The Inundations of false positives, is as much of a concern as the factual (not speculative) negatives are in this subject. The single report of a flyer being passed out, does not in anyway, constitute a panacea for the red ink that OTOW has to deal with. The assumption that one flyer was handed out, has now become a cure all for a few years of failed attempts on OTOW’s part to get off the ground. The flyer is good news, but it has been a long time coming, and should not be touted as the greatest possible news ever.
Its not funding but just this kind of marketing alone could generate some good revenues.
Where I sit currently, that is a good indicator. If the dilution continues to slow down, this has more of a chance heading into spring and summer. Need news, updates and accomplishments though. Sitting quietly, waiting for funding isn’t the way to go. If you’ve moved some of those cards, then now is the time to boast. If you’ve become a little less dependent on your investors, then say and stop holding those kinds of cards to your chest, because everyone is sensing a RS. One PR can dispel that that thought and instill some badly needed investor confidence back into the mix. Do you hear that Val?
I honestly don't but that would be worth looking into.
At this point, I’m watching to see if a few things to merge. The announcement of any progress made, such as the grand opening of the store, Atlanta finally is launched, the slowing down or complete Holt to the dilution and a gradual pick up in volume.
Statistics, as they pertains to the industry as a whole, bears some consideration, but it the end, OTOW will have to stand on its own merits, and this means get something done. I would welcome and view any news up the prepay card as forward moving, but quiet isn’t cutting it.
The label of being a “one man show” needs to be dispelled by stating just how many people rare on the payroll, and the subsequent hiring of some additional help, if only as a support staff.
Again, if anything is going to happen here, it will begin in late spring and extend into midsummer. Promoting the card and stopping dilution is the key. I will obtain and post the outstanding share count each Wednesday afternoon.
Realist post
Funding: Not saying that it is going to happen, and quite a few has spoken against it, but if there is to be an approval of funding, it will not come as near as March. If OTOW is to survive, it will have to stop the dilution and dry up the red ink. All will know by late spring to midsummer if this stock will survive. I check the OS weekly to see where it is, and honestly I was disappointed this last time to see the increase of 40 million shares. More importantly though, I am equally disappointed that there has been no announcement of a store opening or an Atlanta launch.
Updates are imperative to the survival of any business, and Val is sleeping on the job, where that is concerned. Announcing a ribbon cutting, and then saying that shovel is broken, after the date to open has passed, is what has killed off the enthusiasm and placed a damper on investor confidence. It is not the fault of the investor to express disappointment in how poorly his or investment is doing, and to date, OTOW has not done well.
So now the prepaid card is the “Great Hope”? All this talk about funding has been reduced to a prepaid card that no one knows what the real numbers will end up being? More false hopes and wishful thinking in this O2 card thing? If Val has some real numbers, I’d be interested in reading them, rather than getting it secondhand from random sources.
That said…it doesn’t spell efficiency on his part, or on the part of IHUB for allowing a single person to moderate to such an extent. There should be a limit, and if there was, clearly he would be well beyond it!
Can someone tell me why there isn’t a limit on the amount of boards an individual can moderate? Also, what constitute an inactive moderator?
Funding is not promised, or even close to being a cinch. From what I’ve been reading, most feel it to be a long shot. If the numbers from the prepaid card posted here are remotely true, it could stop some the bleeding of red ink, slow down the dumping and shine a glimmer of light at end of this dark tunnel. False positives and wishful thinking won’t help though. Either the merit is there, or it isn’t.
Nothing like the DD that comes straight off the lips of Val. OTOW has had more than a year to move north, but is still trading in the triple zero range.
everything is moving forward
There shouldn’t be that much of an overhead, because he hasn’t accomplished much.so there is the possibility that OTOW could survive an RS. The more important question is, what in the hell has he been spending the money on? Is there even an office location where a light bill must be paid? Sources respond to such valid points by getting upset, but cannot counter the accusations with facts to prove otherwise.
Val has been emailing people about how much he will realize for profits on that prepaid card, but the numbers just don’t add up. I read that we should max out the OS by May. I believe it will be closer to June or July but I do believe it is coming.
Would hate to be sitting on mega shares with an RS just around the corner.
This is headed toward a billion quick!!! If we don't RS it will surprise me. And to top it off, Val won't tell us the truth about the selling. "Its not me". Well who in the hell is it?

This is 40 million higher than the last time someone posted, but he is not selling...

Just sitting back, waiting to see if a reverse split is imminent. There is no talk of revenue coming in and the share count continues to climb. Val told me that he expected to have the storefront opened by mid January and now we’re headed toward the end of February.
I will continue to stand by my wording, because I specifically asked Val that same question, in a different situation, but under the same circumstances and received the same rely. A is liar is a liar, and all the "pro Val" protest in the world won’t change that!!!!! Meanwhile, the outstanding shares continues to increase!!!!
You’re exactly right. He let 5 million go at the bid for .0007 just the other day. So yes, his question was too specific, and Val is clearly a liar who takes advantage of exact wording in order to be able to deny a fact. This response put him on my, “DO NOT TRUST A WORD HE SAYS LIST”, and that’s not good!
Lying is not going to fix this mess!!!
What you can trust is the history of the outstanding share count. I'm not sure where he places the shares, bid or ask, but you can read for yourself if he is selling share or not, so why ask him?
Are there sides? Sorry didn’t know that. I basically make comment about OTOW as I see need to do so. Taking sides gives me a bad case of tunnel vision, so I try to remain in the middle of this topic. The pros and cons of OTOW need to be addressed, and not get confused with one suffering from bipolarism. Staying in the middle of this topic, and not advocating for a side, is a healthy place.
An afterthought. Val is selling shares to get what accomplished? After being around for over a year, I’m still waiting to see those results. I read the threats of his getting those done, but have yet to bear witness to any of those claims.
No one ever appears to be selling or dumping here so its a good time to accumulate during quiet times. Its always good to be on a moving train instead of chasing it.
Been under a penny for about 9 months, and in the triple digits for a 1 1/2...Don't see anything to make me believe that we will be coming out of this slump righ away. Any word from the CEO? He Was suppose to open the store, first in November and then mid January. Will he ever make good on his announcements?
Great find...Thanks 3JM!
Not really....It is clear to me that Val gets certain labels because he has failed to deliver as promised. I don’t believe that most of his investors are so cynical that they waste precious time, sitting around thinking of names to call OTOW’s CEO. However, I do believe that should he deliberately allow the PPS to continue plunging for the sake of being able to buy back shares at a cheaper price, that the name “JAILBIRD” can be added to that list of names that he is currently being called. To do so would surely make him a scammer. I’ve personally never referred to him as such, but such an action would justify the name.
I recognize that investors have the right to get emotional about an investment that has produced so little.
I understood where you were going with your post...Well Friday will mark a month since the announcement of the prepaid card and next Tuesday will mark a month since it supposedly went live. Let’s see if our “busy bee CEO” has anything to say about this card along the lines of a PR. God knows he needs to have something to say, because all of this dumping and no news has the PPS in the toilet.
Yes, and these are question that should be posed to Val and not his investors. I agree that there is a lot of unanswered mysteries.
I suppose the same question can be posed differently. Prove that OTOW doesn’t have licenses, as opposed to proving that there is. I don’t know the actual answer…Anyone have solid DD to show that there is or isn’t?
I’m forced to agree. The current PPS cannot support anymore dumping, and I’m not sure this guy can continue to operate without dumping. Also, he doesn’t seem to have a clue that when you fish in a private pond and don’t restock it, sooner or later, there isn’t any fish left to catch. He wants to continue dumping but refuse to generate any new investors. Does he honestly think that he can avoid a RS under the existing continues? Several more dump sessions and we’re at no bid, and he doesn’t seem to have a clue as to what that is, or what it will mean to his ATM.
Correct, which gives me more cause for concern. I mean here is a CEO who doesn’t know that, or is he thinking that I’m too stupid to realize it?
I emailed Val and this was his reply.
Pete, I am only interested in getting the company to where it needs to be, why would I waste the time and money to do a reverse split, it will not help anyone.

Not something I was looking to hear after a day like today. Hello, the PPS is hardly in the trips and Val says what? That has been his exact response for over a year now, with basically no results.
All I can say at this point is we are countinuing to progress on the projects at hand
I have to admit, this is very sad.
Depending on the entry date, everyone will have a different perspective on how OTOW is doing and where it is headed. I’ve been here for over a year and have yet to witness anything along the lines of revenue, or progress in completing something announced on a press release. Far be it from me to tell any investor whether or not to complain about how long their money has been tied up in OTOW.
Dominican Bond money (Which I'm sure is just as remote a possibility as US Federal money), 100 Million dollars in funding (?),
If all goes as planned and the $33 Million dollar USDA loan is approved it will be the start of a very bright future for OTOW.
Sooner or later, OTOW will hold true to its creed, and many of you will be the better for it financially. It will be interesting to see how Val pulls out of this slump and get back on the road to prosperity, but I believe in due time, he will. I’m not known for my patience, so I would not advise anyone to use my temperament as a yard stick…LOL. That card may start paying some sort of dividends soon, but the verdict is still out as to how much and how soon. Meanwhile we wait in frustration, hoping for that glimmer of light at the end of this long tunnel.
I have no reason to doubt that there was ever a meeting among the 3 shareholders and Val. And, of course I can always choose option” B”, if I doubt there ever was a meeting. Option “B” being go myself and not try and cast doubt. While I would agree that Val lack CEO experience, sophistication and a sense of working smart, as oppose to learning as he go, he appears to be honest , have a good work ethic and his heart is not cynical or devious. He doesn’t come across as being intentionally misleading, but he does seen to reach for things that are farther away than he realizes. He miscalculates, and therefore gives the impression that he is scamming. All in all, I would pick him over most that sit in judgement of him any day.
At the end of the day, I believe that most are seeking reality. I know that there will always be a net of doubt being cast, but that is to be expected because it won’t go away. Having had my money tied up for over a year with no results, goes against my nature. It is all too easy for these penny stock CEOs to scam the public. While I do not feel that Val is a scammer, I do feel that he is over his head with the administrative end of this venture. Clearly he feels he has vast knowledge in the communicative field, but that doesn’t help in securing funding, fighting off government agencies or even writing coherent emails to your investors. The investor confidence is at an all time low. For the first time I’m seeing the negative voice outweigh the positive. There are currently no encouraging signs and the CEO remains quiet.
Moreover, we cannot crawl out of the trips until this guy keeps his hand out of the cookie jar.
The OS has more than doubled since I got into this company, and all we have to show for it is and unfinished storefront in Florida.
My portfolio is down 68% as of right now and he CEO is being told that some can wait years for this to turn around. Well I’ve got news for that thought. This beast doesn’t have long before a reverse split will make sense. It has to be painful to those who dumped big money into OTOW when it was above a penny but now have no money to average down.
