You mean a bigger gun than me?? Impossible!
Annie's got her gun! ;)
:D
Piece by piece, we're heading to NASDAQ folks! ICPA sure does know how to exceed expectations. Here I was simply waiting for a PR about how Punch TV picked up Static! LOL Think of how the finalization of the Punch TV acquisition will impact the PPS, along with the release of the Clearvision details, amongst other things going on -- like Steve's upcoming interview on Thursday night, STT Radio.
A one, two punch ( ;) ) is more like a whirlwind of punches for ICPA! Seriously, where would you rather have your money!?!
You have to wonder...exactly HOW MANY IRONS ARE IN THAT ICPA FIRE!!??!!
Is it Monday yet? :)
Yes, but the 87 seconds chart gives me pause.
;) :D
Just playing with the chartists! of which I am (normally) one! Just not in the case of ICPA where fundamentals will trump all, IMO.
Hello dmlabuda!!
This is the market speaking.
I am telling you to BUY.
:)
Wow, we agree on something!!! I think $0.125 is doable too!
:)
:D
I completely agree with that assessment!
How anyone can look at the new cover photos and know that Steve will be doing another interview Thursday night on STT (particularly when he said he would come back with something NEW and BIG) and not think ICPA at these prices is a huge steal...is beyond my powers of comprehension.
ICPA does not follow the charts. A company in the start-up phase with huge growth prospects never does! ICPA has quickly moved from developmental to operational. All bets are off on the chart and what it means, IMO!
People know the first PR is not in Samblis's court.
That said, since shows begin airing tomorrow...it would make a TON of sense for a PR to be released today or tomorrow.
Clear Channel seems to vary up the timing of their releases -- often coming out about an hour after the market opens. But really, it varies. Tonight after hours or tomorrow pre-market would be nice.
I think the slow start to the day means a lot of folks are locked and loaded already. Plus the lowered volume over the last few trading days just confirms it for me.
We're just waiting on the official news of the expanded contract!!! Remember, we are waiting precisely because the contract was EXPANDED. I think that is just about the nicest reason to wait, don't you guys?
Let's go ICPA!
+1
Everyone trades differently.
Yep.
And what we didn't know when this was initially promoted is who was doing the hosting. I said it made a difference. Turns out, it was Al Nelson and Daymond John. So, Steve was invited to be there, at this 'intimate event'. That tells me Nelson and John see ICPA as a viable partnership and a plus to their business.
You are absolutely correct! Expectations have to be kept realistic. Fridays are great. Surprises are even better. But we all KNOW the ball is not in Steve's court in regards to the big PR we are all awaiting.
So.....Fridays and surprises do not necessarily mean much right now.
Of course, there could always be different news coming. That's a whole other speculative ballgame!
Point is -- none of us know WHEN it's going to happen...just that IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. Spin the wheel and throw the dice, will you be in when news hits or won't you? That's the only question you need to ask yourself right now.
Congrats to all who picked up more at these levels!!! Nice job! It will certainly pay off for you, probably very soon!! IMO
GLTAL
Thanks!
And you're welcome. :)
Thank you!!! I feel so freeeeee!!!
LOL
P.S. You see our other baby...just out on 'stocks to watch', good sign!
Thanks Spuds!! It's nice to be back and able to have a real conversation. One post a day is like a soliloquy and I'm more an interactive type!! :)
Less than a million shares, no problem. The man has to live too. Would you rather he take a HUGE CEO salary like most do???
He is as invested as we are. No doubt about it.
This tells me, that within 90 days, we're significantly up from here. No way he's selling in the 3s!!!! IMO
testing, testing, testing
Yay, I can post freely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Woo hoo!!!!
I'm baaaaack!
:)
Morning all!!!

Hmmmm...interesting.
And potentially VERY PROFITABLE.

50% of the ad revenues on the shows

$50 million in new revs at rollout!
Who's your Daddy??? :D
The only people who expected to hear about ICPA on Friday night's Shark Tank were the ones who were not listening and did not do their DD. Steve very specifically said that the show was filmed BEFORE the deal with EZ-VIP was inked. It could not have possibly been made more clear. To have hopes ICPA would be mentioned was simply dreaming.
That said, we were asked to watch the show to see who ICPA has partnered with. It's obvious EZ-VIP is a big success story. They are expanding. They now have Pitbull as spokesperson. And they have the connections (John, Cuban, etc.) to keep heading in the right direction. If anything, EZ-VIP's success shows us how invaluable the right connections can be. And that's a good thing because ICPA has a ton of great connections and plenty of them are panning out toward future revenues.
I know a lot of folks on here mention CC -- but I do not think there are a great many financial folks in here who truly understand the magnificence of this deal -- and what it will bring to ICPA is revenue, clout, etc. The CC deal is H-U-G-E!!! HUGE! That one deal alone is worth multiples of the current PPS. And of course, we all know there are other deals out there, like the EZ-VIP one, for example -- also worth their salt.
Life Buffett says, money moves from the impatient to the patient. A little patience here will go a long way. I can't believe I've been given the opportunity to pick up more shares at this price, but I'm thankful that I have! It's been a buyer's dream!
Sure, you can see some folks are trying to manipulate the price, but there is a resilience there they did not expect. Oooops!! Might be time for them to move on to another target! Just a thought.
ICPA is the real deal and for now, our little secret. Once that secret is out, there will not be another chance to get in at these levels. Mark my words!! I am very pleased with everything Steve is doing to grow the business. He is much more engaged than any other CEO I've ever seen. He's not concerned with the day-to-day fluctuations, but keeps his eye on the overall goal.
Where do you think ICPA will be next year??? Here in the .03s??? Ha, I doubt it! Each quarter will show improved revenues...for the next 2 years at least, after the CC rollout is complete. The market will take notice and value ICPA accordingly. It won't be as easy to manipulate then fellas. And the true longs will still be here to reap the benefits of patience.
Good luck to all!!! My 1 post is complete. :)
Absolutely correct Stocktologist!
There should be NO expectation of an ICPA mention on Shark Tank tomorrow night. Steve flat out said the show was taped before they inked the partnership/deal. We know Pitbull, MR. WORLDWIDE, is going to be annouced as EZ-VIP's spokesperson. I think he's the perfect fit -- international here we come!!! Too many clues in that direction...Ortsbo, Warner Brothers International, Mr. Worldwide with EZ-VIP that has partnered with ICPA...connections!
The real questions we should be asking are, in light of the fact that ICPA will not be mentioned on Shark Tank...
Why are they having this party/viewing? Who is actually hosting it? Why is Steve participating? Just 'cause he's a nice guy and fun to party with!? Everyone just wants to get together and watch a little TV?! Nah, probably not just that.
My best guess is that that partnership is working out well, very well in fact. And that's something to celebrate. And there are big connections, big potential investors with deep pockets going to be there. Maybe there is or will be some sort of deal/announcement to come from it. Steve tells us how his deals and connections seem to lead to more deals and connections. It's all very organic.
So, my guess is that any 'news' won't be on Shark Tank, but what will eminate from the connections made with the Shark Tank folks, including the EZ-VIP group.
News can come at any time. We already know there are items to be PR'd yet to officially be PR'd. I imagine we will have 2 or 3 PRs back-to-back soon or at least some strategic update. We just need to give Steve time to do his thing. The PPS will reflect his efforts very soon. All IMO, of course.
GLTAL -- Go ICPA!!
P.S. Thanks Perchy for posting the DD I sent you!! This one post a day limit is no fun!
Absolutely Perchy!
Q1 was pretty much as expected. Signed contracts and deals do take time to work themselves into revenues!!! And we all know what's been signed, right!!??
Each quarter will be an improvement upon the previous. Q2 will be better than Q1. But I will be MOST interested to see the financials after the full rollout of the Clear Channel deal -- a couple of years down the road! Along with revenues from advertising on the websites and in the shows, and partnerships, like EZ-VIP and athletepromotions.com. It will be fun to watch the build up until then. ICPA will be moving by leaps and bounds.
Good luck to everyone today!! And all days!!
We have a clear winner here (no pun intended!!) ;)
Ok, so yeah, pun intended! :)
IMO, we will see a rise from here, gradual maybe, or not, but a definite rise from here. If peeps want to take ICPA down, this week is their last chance at these levels. Again, my opinion. People want your shares and they want them cheaply -- hence all the bidiots and dumbasks on L2!! No one can force you to sell. Remember that. But they will try and stops will be taken out. So I predict possibly down before up. But I'm not selling!!!
Also, keep in mind, the 'news' is not officially out. So, readers of IHUB and FB and listeners of STT have a bit of an 'in' in that we have been made privy to news before it's news. Capice??? We know what the world doesn't yet.
So when that news is reflected in the PPS will be when others hear/read this news. On the big boards, it's often a 'sell on the news' kind of thing...With pinks, particulary ICPA, it's definitely a 'buy on the news' kind of thing!!! Pinks are always suspect...but the deals Steve is making is making ICPA legit. Who can argue with a deal worth @$50 million in revenues!!!! for a company whose last 10-K showed less than $100k in revenues. If you run even the smallest of multiples against the current PPS, we're worth sooooo much more than what is reflected today!!
Yes, that's my photo on ICPA's facebook page!! Nice surprise!! My theme was 'soaring to new heights' and of course, the new ICPA t-shirt was a must! So glad Steve chose to use it. It was also reflective of the new Clear Channel deal and what's to come. So yeah my photo, but Steve's continued clues.
I would have mentioned this yesterday, but you guys know I have a 1 post a day limit for awhile!!
Hang tight folks. News is on the way and Shark Tank is this Friday, May 18th.
GLTAL
Perchy --
This is very important information!!! Investors should understand just how quickly ICPA is moving these last few months.
If you access their 10-K, that is, their audited financials for the full year of 2011, you will see what has occurred and be able to compare what is occurring or about to occur.
Then, versus now. Then, versus now. It's a whole new ballgame!!!!!
1) ICPA has moved from a developmental company to an operational one.
2) ICPA is executing their business plan to introduce various new sources of revenues.
3) While revenues increased during 2011, so did expenses -- that is to be expected when you consider that they are hiring people, building partnerships, expanding their offices and technological capabilities AND very importantly, reporting audited financials to the SEC - which they do not have to do as an OTC security, but choose to do because it's one step closer to a real exchange AND it's good to keep the shareholders informed. That costs money!!! When some posted saying ICPA does not provide audited financials, they are mistaken at best or trying to mislead at worst. Here they are! For all to see! Anytime they would like!!! Just take a look -- audited financials!!!!
http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/financials/drawFiling.asp?docKey=136-000153098112000027-5BA5RRM4NJUBGKP5CCAIAETNR7&docFormat=HTM&formType=10-K
4) Very specifically the 10-K says that greater viewership means greater marketing expenses. All numbers are going up as ICPA moves from developmental to operational. ICPA is becoming a new class of company, moving into the big(ger) leagues. The PPS will follow, IMO.
5) In 2011, revenue was generated from advertising revenues, that's it. We all know that 2012 will show even more advertising revenues. Steve and his team are signing up new advertisers, big name ones too, all the time! Yes, marketing costs will increase too, but you have to spend money to make money, right!
6) In the 2011 10-K, Steve noted that subsequent to the year, they established their first monthly revenue contract for movie reviews. So, that's another revenue stream that does not show up in 2011, but will in 2012. In addition, the EZ-VIP partnership and the Clear Channel agreement, the AthletePromotions arrangement, and the PunchTV deal, etc. do not show up in 2011 revenues. These are all 2012 events to hit future financials!!!
7) We are all aware of the yet-to-be-PR'd Clear Channel deal that will result in approx. $50 million in revenues. Those revenues will phase in through 2012 with full rollout anticipated in approx. 2 years. That one deal alone moves ICPA into a different tier. When revenues in 2011 are less than $100k, and now we're talking multi-millions -- well, you can do the math!!! Steve talks baby steps, but to me, that's a giant leap!! And that's just ONE DEAL when we know there are many irons in the fire.
So, 2012 ought to be a pretty darned good year. But all things will not be hitting the first quarter, second quarter, etc. As Perchy and others have said, each successive quarter will improve as revenue streams take hold and come to fruition. Bigger costs upfront are to be expected. At the end of the day, Steve's job is to make sure revenues surpass costs --- and as a financial guy, I'm sure he knows just how to do this!! He understands "profit motive" and the need to make deals that are mutually beneficial and in shareholders best interests.
So, that's my one post for today. Just want folks to keep it real in here. No false expectations of big time profits in the Q1 2012. Things take time to build, even though Steve does seem to be on hyper-speed!!! LOL
Here's to a good week!!!
Go ICPA!
Actually, the cross did occur. Kuhn, if you zoom in a bit (change your bar to 9, gap to 5 and landscape on the size), you will see that it, in fact, has happened. Tomorrow will make it easier to see, but technically we're already there!!
One final day left in the week. Will a PR hit or not is the big question??!! I know we've all been waiting for it, and I would love to see it happen, but I am just as content to wait until whenever if I know the wait is because we have expanded the Clearvision deal. When Steve said CC would be putting out a release this week, it was before the Connectvision part was added. So that means altering contracts and making sure it's all nice and legal and workable for both parties. Sometimes that takes a little time, to run through the legal department, etc. A PR that means even more revenues than the projected @$50million -- so yeah, I can wait for that, if necessary!
There have been changes to the Clearvision website this week. Cross those t's and dot those i's and get the website in order before a PR is released. If you'll notice, the TV and Lifestyle sections are gone. There is a new section called Passenger Service. From the website: "ENHANCING THE TRAVELER EXPERIENCE ClearVision content is designed to entertain and inform passengers, helping to enrich the overall traveler experience. Weaving prime time mini-sodes with local programing will create a sense of place for passengers and visitors. Multiple programming options will satisfy a wide variety of passengers, helping to ease passenger congestion and anxiety. ClearVision makes extended delays and dwell time pass by quickly, providing an enhanced traveler experience."
Tomorrow is Friday and we've been incredibly spoiled with great PRs on Friday. We can't expect one EVERY week, now can we! LOL That said, there is still information yet to be PRd. We know it. So, it could happen!
Well, that's my one and only post of the day. Just wanted to say thanks to all those keeping up the great posts and DD and charts. Even though many of us cannot be here to comment, we are with you in spirit. And we are all talking and conferring amongst ourselves. Today was another great day for ICPA. There will be many more to come!!!
GLTAL
@Stocktologist -- Thank you!!! :)
EDITED because I forgot to include this link. Interesting information about how airport advertising is the bomb!!
http://www.adoperationsonline.com/2012/05/09/new-survey-reveals-that-airports-deliver-the-most-attractive-audience-to-advertisers/
I wholeheartedly agree with you Perchy!!! ICPA has gone from developmental to operational. It can now be looked at as less of a start-up and more of a company that just IPO'd and is functional.
It is starting to bring in revenues. Doing big deals that brings in LOTS of revenues, from many different revenue streams. Each successive quarterly report should show more and more revenues as these deals get rolled out -- like the Clear Channel deal that we know will take approximately 2 years to be fully rolled out. Everything takes time, but Steve is building something great here. And we get to be a part of it on the ground floor. Long term, this is a no-brainer. Plus, Steve is a savvy financial guy and I personally like that. He knows how to extract value from a business and from a stock. He consulted on these things for years and now he gets to have at it with his own company. He's the whole ball of wax, so to speak!
Well, that's it for me today. My ONE alloted posting!!! Yep, I too have been jailed. I'm in good company. So, I'll be hanging out in the fish pond for a couple of weeks, at least. :)
ICPA must have fallen off the most read board list because so few are allowed to post now. :(
ICPA fully reporting company -- chooses to be, doesn't have to be.
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001437596&owner=exclude&count=40
When financials are out, investors will know that they have been audited and filed.
Maybe that 'group' are the huge bidwhacking fools that have been out there the last few days!! See that 500k bidwhack! Either full-on manipulation or some investor is really, really, really not smart.
With the amount of manipulation going on the last few red days, there is NO doubt this is being played for all it's worth -- people want in cheap before the news, bank on it. The silver lining means that once they've had their fill, it's going to fly up, and hard. IMHO
EDITED
Uh yeah, we all know that. And we know why. Your point? ;)
Hang on folks, here we go...would love to see a nice EOD run and gapper the morning -- missed that today!!!!
News projected this week. What happens when it hits and non-IHUB investors see 50 million in revs!!! Boggles the mind!
Time to start slapping the ASK folks. Fake ASKS mean this can move up again quickly. I did my part. Let's not make it easy for the shorters.
@Cash -- I hear ya! Me too!!! Sink or swim time. :)
OT - GALE is running.
You think he got a facial??? If his skin is glowing during his next review, I guess we'll know why!!! LOL Hopefully another advertiser or even an idea for a new show! Could be anything. You never know with Steve!! He does love his Fridays and surprises!!!
Market sentiment is 'yuck' today. We are at a TWO MONTH LOW. Nasty stuff. All things considered, ICPA is holding up OK. Could definitely be worse. News is the only thing that can really bring this up now. Or a big investment from some deep-pocketed players. Preferrably BOTH! :)
Did my part, slapped the ask and bought 125k more. If it goes down from here, I'm not worried. Because I know it will be northward bound soon enough.
50 million ++ in revs -- oh yeah!!!
Wish I could post more today, but I have a child home sick from school. :( Mommy duty calls. Hang in there folks, a lot of us know it's not all the gloom and doom posters are professing. We do know what we own. Don't second guess yourself, though I know sometimes that's hard to do.
GLTAL
Welcome LamboBoy! Boys with money, sounds good to me!
ICPA is a great investment -- so it will be money well spent!! Maybe you'll get another lambo or two! :)
ICPA - Heavy Volume Stocks to Watch for Tuesday - http://fyxnews.com/smw/26575/Ten-Penny-Stocks-with-Heavy-Volume-to-Watch-for-Tuesday-
The word for reveling in other's misery is schadenfreude -- a sentiment so vile and ugly that we Americans don't even have a word for it -- had to borrow it from the Germans! LOL
Trying to buy lower?? That's the most ridiculous conclusion on ICPA I've ever seen. Up phenomenally for DAYS and down a couple and it's all 'run for the doors!!' LOL What a joke!
And it won't work. Risk here is very low. Gain potential is very high. I know what side of the fence I'm on.
I'm sure Steve will do an official PR when he's able. He was very clear that it's Clear Channel's news to tell first. The ball is in their court. It's actually better for naysayers because it will be coming from an objective well-known third party. After it's out, I am sure Steve will want to do his own PR. Perhaps a 'strategic happenings' kind of update --- worked for HBRM last Friday!! :)
IPCA is a fully reporting company!!! Unfortunately you will have to wait until the quarterlies are out, just like you do with all reporting companies! ICPA does not HAVE to be fully reporting, they CHOOSE to be so. So when they go to the NASDAQ (yes, the CEO stated that this is his goal), they are already in compliance and will hit the ground running.
In the meantime, check out the most recent CEO interview. http://stocktraderstalk.com/ Click on the interview link on the right of that page. The CEO clearly states that with the Clear Channel deal in place, IPCA will generate revenues of 192k per airport. There are 260 airports. Can you do the math?? :) Full rollout should take approx. 2 years with the first 10-12 airports going up now.
And that was the deal in place at that time...NOT INCLUDING THE HEALTH NETWORK DEAL HE JUST ANNOUNCED TODAY!!!
Also, it does not include revenues generated from the EZ-VIP partnership or the partnership with athletepromotions.com for celebrity bookings.
A stock's price is based upon future value, i.e. revenues. You can see why so many of us think the PPS is bound to go up, no matter what kind of multiple you put on it. ICPA is undervalued! Right now the shorts are in charge, but when the news officially hits the wires, the demand will be such that that will quickly change. They can't keep selling to themselves forever!
Just back in and saw this news!!! Good job keeping on it Riklee - hope you didn't sell all you had!
FROM THE IC PLACES WAR ROOM...
The meeting with ClearVision today opened up a new door for us. We have expanded our agreement with them to include our shows in their Digital Out-of-Home Health Care Network.
We are joining programming partnerships NBC, CBS, FOX, CNBC, BBC America, WE, the Tennis Channel, PBS, VH1, E-Entertainment, MGM, Smithsonian Channel in this digital network. Two of our shows, IC Places Hollywood and Travel Tech will be added to the network.
The network provides patients and visitors the ability to "stay connected" to the outside world during their stay at a facility or while in waiting rooms.
The network offers huge opportunity to increase our audience as well as revenues with... (my emphasis!!!!!)
126 million patients annually in 4,600 hospital emergency rooms with average waiting time of 3.3 hours
358 million visitors annually to 37 million patients in 5,708 hospitals with average stay of 5.5 days
400 million visitors annually in 40,000 doctors’ waiting rooms with average waiting time of 31 minutes.
It already broke support at the 50. Next stop the 200 at .0122. But I seriously doubt it will go there. That's why Steve said you need to throw out the charts on ICPA because too many things are happening and changing. Charts are based upon history. Can't use history to predict a future when things are bigger and better and keep becoming so. He's right about that. Bigger and better = limitless gains!
Next stop, Jeffersonville, once again. So fun to be there, we just have to return. :) Then on to Roosevelt junction!! Woo woo, all aboard!!!
Gappa in the manana folks...as always!!
Now, I'll be missing the close. Need to leave here in a few minutes. So please hold down the fort while I'm gone.
GLTAL!!!
OT: HBRM is a good buy at these levels too, IMO. I picked up some in the 6s. 6s are pretty safe, though it occasionally drops into the 5s. I'm happy with 6s.
With 50 million in revs on ONE DEAL, there is no way we belong at .04/.05.
My new motto to all shorts is: Catch me if you can!
And I'm not saying you're short playtowinthegame. I know you're a long like me. Just saying...once news of those substantial revenues hits, the market will price the PPS accordingly. We've gone from 'developmental' to 'operational' in a big SWOOSH!
ETA -- Yep, keep stacking those bids, folks. And if you're a long, SLAP THAT ASK would ya!?!
Pfeifer -- Fundamentals and technicals are still in tact. My only concern is a break of the 50SMA, but a dip below the 50, does not necessarily constitute a break -- particularly when the 50 has risen as high and fast as it did.
My best guess is that the pennant is still forming. It's good enough, but if it gets a slightly down red day or two, it's just about perfect. At least now no one can complain about the RSI!!! LOL
Wouldn't a PR after hours or pre-market be just the ticket!!?? LOL Not calling for it to happen mind you, since we all know the ball is in CC's court, but just saying it would be nice!
I'm all out of dry powder for now, but if prices hold at these levels, I will have a little available tomorrow. And I'll pick up a few more shares. I have quite enough now to make me content and happy.
:)
GLTAL
Watch and learn this week, HIS MONEY. Watch and learn.
Unfortunately, I'll be missing the close today, but I'll call it early and say it gaps in the morning!!! :)
I respectfully disagree -- this was not dilution. These are simply MMs and shorts selling to each other to hit a few ill-placed stops. This will rebound and by Friday, you will forget all about it.
Again, a red day or two makes for a perfect bullish pennant folks. There is no volume here today. Don't be suckered into selling shares for less than what they will be worth!!!
That said, thanks for more cheapies. I was hoping to buy today and I did!!
Go ICPA!!!
Personally, I don't mind a low volume takedown, even if it means we end slightly red for a day or two. That's what I was alluding to earlier. I hope we end green, but I'm not too concerned if we don't. A red day or two, especially on low volume, would help complete the bullish pennant and set us up nicely for a huge breakout when news hits. I am moving more funds so that I can hopefully pick up a few more cheapies before the explosion.
Go ICPA!!
