Now I am 100% positive that VSPC is a fraud company. Previously I was 99.8% positive. Banning a shareholder, who asked questions of their "Investor Relations" but never received a response is proof enough.
Whenever a company silences an upset shareholder, who has lost money by investing in their "company", and questions the leadership and fake MOU's the company issues, that is a major red flag.
a superior alternative energy
That still does not explain why they are buying.
are throwing money down a endless hole
It's hard to say. Last year, Carl sold 10,000,000 of his shares, because he bought 10,000,000 80% discounted shares (per the filings). In the 10-K, his holdings stayed the same, year over year, which proves it.
I spent some time a while back going through every share purchase agreement between Schewe, Carl & Haris.
My calculation came up that as of May 1, 2017, Schewe had a price per share cost (since he started buying in 2012) of .0043 per share.
Not adding in the June & July share purchases, he probably has a cost basis of .004 by now.
If they have a way of getting rid of the stock they purchase at 80% discounts, they aren't filing the sales with the SEC, which would be highly illegal.
Chang has been dumping his 250+ million free shares. Last year, he dumped 50% of his holdings (per the 10-K). I can only assume he is continuing to sell his free shares. Chang is no longer an insider, so I don't know if he needs to file with the SEC or not. He is still the second highest shareholder (only because he was given 250+ million free shares). He never paid a dime for one single share (per the filings).
Easy.
An 80% discount on shares.
An instant 80% gain on what the shares he purchases.
I don't hold out any hope that Schewe will do anything other than what they have been doing for 10+ years which is selling shares to fund their lavish lifestyles.
That is an interesting development. Haris hasn't accomplished anything for the REAL shareholders in two years. He's only collected a paycheck, stock options and heavily discounted (80% discount) shares.
Schewe, since his arrival, has accumulated hundreds and hundreds of millions of 80% discount shares. I don't expect anything except the same from him as CEO.
Carl hasn't accomplished anything in 10 years as CEO/CTO for the REAL shareholders. He has collected millions of dollars in cash, free shares, reimbursement for his vacations and health care.
See a recurring pattern? The insiders take the cash & benefits and leave REAL shareholders with NOTHING except worthless shares.
I'm surprised the SEC hasn't shut this down yet.
Hi justarookie. Long time no see.
Sadly, nothing has changed. Carl, Kevin & Haris are still just selling shares to fund their paychecks. That's no joke.
The most recent "contract" they have with "CESPacific" is a joke. CESPacific website states "$800 million" in projects, yet none are listed, none can be found. Despite others who claim Hawaii Gas is working with CES or VSPC...they aren't.
The old VSPC/CESPacific business venture in Papua New Guinea has been dissolved. CESPacific headquarters is some small house in suburbia, Utah.
There has been no progress on ANY previous business "contracts" (i.e. Jamaica, Hawaii, etc.)
The value of the "ownership" of the Nicaragua "business" ERV, is valued at zero according to filings with the SEC.
There is ZERO going on with ERV & Agricorp.
Proven by what, exactly?
Nobody is using it.
Haven't heard his name in a long time. I think it was Lucyjen who used to call him Ghostbuster. He doesn't respond to anything anymore, not that if he did reply, it would be worth anything.
Now we have (Dr.)Kevin Schewe and Haris Basit playing the game with Carl.
But, there is still plenty of newly issued shares they'd love you sell you!
Fact is undeniable. Fact is that GKG is not being used, burned, fed, or sold to ANYONE in the world.
Fact - Not one single legitimate business is using it. Anywhere.
Fact - better d/d pays off by saving investors from losses in VSPC.
Fact - in 10 years, the only people who have made money in VSPC is management/insiders. They sell shares to fund their lavish lifestyle.
Fact - VSPC uses a third party to sell shares to "pay bills" aka funnel the cash to management (per their 10-K). They won't identify who this third party is, but I have a good idea - and he is a CPA from down south, near Dallas.
I LOVE facts.
Get under my skin? Ha! I think it's fun pointing out your lies and fake news you post in order to help Carl sell his shares to put cash in his pocket.
You see, when I post FACTS, I have nothing to worry about.
When fake news & blatantly false comments are posted, those who post them get called out.
Thanks for your concern, though, old guy!
No where in the link you provided does it say Hawaii Gas is going to use Giant King Grass.
Hawaii Gas is gearing up for natural gas expansion by way of anaerobic digestion of Giant King Grass.
No, thank you!
Your reply verifies everything I say.
Care to provide some proof? Of course you won't.
Sorry, but no updates from the "company" have made any reference to this. In fact, there have been no updates from the "company" for over four months. ERV (Nicaragua "project" aka Carl's vacation home) is still valued at ZERO according to the latest filing.
That is fact.
By the way, Schewe bought another $10,000 worth of 80% discounted shares today.
Haris bought $4,500 worth of 80% discounted shares today.
Carl, Haris & Kevin love shareholder money! That is fact.
Got me? Ha! Never.
Viaspace was done the minute Carl decided to sell shares to line his pockets with cash instead of being a businessman.
He was thanking me. Not you.
Anyone should be highly skeptical of this "company". They do nothing but sell shares in order to pay themselves.
All MOU's are with fake businesses, or with those who have ZERO experience in green energy, which are designed to allow insiders to sell shares, and then fail.
Can you name one single project since 2005 that VSPC has succeeded at?
It's a money losing venture, unless you are an insider.
Regardless of rodman's rosey picture he paints, this company is a loser - unless you are an insider. They are the only people who make money.
Most "contracts" (see: MOUs) is with a fake company with a headquarters of some guy's house. The rare "company" they do "business" with has no verifiable business at all.
Best to stay away, unless you like giving your money to insiders for no return.
Interesting article. Someone wants to reopen one of the old Molycorp mines. Surprised they didn't mention Niocorp.

So, basically all they achieved in 2016, is selling shares of stock to line their pockets with cash. Nothing to see here, move along, move along.
I think if you read some of my other comments, myself and others have claimed as much.
Thanks.
We can always hope. But I won't speculate.
Oh and Lincoln, Nebraska here, just to check in.
I don't either. It is more typically suited for an established company. You are correct.
Landmark,
The current book value of Niocorp is currently .017 per share.
Total Assets, minus total liabilities, divided by shares outstanding (per the most recent 10-Q).
Don't know where the $37.50 comes from (I personally like that number better but...). That makes the ratio about 37, not $37- which means overvalued (Closing price divided by book value).
Warren Buffett typically uses price-to-book to value his stocks, primarily when deciding to buy or not to buy. The lower the value (typically he likes a p/b value of less than 2, but doesn't always stick to it).
Long time reader, first time posting here. Very excited for Niocorp.
News out!
Haris exchanges $5,500 for 14,102,564 shares (80% discount). Haris also given 18,750,000 stock options for free. Lots of money & freebies for insiders considering we've had no worthwhile news or updates in over a year!
Carl, Kevin & Haris love your money!
SEC filing: http://bit.ly/2kXujX3
Carl's house in California is for rent - $9,000 per month.
The reason? He and his wife spend 6 months of the year in Nicaragua at their vacation home, sight seeing, relaxing, you know, the retired life.
Must be nice to not work and still receive free shares & salary for nothing - all on the REAL shareholders tab.
New short term "loan" agreement between Haris Basit & Viaspace:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1270200/000129993316003267/htm_54335.htm
Haris made a $25,000 "loan" to VSPC in exchange for 66,000,000 shares at a price of .0003. He was also issued 18,750,000 stock options.
When I posted this on the Viaspace facebook page, it was quickly deleted by the facebook page manager. Apparently they don't want the sheeple to know about their share-selling activities.
$300,000 Schewe payoff complete.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1270200/000129993316003197/htm_54265.htm
Schewe made the last $39,000 payoff to complete the $300,000 payoff note in exchange for 130,000,000 shares.
The 10-Q was also issued. Here's the highlights:
Company issued 241,000,000 shares in the last three months.
Investment in Almaden Energy decreases to $19,000 from $24,000.
Loss of $285,000 for the quarter.
2,722,701,992 shares outstanding / 3,900,000,000 shares authorized.
Basically Almaden Energy isn't doing any "business" either. Viaspace certainly isn't - other than selling discounted shares to Schewe, Carl's trust & one of Carl's sons.
This is way beyond ridiculous! Business as usual...nothing to see here. Move along. Move along.
Their lack of experience played in also. Never believed for a second this would ever amount to anything.
Just another couple living off of the duped shareholders!
Do you know for a fact Carl has purchased a vacation home?
Carl's "employment contract" with VSPC ends in 10 days! September 30, 2016. I wonder if he is hosting a retirement party at his vacation home in Nicaragua and inviting all the real shareholders who have lost 99% of their money invested in his "company"? After all, it's our money he spent purchasing it.
Here is what Chapter 7 bankruptcy is.
http://www.uscourts.gov/services-forms/bankruptcy/bankruptcy-basics/chapter-7-bankruptcy-basics
The creditors are attempting force liquidation of Tibbar Energy assets for repayment of the debts owed.
If Tibbar wants to remain "in business", they would be filing for chapter 11 (able to restructure or form a repayment plan)

Thanks for your input.

It was dead from day one.
When your only business is selling shares of company stock and pretending to be in business, it doesn't take long.
Carl ran the scam well, with as long as it has been running. Lots of money he made off this joke.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Hope you didn't lose a lot.
Yep.
Carl is due to retire soon, Kevin's purchase of the shell is almost complete. $115,000 left. Kevin will reverse split and start all over again - with a new "business" plan - but rest assured, it will be the same thing.
The most recent 10-Q proves that this is nothing but a share selling scam. I found Carl's HOA newsletter online and he was bragging about all his vacations he takes in Nicaragua - never mentioned Viaspace or work. Also bragged about his house he purchased there and is "fixing up in his free time."
All those PR's over the years were BS. All those MOU's (Carl & Rod called them contracts), all of them were fake. Set up & signed with a fake empty shell company.
Carl sells shares of VSPC stock to take money from your pocket and put it in his.
Nothing more, nothing less. Typical penny stock scam.
Not much to talk about news wise, on either side of the fence.
Happy 4th of July!
Apparently GKG is being grown by Texas A&M University for testing purposes, according to the VSPC facebook page.
Anything to keep the share printing presses running to put cash in Carl's pocket!
