Schewe made the last $39,000 payoff to complete the $300,000 payoff note in exchange for 130,000,000 shares.
The 10-Q was also issued. Here's the highlights:
Company issued 241,000,000 shares in the last three months.
Investment in Almaden Energy decreases to $19,000 from $24,000.
Loss of $285,000 for the quarter.
2,722,701,992 shares outstanding / 3,900,000,000 shares authorized.
Basically Almaden Energy isn't doing any "business" either. Viaspace certainly isn't - other than selling discounted shares to Schewe, Carl's trust & one of Carl's sons.
This is way beyond ridiculous! Business as usual...nothing to see here. Move along. Move along.
Rule #1 is never lose money.
Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
