many laps down as it is.
Just sayin'.
Loyal
jangles,
You might be on to something here, but then again, the Chinese are not obligated to prove they sailed away with anyone's gold, no matter where or from whom they bought it.
I think the gold is being mined and shipped, and the banksters of the world know how much and where. They're just not sayin'.
In the meantime, someone is making a lot of money in the gold market these days; we're just not in their loop.

I think James Gaspard needs to clear the air from his end. While MM has been taken to the shed daily for months, Gaspard has been given a pass up and down the line as a straight shooter.
Okay, so he may not be great with words on paper, but if you're a CEO of anything, you have to say something to your shareholders periodically. Dictate something to a secretary who can write and have her put it out there on your behalf; it's done all the time.
Today VCOR is in deep water with only eyes above the surface, and a pps at 2 requires some form of an explanation.
Finally, if MM is only on the board of directors, it would seem to me that Gaspard could sell his wares anywhere he wanted, rather than wait for MM to complete his end of the deals. In other words, if Gaspard's bio-whatever is in finished product form, why are the bags just sitting on a warehouse rack waiting to go somewhere? Or doesn't the free enterprise system of supply and demand exist here?
Loyal
I doubt that MM is now the CEO of Vencor. If he were, what need is there for these two companies to remain separate entities much longer?
And if Gaspard bailed, wouldn't he have diluted his entire cluster of shares? We haven't seen any high daily share totals since the 100 mill on April 15.
Loyal
Three things: At the risk of being called a basher --- which I'm not --- first, it's pretty obvious that the mm's were not very impressed with the revenue results, since they still have a lid on this; second, a wonderful website update wouldn't have made any difference when James W. was here, so why would it have much of an impact this time? Third, I've held a couple stocks that went to shows before, and none ever produced even a bump in the pps.
The bottom line remains the same: Mm's and whales are attracted to and impressed by dollars and nothing else.
Loyal
We haven't heard from Gator in a week. Did he fall into a black hole?
Loyal
With the ask @ 1, either a fatty or a weird code being passed between mm's. Only cost the guy 30 bucks.

Re: #94917
homer,
Very good and appropriate post. Recent investors who criticize dissent as bashing don't realize that this stock has a chronic history of not delivering on promises.
I'm not from Missouri, but I'm not blind or illiterate, either.
Loyal
I wonder if,after all these months Mr. Molen and Mr. Gaspard have finally awakened to the fact that they've got to come through with some numbers via production and shipment, and have got to do it fairly soon.
Retail investors and mm's have bouyed them just above water since last spring, but the clock is ticking, and time is not on their side any longer.
Loyal
Joe,
Problem is, that 'not long ago' is getting longer and longer each day. From the January high one would have thought Gaspard would have sent more char out of the chute by now than he has.
Loyal
At this juncture the respective market caps of Vega and Vencor are: VGPR (944k) and VCOR (191k). That's a nearly 5 to 1 ratio.
The controlling mm's disappoint me when they manipulate two companies' daily numbers like this. One would think hot-shot investment firms would do a better job of disguising their perverted minds and not show us how sloppy their math skills can be.
Loyal
In case you're wondering, MM would have gotten his fins out on time, but on his way to posting them, something unusual happened.
His dog ate them.
Now you know the reason for the delay.
Loyalhound
Jinx,
Last May. Yes, it's been a while.
Loyal
Quite a seesaw we're on today. Don't recall seeing anything like this from a pink in a long time.
Oh, well --- as Yogi Berra might have put it --- we may not be going anywhere, but we sure are all over the place.
Loyal
Consensus --- 'Give them time. Give them time. It's a new team and a new day.'
You'll perhaps forgive me, but we who have been here for a year or so heard that same record played daily when James Wright took over. During that frame the stock slipped. And slipped. And slipped.
So here we are in the low to mid-trips. And we're under the care of new kids in town whose background and claim to fame is, ironically, selling used cars. Gracious.
Well, we'll give them time simply because we who stayed don't really have any much choice, do we? But so far, after the initial salvo of hot-bath motivation (that's where you bask in the stimulating hot water, but as soon as you get out you cool off), there's been nothing to motivate.
One wonders now, just what is it we're waiting for this time? Updated fins? The stoner show in big D? The mm's are waiting on bottom line dollars. And if they don't see them, we go sideways at best.
Loyal
Apostle,
Seeing that the judge passed the buck, . . . now what?
Loyal
fax,
I hear ya on all counts. They got us in a thick West Virginia fog bank, and there doesn't seem to be any air moving or sun burning through.
We need to hear from James, or at least a rep. He could start with something simple like, "Yeah, I'm still here," then feed us a few morsels of progress. Something. Anything.
Loyal
Someone straighten me out, because I'm not a college-degreed bean counter.
Whatya mean, he just got the fins back and now he will file? I thought filing is what he had done all along. How long can MM let the air out of the ball before people realize it doesn't have any bounce to it?
Loyal
mikko,
Point well taken. I used the word 'investors' rather loosely. Unfortunately, even flippers are having a hard time of it here, except for those who are willing to settle for nickels and dimes.
As for me, I'm long, though admittedly somewhat longer than I planned on being. Not in it for chump change or for the kill. Just for something.
Loyal
To all:
I don't think this week has been any more complicated than any other week. The mm's either eavesdropped on the CC or got wind what was said, saw there was no money changing hands, and decided to keep a lid on this thing.
Long green ---- it's the only thing that gets their attention.
Loyal
Gator,
Watch your back from now on when dealing with MM. He may be a closet Gamecock who hates Gators.
Loyal
Thanx for the info concerning the CC, fellas. Now I know the lapse in communication is considerably longer than it should have been.
I'll never understand why most of these CEO's treat investors like we're nothing more than welfare agents toward their prosperity.
