The company issues convertible notes for cash from a "third party" which mature 9 months from issue. ($130,000 worth last Q) This third party can, at any time, convert the amount due into common shares, and 10 DAYS later, can sell on the open market. How much do you want to bet this "third party", after converting ($93,000 last Q), had the stock PUMPED so they could DUMP their shares for a very, very hefty profit. They converted $93,000 into 3,522,513 shares @ .0264/share. (funny how they got it at the lowest price possible in MAY 11) and then a payed SPAM and PUMP campaign ensues right after that which drives the price up to .25, WAS ANYWHERE BETWEEN $180,000 to $880,000 in PROCEEDS) Not to mention that, but that same "third party" also had 3,572,601 shares of common which it had converted @ .028/share (another perfect low) for notes set to mature (January 26, 2011 and April 27, 2011) which the company obviously couldn't pay. They would be charged interest of 22% annually on the default (Note worth $100,000. $22,000/year interest. SO, it makes sense they converted to common (at all time low prices) and.... LOW AND BEHOLD..... A pumping campaign ensues, and ICPA stock gets hot. They sell for a HUGE profit.... RELATED? Well, read the 10-Q's, take a look at the chart over the last 2 years.
Also of relevance: Okay, let's follow the real $. Look at the most recent 10-Q. $122,000 in proceeds from notes and loans from "3rd party." WHERE DID ALL THIS MONEY GO? $39,000 to stockholder advances, and $83,381 (used in) investing activities. WHAT INVESTING ACTIVITIES? Scroll up to Statement of Operations and you will find out. $21,000 in "selling expense" aka party trips to Brazil to have a logo on some guys shorts related things. $11,000 in "administrative" things like..... $17,000 in Stock-Based-Compensation (giving away shares to employees and other insiders, who probably sold on the spike too, unless theyre restricted, but at this point, who knows. $5,000 on programmer and production, uhhhhhh hey maybe put a little more towards that and actually develop your product (the website) into more than a generic POS. And last but not least, $26,000 towards a change in derivative. Huh?
Let's find out who this "third party" is. Is it Ciccarelli Drew Moran, the most recent 13D filer? If not than who, or what institution.
More to come...
I don't care. My association with this stock is not to profit, but to investigate and hold those responsible. Individuals who resort to corruption to make money because they think they are more intelligent are scum to me, street rats can do the same thing. I believe money should be made by revolutionizing something, bringing something real, and new to the world, changing the world, not scumming around the system looking for ways scam it.
Another important question which is under review: who has been continuously selling these past few months? The promoter said they will not work with the client who hired them because of the nonstop selling that has taken place during these promotions last month. My first guess is people Sambliss payed in shares. That shouldnt be possible though if they are required to hold for a stated time period.
Bottom Line: This stock was pumped and dumped. Look at the chart and then google search "pump and dump," and compare. It's obvious. Now, this happens a lot, of course. The question is who did the pumping and dumping? Were they connected in any way to the company, or anyone remotely close to the company (my guess is yes, these events are seldom random, but that's my opinion only, and not based on any facts, yet.) Sambliss spent his career as a stockbroker/IPO "specialist"/Marketing "specialist" (i would switch "specialist" to another s-word ending in artist, but thats me.) I know for a fact that a company was hired to pump this stock. That's where I started my investigation. Also, like I said, only invested a small position in this company, but I must have been a criminal investigator in another life, because I love doing research, and getting to the bottom of things. (or a philosopher.) I also have a lot of connections in the entertainment and finiancial industries, and believe me, questions are being asked. All pertinent info will be forwarded to a connection at the SEC. Good luck to everyone, and this is not to mislead, only find answers!
looks like it started being pumped aug 24
He told you he didn't hire anybody?
I would make an educated guess and say ICPA payed this firm in free trading shares to market and advertise the stock. Hasn't worked too well has it, they probably sold them all already.
Not sure that's not my job. My guess is spam galore and alerts saying it's about to spike or something. Have been hyping it through September.
I got in touch with someone who worked for the company that did it. They were hired to promote the stock. Now...what were his intentions..
Sambliss hired a 3rd party 'investment relations' firm to hype the stock sometime in the recent past. Why was it pumped, to dilute the share structure?
in the 10Q's it talks about a "majority shareholder," who, "loans money to fund operations," which puts the company technically into a debt with 'him'. I wonder who and how much this majority shareholder payed for his shares (nothing?) and if he's truly loaning the company money, or selling his shares to fund it, or just plain selling his shares, or what. The description of this guy and his relation to the company seems sketchy TO ME. I'll keep digging.
Sambliss used to be a stockbroker. He starts a business and sells shares in it. Funny thing is, the real business (revenue) for him seems to be in the creation of shares of something to sell, not in the actual business. At least that's how he receives income, not from actual sales revenues. I can't imagine he isn't highly involved in the stock price of his company, he used to be a broker, put 2-2 together. One of you said he emailed saying he doesn't look at the price or else he'd get depressed? LOL.... yeahhhhhh righttttt...okay buddy. I'll keep doing random investigational research about this guy/ company.
ICPA showing strength today. Triple av volume @ the bottom. Reversal looks to be in order IMO. GL
ICPA bouncing hard off .005, triple av volume. IMO great time to enter for a trade.
ICPA hard bounce off .005, triple av volume. great entry.
heads up ICPA triple av volume bouncing hard off .005
ICPA more than double av. volume today. Looks like a nice hard bounce off of .005.
can u take a snapshot and post?
the best way to help this company in any meaningful way would be to spend your time clicking their links on icplaces.com, all day, every day. I assume they are pay-per-click.
who is selling these chunks at the bid?
Currently attending University working on my Masters in Business, have 3 or 4 free hours during my day to devote to personal research/ trading. 2 of those 4 hours/day will be spent investigating Sambliss, and this company thoroughy. I only invested a small gambling position in this company, so it is not the paper loss which bothers me, but something about this guy and this company does. I'm not sure 100% why, but my gut says to investigate, and I love doing research, and have a lot of resources at my disposal to do so. Maybe I'll write a paper about it ^_^. Anyways, good luck to everyone here, although Perchy doesn't speak English very well and I'm sure a few of you are just here to influence investors for your own benefit, good luck to you all!
about a college ed? while it isn't important in determining how far one can achieve, statistics, and common sense indicate a college education has a direct effect on one's personal wealth. Also, the more you know, the more accurate you can be in understanding the world around you. globally speaking, being an adult having graduated only 12th grade in the US is a joke.
i wasnt talking to you, it was a reply to supamario. did samblis even get a college education? i can't find evidence of it in any of his profiles.
my mistake. it was my expression of opinion, not based on anything of fact.
haha. believe it or not, i own shares. i bought a small position without doing as much research as i should have, and i'm disappointed with my decision, and the performance of the stock.
There is way too much money flowing into their hands with nothing to show for it. Hope they have close ties with the IRS and SEC, cuz uncle sam's going broke, and (imo) scams like this are going to go down hard as they clean up the garbage. (imo)
Guys, maybe it's just me, but look at the quality of the website. it's sh*t. someone in middle school could design a better website and graphics. Looks like lego-land. All the "detailed" city summaries are full of generic crap that one could probably find on google.
Hello all. I peruse the boards from time to time in case I may have missed something. Just saying hello ^_^ In @ .68 with 8k, not a bad stock to be in when the markets are performing the way they are. GLTA!
IGXT, ONTY, AMRN are my picks. AMRN because it's at a discount right now, nda submission in July. ONTY because it's cancer vaccine looks to be a success based on how all cancer vaccine stocks are trading in a down market. Also, more than have the OS traded the last few months, looks ripe for a big spike in share price. IGXT because it's flying under the radar, it has a pdufa date in November, and it looks good technically. All IMO, GL
bioexpert i presume?
stealing my posts from yahoo :)
There has been some chatter about AVNR announcing secondary offering at the bell today... has me a bit worried. Maybe bail before the news and buy back?
