As of right now he is protecting his shareholders. That is pretty important to Hayes as most of us know who have been here for years. He already has the pieces in place for the tech. Novartis, Google and other companies are already interested. That is the least of his worries right now. He is fighting the fight of protecting shareholder value and his companies good name. Fight on Michael!
