That's not the issue. The issue is if EPGL is still working with Cooper. They are. There is no where that says they aren't.
The technology is developed as in past tense. That was just on that tech. Duh!
That was a bunch of nothing in that post. If they weren't working with them any longer they would have said.
Well email them again because they are confirming to others.
I can lead a horse to water but I can't make him drink. Cooper confirmed the settlement deal to Viking. Email them. They will confirm.
EPGL is just fine.
In their agreement. They didn't say they stopped working with them. They have to use EPGL technologies for their smart contact lenses. No other way around it.
If it was a walk away settlement why is Coopervision still working with EPGL?
Coopervision authorized the PR. Coopervision confirmed via email of the settlment. FACT.
Uh....the company has a list of shareholders. Everyone who becomes a shareholder is a part of the company.
As of right now he is protecting his shareholders. That is pretty important to Hayes as most of us know who have been here for years. He already has the pieces in place for the tech. Novartis, Google and other companies are already interested. That is the least of his worries right now. He is fighting the fight of protecting shareholder value and his companies good name. Fight on Michael!
Thanks. You too. I don't really need luck at this point. Just need time.
Because 1 or 2 people sold their shares of 4 million shares. This stock has about 450 people that are aware of what is going on. There is not enough people to move this stock yet. If one person decides to bail the stock will move down or if one person decides to buy the stock will move up. Liquidity is the problem here, but we have all known that from the beginning.
Once general market awareness hits this stock is off to the races. That is what we are all waiting for. Who cares what the stock is at now. We buy to hold for future gains. Not current gains and losses.
Why would they? All they got was their co-authored tech. That is big news for them? I think if COO shareholders heard their company missed out licensing enabling technology for smart contact lenses and other futuristic devices they wouldn't be too pleased. Not a win for Coopervision.
Enough details have been disclosed through PR's to know what is going on and what has transpired. It is not rocket science. This is pretty simple comprehension here. EPGL wanted 1.1 billion dollars. Cooper couldn't pay it, so they kept their tech the co-authored and have to license everything else from EPGL. Period.
No one said they licensed tech they co-own. They are licensing tech they don't own that EPGL owns 100%. EPGL owns enabling technology that Coopervision doesn't. Cooper wanted to license 100% of EPGL's tech early. EPGL wanted 1.1 billion for all the tech. Cooper only got their co-owned tech and paid EPGL for the their time and expertise. Then they license the other tech they need to complete the process for the smart contact lenses. Simple to understand.
Uh...I think a few are missing the point of the whole settlement. Coopervision wanted to license all of EPGL's tech early, but EPGL obviously asked for 1.1billion to do that or they wanted to be able to license the tech elsewhere. Plain and simple. Read the documents. Licensing was what this was all about.

Yeah, that's why they were in Santa Clara at Intel in September of 2014. Keep the denial going. It's getting entertaining now
I guess. the more I read it and the previous PR's the more clear it becomes.
Exactly. Accusing EPGL of not providing facts and then not providing facts to back up the claims disproving EPGL is so ironic and hilarious to me. Weak attempt to slander EPGL's name.
That didn't cancel their relationship they just settled the technology rights and payment for using the tech. That is all.
Exactly "imagine" is not a fact. It is a made up thought that isn't actual. So provide proof of your conversation with the Intel VP.
You realize EPGL is STILL working with Coopervision right?
EPGL has now provided more proof than the intel vp has. Where is the email stating that he guarantees EPGL doesn't have a relationship with Intel?
Too funny. The reality is whomever your source is at Intel is not telling you everything. Pretty funny actually.
No one is saying deals are in the works. The question is does EPGL have a relationship with Intel. Yes they do obviously now. EPGL has tech that has been purchased by a NYSE company. They have relationships with other big board companies. They have filed patents on their own and with a NYSE company COO and with AT&T another giant company.
To state that their technology is bad or not real is pretty ignorant at this point. EPGL still has a relationship with Coopervision, AT&T, Intel and others. Those are facts. Where it goes from here no one knows, but I like the chances.
Cooper relationship is legit. AT&T Relationship is legit. Intel Relationship is legit. EPGL..........is legit. They have given proof over and over again. Eventually and my prediction is very soon the proof will be beyond doubt for all investors. When that day comes these levels of trading will be gone.
That right there is the plain facts.
That is very inaccurate, just because a poster makes an assumption doesn't make it fact. Coopervision and EPGL still work together. The PR clearly states this.
Yeah COO was obviously so embarrassed that they had to keep rights to EPGL technology. Lol. Again, you might read the PR.
No, the fact is Cooper paid EPGL to continue to have rights to the technology and not get sued. Oh and by the way, EPGL owns it 100% now. Perhaps you should actually read the last PR verified by Cooper. Is Cooper lying too? Lol
This is wrong. There is a relationship with Intel. There has been for awhile. The senior vp of the business unit involved must not want you to know.
Exactly!!
Wrong. Very wrong.
They didn't lose Coopervision. They are still working together. What are you talking about?
I agree with the smart part.
It was caused by 2-3 million shares that is a small number of investors. Ihub is the most visible place for EPGL shareholders so he is right.
Yes but here are patents with enabling tech that EPGL owns 100% of that they will have to pay to use. It's tech they need to make the contact lenses.
How is it not? If the tech had no value they wouldn't pay them anything.
Wrong. They wouldn't have kept the rights to continue to develop and commercialize the technology if they didn't.
Really he got paid a significant amount by a blue chip for their technology? Pretty clear!
