Ok I missed that part at the top. It's up in the I-Box at the bottom of the document hoard above the chart.
So this docudrama in the courts is over, and we can now see the start of filings being posted and a reverse merger reveled?
That's what Mr.Bill stated was going to happen "IF" the court dismissed the motion.
I'm not sure Veterans are ready to shift over the V.A. from government run to private run healthcare.
It's been a big debate for a long time running.

Why NATO's European Members Can No Longer Expect America to Pick Up the Bill
http://nationalinterest.org/feature/why-natos-european-members-can-no-longer-expect-america-pick-23351
In 2017, only six countries met the criteria of the 2 percent guideline (the United States, Greece, UK, Estonia, Poland and Romania). Not much has changed for the United States, which continues to bare 72 percent of the burden of NATO’s defense budget. Currently, the United States contributes $693 billion in NATO’s total of $946 billion.
?In Europe, the three biggest defense spenders (in nominal terms) are: the UK with $55 billion, France with $44 billion and Germany with $43 billion. Together, these three European countries contribute only 15 percent of the total.
LOL We got scammed! Looks like President Trump is bringing together a consortium of countries in agreement that something has to be done with N Korea and Nuclear Weapons.
I think he's being smart and talking with China and Russia both nuclear powers, saying hey we have to do something with this lunatic.
The USA has three carrier strike groups lined up and ready to rock, but we want you to know our fight is not with you.
You guys know that right?
If you're watching Russia is on a war footing and China could be right with them in a heart beat. The both of them have already held joint military drills.
If we start this thing, it's gonna be a whopper and it could escalate quickly which is why you don't see P45 tweeting anything negative about either of them, which is smart, really smart.

While Northeast Atlanta Health and Rehabilitation recently had a good inspection in May from the Georgia Health Department, problems continued to mount after Dempsey's death.
Medicare records show the nursing home facility was cited at least two dozen times for serious health and safety violations, including “immediate jeopardy” levels, the worst violation. Medicare withdrew one payment and the facility has been fined $813,113 since 2015.
Its Medicare rating is one star, the lowest from the federal agency. Northeast Atlanta Health and Rehabilitation remains open today.

[VIDEO] GOP Rep and former Navy SEAL Scott Taylor slams Roy Moore: ‘If it was my daughter — I’d break his face’
Rep. Scott Taylor (R-VA) on Wednesday blasted Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore over charges he preyed on underage and teenage girls, telling CNN’s John Berman if one of his alleged victims had been his daughter, “I’d break his face.”
“Now the president goes as far as to say he may campaign for him in Alabama,” Berman told Taylor, a former Navy SEAL, of Trump’s tacit support of Moore. “What do you make of that? Is it okay for the president to pick this Republican over a Democrat?”
“This election is going to be decided by folks in Alabama,” Taylor began. “All I know is what I’ve seen, I saw the man give his interview. Me, personally, I don’t think it was sufficient enough. The 14-year-old girl that was there, I can tell you right now if it was my daughter, I’d break his face, I’d break his fingers and I’d probably do a lot worst.”
Taylor noted the president is calculating the political downside of disavowing Moore, noting “the alternative, of course, would jeopardize his agenda.”
“Aren’t some things above politics?” Berman asked.
“I believe so, sure,” Taylor said.

Congressman Rep. Joe Barton told woman he would report her to Capitol Police if she exposed his secret sex life.
Rep. Joe Barton, who apologized Wednesday for a lewd photo of him that circulated on the Internet, told a woman to whom he had sent sexually explicit photos, videos and messages that he would report her to the Capitol Police if she exposed his behavior, according to a recording reviewed by The Washington Post.
The woman spoke to The Post after the lewd photo was published Tuesday by an anonymous Twitter account. She shared a secretly recorded phone conversation she had with Barton in 2015 in which he warned her against using the explicit materials “in a way that would negatively affect my career.”
The woman described encounters and contact spanning a five-year period that began online after she posted a message on Barton’s Facebook page in 2011, leading to the sexually explicit exchanges and ultimately a pair of physical sexual encounters in Washington and Texas. Over time, she said, she became aware of and corresponded with multiple other women who engaged in relationships with Barton, who represents a suburban Dallas district and is one of the most senior Republicans in the House.
The woman, who is not married, spoke on the condition of anonymity to protect her privacy.
In the 2015 phone call, Barton confronted the woman over her communications with the other women, including her decision to share explicit materials he had sent. In that context, he mentioned the Capitol Police, a comment the woman interpreted as an attempt to intimidate her.
“I want your word that this ends,” he said, according to the recording, adding: “I will be completely straight with you. I am ready if I have to, I don’t want to, but I should take all this crap to the Capitol Hill Police and have them launch an investigation. And if I do that, that hurts me potentially big time.”
“Why would you even say that to me?” the woman responded. “ .?.?. The Capitol Hill police? And what would you tell them, sir?”
Said Barton: “I would tell them that I had a three-year undercover relationship with you over the Internet that was heavily sexual and that I had met you twice while married and had sex with you on two different occasions and that I exchanged inappropriate photographs and videos with you that I wouldn’t like to be seen made public, that you still apparently had all of those and were in position to use them in a way that would negatively affect my career. That’s the truth.”

#RichPeopleNeedTaxCuts: The Republican Tax Plan
http://www.truth-out.org/opinion/item/42649-richpeopleneedtaxcuts-the-republican-tax-plan
When it comes to tax cuts, congressional Republicans are determined to come through for their wealthy donors, and they don't really care who gets hurt in the process. They want big tax cuts for corporations, rich people who can arrange to have their money come through a pass-through business, and the heirs of the super-wealthy. Everything else is just window dressing, or more accurately, window breaking.
Doug Jones Can Beat Roy Moore. But There’s One Big Problem …
He’s going to have to tone down his rhetoric on abortion if he wants to win over evangelicals.
As for Jones, he is a true public servant who represents the very best of Alabama. If Alabamians want to move beyond the racism of their past, they can elect a man who prosecuted some of the most infamous racist Alabamians in the state’s history: Ku Klux Klan members who, in 1963, murdered little girls by planting sticks dynamite beneath the steps of an African-American church.

John Rogers has resigned as communications director from Roy Moore’s Senate campaign, according to a source familiar with the matter.
Reached by phone on Wednesday, Rogers confirmed his resignation. He declined to comment further.
The move comes as allegations of sexual misconduct against the Alabama Republican continue to roil his campaign. Moore has denied those allegations, but several prominent Republicans, including Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, have withdrawn their endorsements. The Republican National Committee and the National Republican Senatorial Committee have also dropped their support.

Ice Apocalypse Rapid collapse of Antarctic glaciers could flood coastal cities by the end of this century.
https://grist.org/article/antarctica-doomsday-glaciers-could-flood-coastal-cities/
In a remote region of Antarctica known as Pine Island Bay, 2,500 miles from the tip of South America, two glaciers hold human civilization hostage.
Stretching across a frozen plain more than 150 miles long, these glaciers, named Pine Island and Thwaites, have marched steadily for millennia toward the Amundsen Sea, part of the vast Southern Ocean. Further inland, the glaciers widen into a two-mile-thick reserve of ice covering an area the size of Texas.
There’s no doubt this ice will melt as the world warms. The vital question is when.
The glaciers of Pine Island Bay are two of the largest and fastest-melting in Antarctica. (A Rolling Stone feature earlier this year dubbed Thwaites “The Doomsday Glacier.”) Together, they act as a plug holding back enough ice to pour 11 feet of sea-level rise into the world’s oceans — an amount that would submerge every coastal city on the planet. For that reason, finding out how fast these glaciers will collapse is one of the most important scientific questions in the world today.
Hot Cities Spell Bad News for Bees
A new study from North Carolina State University finds that common wild bee species decline as urban temperatures increase.
“We looked at 15 of the most common bee species in southeastern cities and – through fieldwork and labwork – found that increasing temperatures in urban heat islands will have a negative effect on almost all of them,” says Steve Frank, an associate professor of entomology at NC State and co-author of a paper describing the work.

PODCAST: Get Smart on the Tax Debate
https://www.politico.com/story/2017/11/22/get-smart-on-the-tax-debate-258061
In this week’s POLITICO Money podcast, we go deep into the big tax debate with an all-star reporter roundtable featuring POLITICO’s Nancy Cook, Seung Min Kim and Brian Faler. We unpack the GOP effort from every angle so you can sound smart when your Thanksgiving conversation invariably turns to marginal tax rates and corporate hiring behavior.
Among the issues we explore: Why are Republicans doing this now when the economy seems to be doing fine? Will it really light a fire under growth and drive up wages? Can the GOP cross the finish line and get a bill to President Donald Trump’s desk? And if they do, will they live to regret it given polls show most Americans don’t like what Republicans are doing? We also look at whether Democrats will remain united in opposition.
And we try to explain, as best as anyone can right now, who is getting a tax cut and who is getting and tax hike and why.
42 top economists were asked if the Trump tax plan would significantly grow the economy. 1 said yes.
Remember when the White House said the economic growth would put an extra $4,000 in your pocket?
Overhauling the tax code before Christmas would be a difficult task under “normal” conditions, yet Republicans in Congress are pledging to do just that with their tax bill.
There’s just one big problem: It is a supremely poor tax plan that doesn’t provide middle-class tax relief while also serving as a substantial handout to the wealthy.

The theory behind Trump’s tax cuts is exactly what gave us the failed Bush economy
An influx of foreign hot money isn’t what we need.
When Republicans explain that this push is a gift to their donors and not the instantiation of a high-minded theory of how to generate long-term economic growth, we should consider believing them.

New Report Details '13 Terrible Things' About Senate GOP Tax Plan
Americans for Tax Fairness warns that the bill gives most of the tax cuts to the richest 1%, makes 82 million middle-class families pay more in taxes, and endangers funding for public services.
Amid mounting efforts to block the Republican Party's latest attempts to cut taxes for the nation's corporations and wealthiest families, a new report out Tuesday details 13 "terrible things" about the most recent GOP tax bill put forth in the U.S. Senate. The analysis by Americans for Tax Fairness (ATF)—a campaign of more than 425 national, state, and local groups that advocate for progressive tax reform—is just the latest in a series of warnings about the consequences of passing what's being called the #GOPTaxScam.

Tomahawks get faster processors, better flight paths
https://www.c4isrnet.com/intel-geoint/2017/11/21/tomahawks-get-faster-processors-better-flight-paths/
Powered by new processors that run 20 times faster, Navy missiles should now fly more accurately to their targets following a major upgrade and electronics enhancements.
The Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS), in service since 2004, recently underwent improvements that include faster processors and increased cybersecurity controls.
Most notably, planners in the Tomahawk Weapons System Program Office (PMA-280) ditched older proprietary processors in favor of state-of-the-art multicore X-86 multicore processors, which run 20 times faster.
“That new equipment significantly increases system performance,” said Capt. Mark Johnson, Tomahawk weapons system program manager. “It also allows us to make the product sustainable. Since this is [off-the-shelf] hardware, it’s easily replaceable.”
The Navy describes the Tomahawk Weapons System as its premier precision strike standoff weapon for attacking long range, medium range, and tactical targets. A subsonic cruise missile, the Tomahawk Land Attack Missile is used for deep land attack warfare. It launches from U. S. Navy surface ships and U.S. Navy and United Kingdom Royal Navy submarines.
