EXMT,,The market assumed all the marijuana names that really mattered were on the market's collective radar. The market missed one though - a little company called Anything Technologies Media (PINK:EXMT). While EXMT didn't rally then side by side with PHOT and MJNA, it's starting to act like it's ready to make up for lost time. The stock popped up out of nowhere on March 26th, and has been going strong ever since.
what should excite would-be investors about EXMT more than anything else now is the simple fact that the stock's on the verge of a major breakout.
\
For perspective, the medical marijuana market alone is worth $1.7 billion in the United States.... which excludes sales of recreational marijuana, which is now legal in two states. Though it remains to be seen if the Federal government is going to permit individual states to actually sell recreational marijuana, we do know the medical marijuana market could be worth $2 billion within the foreseeable future. Even a tiny fraction of that revenue could be a big deal for Anything Technologies Media, which is why traders are starting to trickle in. It's worth a closer look to be sure.

AEGY,, The Future Of Legal Weed Is Bright
The momentum is on marijuana's side. While it now has the forces of capitalism behind it -- one study has predicted a $10 billion industry by 2018 and steps may soon be taken to further normalize the marijuana business -- legalization is also becoming widely accepted as a social justice issue. Advocates have become increasingly vocal, arguing that it makes no sense to continue treating pot as a Schedule I substance, considered by federal authorities alongside heroin and LSD

Owners of the 37 new dispensaries around the state reported first week retail sales to The Huffington Post that, when added together, were roughly $5 million.
That's a lot of green for Colorado's legal weed.
Owners of larger shops told HuffPost they sold from 50 pounds to 60 pounds of marijuana in the first week. Smaller shops sold 20 pounds to 30 pounds, proprietors said.
The Justice Department has said it won't challenge legalization laws in Washington state and Colorado as long as the states prevent out-of-state distribution, sales to minors and drugged driving, among other conditions.

ERBB,, Tranzbyte Corporation Announces Division Updates and Forecast for 2014
Print
Alert
Tranzbyte Corp (PC) (USOTC:ERBB)
Intraday Stock Chart
TEMPE, Ariz., Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tranzbyte Corporation (OTC Pink: ERBB) announced today that its subsidiaries - Altitude Organix, OneBode International, the YO! Debit Card System, and the BancoLibre point-of-sale merchant solution have all made significant progress toward improving the company's public profile and bottom line for 2014 and beyond.
Altitude Organix Update
The Altitude Organix division, now headed by Tranzbyte president, David Gwyther has been focused on the completion of the company's proprietary "21" Machine – an automated dispensary designed to be operated solely by persons over the age of 21. "We are on the phone almost daily with our manufacturer to insure that our machine allows our customer's purchases to be as secure and easy as possible while maintaining a zero-tolerance strategy in guaranteeing our "21" machine is operated only by customers who are 21 and over," says Stephen Shearin, Tranzbyte's executive in charge of the project. "We are customizing the product offering with our ZaZZZ product line to reflect the needs of different locations in different locales for placement of our automated dispensing machines so we will be ready when the machines arrive in January." The ZaZZZ products will be those items selected to be sold in Tranzbyte's "21" Machine, and will include a wide assortment of products specifically chosen to be of interest to those who are 21 years of age and older. Shareholders may look forward to hearing more of each product accepted under the ZaZZZ banner in 2014," concludes Shearin.
BancoLibre Network Update
The BancoLibre merchant solution allows dispensary owners throughout the United States to accept credit card purchases for products purchased by customers at dispensaries which sell both medical and adult-use cannabis and cannabis-infused products. Currently most dispensaries accept only cash for these purchases. "Our BancoLibre Merchant Program, once adopted by our participating dispensaries, is expected to be widely accepted because it will represent a huge convenience to the customer while, at the same time, reduce the amount of cash on hand at the end of the day – something that has created an ongoing security issue for the stores, themselves, says Sean Loomer, Tranzbyte's Chief Operating Officer.
Virtual YO! Mastercard and YO!21 Debit Card Update
YO Cardholders can conveniently preload a virtual wallet using any one of a variety of methods – cash or cash equivalent, credit card or ACH bank transfer. Once on the network, users can make secure purchases with the one item they will always have with them - their Android or iPhone-operated smart phone. Pre-qualified YO!21 customers will also be able to operate the company's automated dispensary when that machine becomes available throughout 2014 and beyond.
"The cell phone in our world has moved from being convenient communication device to an efficient tool that people carry with them everywhere. Turning it into a payment device just makes sense," says Sean Loomer, YO21 division president. "The medical marijuana market has been challenged in the past when it comes to providing a cashless transaction for their products. By combining product advantages of different Tranzbyte subsidiaries, the Company has not just overcome that challenge but has created a system that can expand into a variety of exciting adult markets," concludes Loomer.
OneBode (pronounced One Body) Update
As promised in earlier news releases, Tranzbyte's nutritional supplement subsidiary OneBode, has had double-digit increases in revenues every month since Tranzbyte purchased the company in July. Headed by its returning original founders, Tylene Roderigues and Sean Loomer, the company continues to expand its product lines, distribution channels and revenues, and expects 2014 to be its best year yet. NBA All Star and LA Laker Steve Nash, one of the company's largest advocates and shareholders, has often given credit to the OneBode products for helping him achieve his best performance.
Tranzbyte encourages all folks wishing to follow the progress of Tranzbyte, Altitude Organix, and its other subsidiaries and divisions to visit the Tranzbyte website at www.tranzbyte.com and sign up to receive our 'Email Alerts' which are sparingly sent to interest-holders periodically. Just click on the orange 'contact' button after arriving at the company's website or click here to go there directly. Mobile users can also sign up by navigating to the company's website on their android smart phone or iPhone."
ABOUT TRANZBYTE
The Tranzbyte Corporation (www.tranzbyte.com) is a driving force behind Altitude Organic Corporation, OneBode, The YO! Debit Card and BancoLibre. The company expects to continue its plan to acquire, hold, or spin out successful divisions in what has been described in previous news releases as "dividend farming," Companies that qualify and decide to become public on their own will agree to carve out shares for Tranzbyte and dividends for their ERBB shareholders.
Tranzbyte also houses the company's 10-year-old technology division which is actively engaged in the sale of its optical media enhancement products to potential customers in the US and Asia. Products in the Tranzbyte division include FLASHAlbum™ and FlixStix -- technologies that enable distributors of optical media (CDs, DVDs, etc.) to consolidate the best features of each medium onto a single content-protected USB flash drive.

New Jobs, Interest From Big Business
by CNBC Sep 2nd 2013 12:30PM

By Paul Toscano
The cannabis legalization trend is creating jobs in states where laws have been relaxed, and big business is "looking into the industry in a big way," an expert told CNBC on Friday.
In a dramatic change in drug policy, the Justice Department said Thursday it won't sue to stop the states of Colorado and Washington from allowing recreational marijuana use.
"It's really the first federal acknowledgement of the failed war on marijuana," Danny Danko, High Times senior cultivation editor, told "Squawk on the Street" on Friday.
Danko also pointed out that several federal regulations will still be enforced, including interstate transportation, trafficking to minors and proceeds going to criminal organizations. "As long as these companies in Colorado and Washington stay within these parameters, they will not be attacked by the federal government," he said.
With more than a dozen states allowing marijuana use for medical reasons, "the dominoes are falling very quickly" as more states are considering legalizing recreational use.
Danko said that Washington and Colorado have seen a "tremendous amount" of job creation in the wake of their marijuana initiatives, now that a wide range of industry-related jobs are required to support growing businesses.
Big businesses are "looking into our industry in a big way," Danko said. He expects that when investment from tobacco and pharmaceutical companies begins in earnest, these firms will require the on-the-ground expertise of individuals currently working in the young industry.
The "end-game" of this regulation trend is a federal rescheduling of cannabis, Danko said. Currently, the drug is listed in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, the most restricted category reserved for substances carrying "no currently accepted medical use." Other Schedule 1 substances include MDMA (ecstacy), heroin and LSD.
The less-strict Schedule 2 substances accepted for medical use include cocaine, opium and PCP.

AEGY,, Marijuana Ruling Could
Signal End of Prohibition on Pot
It's legal to light up in Colorado and Washington, and soon smoking pot could be legalized across the country following a decision Thursday by the federal government.
After Washington state and Colorado passed laws in November 2012 legalizing the consumption and sale of marijuana for adults over 18, lawmakers in both states waited to see whether the federal government would continue to prosecute pot crimes under federal statutes in their states.
Both Colorado and Washington have been working to set up regulatory systems in order to license and tax marijuana growers and retail sellers, but have been wary of whether federal prosecutors would come after them for doing so. They are the first states to legalize pot, and therefore to go through the process of trying to set up a regulatory system.
Consumption and sale of marijuana is still illegal in all other states, though some cities and towns have passed local laws decriminalizing it or making it a low priority for law enforcement officers. There are also movements in many states to legalize pot, including legalization bills introduced in Maine and Rhode Island, discussion of possible bills in states including Massachusetts and Vermont, and talk of ballot initiatives in California and Oregon.
WHAT TO KNOW
Colorado and Washington legalized pot consumption.
Federal government said it won't prosecute pot crimes in those states.
Rest of country could soon follow.
But on Thursday, the Department of Justice announced that it would not prosecute marijuana crimes that were legal under state law, a move that could signal the end of the country's longtime prohibition on pot is nearing. "It certainly appears to be potentially the beginning of the end," said Paul Armantano, deputy director of the pot lobby group NORML.
The memo sent to states Thursday by the DOJ said that as long as states set up comprehensive regulations governing marijuana, there would be no need for the federal government to step in, a decision that will save the Justice Department from having to use its limited resources on prosecuting individuals for growing or smoking marijuana.
"This memo appears to be sending the message to states regarding marijuana prohibition that is a recognition that a majority of the public and in some states majority of lawmakers no longer want to continue down the road of illegal cannabis, and would rather experiment with different regulatory schemes of license and retail sale of cannabis," Armantano said.
"It certainly appears to be potentially the beginning of the end."
Richard Collins, a law professor at the University of Colorado Boulder, said that the memo from the DOJ points out specifically that the federal government will only walk away from marijuana crimes in states where there is a solid regulatory system for the drug's growth and disemenation.
For other states to mimic the systems in Colorado and Washington, they will first have to get legalization laws on their ballots or in their state houses, which could post a challenge, he said.
While Colorado and Washington have not yet set up their regulatory systems, both states will likely sell licenses to farmers who want to grow marijuana as well as to manufacturing plants and retail sellers. The marijuana will also likely be taxed at each stage of its growth, processing, and sale.
"In both Colorado and Washington, legalization was done by citizens with no participation by elected representatives until they had to pass laws to comply with the initiative. In other initiative states I would expect such measures - I would expect a new one in California, for instance - and roughly half the states permit this and the rest don't.

ERBB,, Medical Marijuana Stocks and
Legalization Movement Get Support From CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Aug 9, 2013) - Everyone is entitled to change their mind, and even doctors who hold strong opinions are allowed a mulligan every now and then. CNN's chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta is taking his "do-over" public in a new documentary titled Weed. Gupta has just reversed his position on medical marijuana, and in doing so, he gives companies engaged in medical marijuana research like Nuvilex, Inc. (OTCQB: NVLX) and pro-cannabis groups in states all over the country a legitimate voice on their side.
Dr. Gupta's documentary, Weed, will air on Sunday, August 11 at 8 p.m. ET on CNN, and it takes a long look into the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes by digging into its risk for abuse, medical benefits and even tackles the challenges of marijuana research like Nuvilex's subsidiary, Medical Marijuana Sciences, Inc., has planned for the use of cannabis to treat cancers of the brain.
In a piece Gupta wrote for CNN to discuss the film, he went as far as to apologize for his previous stance. "I apologize because I didn't look hard enough, until now. I didn't look far enough. I didn't review papers from smaller labs in other countries doing some remarkable research, and I was too dismissive of the loud chorus of legitimate patients whose symptoms improved on cannabis."
With states all over the U.S. legalizing marijuana for medicinal purposes, more and more eyes are opening to the movement. Even Sanjay Gupta has come a long way from his 2009 Time magazine article "Why I Would Vote No on Pot." "We have been terribly and systematically misled for nearly 70 years in the United States, and I apologize for my own role in that," said Sanjay Gupta.
Gupta's film should be eye opening to investors of marijuana stocks and to those fighting for legalization. With his dramatic shift, his film could very well help sway others in the debate.
